14/08/2024: The number of waiters and the mutual cooperation impressed me, they were quick, nice and precise. Three different pizzas, each tasty, even the usual fries were delicious. But the most delicious was the pirogi stuffed with ham, sauce, mozzarella and pistachios. Delicious! I recommend.

The pizza lacked guanciale, or rather there was so little of it that it was not tasted at all. The waiters were very friendly and helpful. We had a good time.

Since our arrival we were welcomed with great courtesy by Mattia and Gaia, who immediately made us feel at ease with their kindness and helpfulness. The service was impeccable: quick, attentive and always with a smile. The place is clean and welcoming, with noteworthy attention to detail, from the menu to the design, a real breath of fresh air for the city! The menu offers a wide selection of burgers, all prepared with high quality ingredients. The portions are generous, but not exaggerated, perfect even for those who are a little wary or have particular tastes. I always look for particular dishes or dishes with a strong flavour, so on Mattia's advice I chose the Louis burger with Angus tartare and melted provola cheese, which was truly delicious. My friend stayed classic with an Americaro. We both agreed that Louis burger is the best burger joint in town 😍Highly recommended!

02/07/2024: The illy café is very elegant and is located in the pedestrian area of ​​the center of Trieste, offering a good view of the canals. In addition to the classic excellent quality coffees, drinks with particular aromas are also prepared depending on the season. The croissants are prepared fresh and have a soft interior and a crunchy crust, really delicious. I especially liked the almond one. The only flaw of the place in my opinion is the somewhat rude staff, but it's still worth stopping for a break.

The croissants are unique in that they have a somewhat thick cream like Nutella on them. Tiramisu is square in size, about 2 centimeters wide and 2 centimeters long, and is very bite-sized, so it is somewhat less cost-effective.
