28/06/2025: Unpretentious, authentic, cheap, delicious. Returned 2 years later. Why is food now served on ridiculous long narrow rectangular plates? Also… dogs allowed in the dining room!

06/05/2025: The Neider hotel is located in Sauris di Sopra in a central position for numerous trekking routes immersed in Alpine nature and enjoying spectacular landscapes. The rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast, varied and plentiful, is agreed with the customer to avoid waste. The structure is managed by four young Argentine boys; always kind and helpful they made us feel at home. Upon request for dinner, you can enjoy an authentic asado.

05/04/2025: Beautifully located alpine farm. Relaxed reservoir in the shade of the area's well-known backdrop. Alm can be reached via a toll road and a panoramic path around the lake, which is certainly also suitable for strollers.

Then dinner, a platter of cold cuts and cheeses with fig mustard and caramelized onions. Braised pork cheeks with mushrooms and fridge. A good house merlot, water and a dessert. 82 euros for 4. And the owner, Andrea, a lovely person and attached to the values ​​of hospitality of the past. If you are in the area, stop by, it's worth it.
