20/08/2025: A very pleasant surprise: traditional dishes were well-prepared and plentiful. The homemade gnocchi with various seafood sauces were sublime. Highly recommended, but be careful with reservations given the small size of the place. P.S. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to finish the gnocchi with prawns... It usually never ends like that!

19/08/2025: Renzo is a character, friendly, joking, he makes you feel at home, the location is beautiful and welcoming, the menu is very fresh fish, nothing frozen, not even vegetables, in fact there is no à la carte menu it depends on what is fresh, the first courses are plentiful, the price is reasonable, we know that good fish is expensive especially if it is the catch of the day, overall an excellent rating

24/08/2025: When we came to the establishment we were asked whether we would only drink or plan to eat (that is, spend a lot) when we said that we only wanted to drink, they actually showed us the door saying that all the tables were occupied, although at the entrance there was a small table for two people where we sat down... but after waiting for about 15 minutes no one came to us... simply disgusting attitude towards people... we never advise anyone to go there for an aperitif...

23/05/2025: I've been there three or four times and I hope I don't have to go back. Unfortunately, there isn't much choice in this area. Apart from the fact that this chain has been offering the same exact things for years and years, over time they have lost quality. The croissants and various sweets are displayed indecently, they are so ugly that they don't even make you want to take them. Furthermore, they aren't even good and they even seem old in taste. The service is equally terrible. You wait for no reason (even when the place is empty) whether you want to take away or eat on the spot. The staff wanders around aimlessly, seeming rather disorganized and also disrespectful and not very attentive to the customer. They are always sulking. I think it really is one of those places where the best solution is to eat at home.

27/05/2025: I often go after dinner to this place from cold dishes to sandwiches always excellent, and the girls very kind and prepared ready for every need of the customer, and finally I leave from Lignano to come to Latisana for the cuisine and for this courteous treatment, compliments compliments keep it up!!!

28/07/2025: Dishes came out every 20 minutes, while the other one waited for the other person to finish eating. There were basically four of us, and we all ate at different times. We were also forced to get up at 9:00 PM without warning that there was a double delivery at the table. Anyway, the first dish came out after almost an hour. The bavette alla busera was inedible, just tomato, with no hint of fish. The rest was good, the staff a bit rude, we won't be returning.

29/07/2025: Bar Cella Cicchetteria – A surefire way to enjoy a good drink I've never had the opportunity to eat here, but I've often stopped in for an aperitif or digestif, and the experience has always been very pleasant. The place has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for a quiet break. The grappas are excellent, with an interesting selection and well-presented. The service is always friendly and attentive, a detail that really makes the difference. A place you'll gladly return to for a good drink with friends.

10/07/2025: Ordered at 9:20 PM on Deliveroo. At around 11 PM, I received a notification that the order had been cancelled. I called the restaurant to explain, but they didn't answer. Shame on me.

08/08/2025: Caffè degli Specchi is one of those places that tells the story of Trieste. Overlooking Piazza Unità d'Italia, it offers an elegant atmosphere and attentive service. I chose the French breakfast, consisting of three fresh sandwiches with cheese and ham, accompanied by a well-brewed coffee and a glass of juice. The quality is excellent, the flavors delicate, and everything is served with care. Prices are slightly above average, but here you also pay for the location and the privilege of sitting in one of the city's most iconic historic cafés. Ideal for a relaxed breakfast, immersed in Trieste's timeless charm.

08/08/2025: Beautiful bar. A small glass of chocolate is brought with the coffee (€1). The girl was also very kind and even brought us degreaser to clean a stained blouse. Highly recommended.

19/08/2025: The front door looks small but the interior has a unique scenery. The twice-cooked pork tastes good and is spicy. The chicken feet are boneless and easy to eat.

26/07/2025: My favorite Chinese restaurant in Trieste, and I've tried many, almost all of them! Generous portions, very fair prices, and a varied selection of dishes. I recommend the seafood fried rice; you won't find anything like it at other restaurants!

21/06/2025: Nice atmosphere, the first courses, carbonara and cacio pepe are worth it, for the second courses, the ones I ate, no! The mixed fried food is excluded, it was overcooked and oily, the oil was dripping. If I go back only for the first courses, I'll pass by.

10/06/2025: I've been saying all my life that I have to stop at this place...tonight I finally managed it. I ordered his majesty Amatriciana!! Gentlemen, Heaven on earth!! I had to, alas, as you can see in the photo, let go of this delicious dish because I was literally exploding!! I definitely recommend it and I will be back...
