01/10/2025: The pastries here are delicious! The service is friendly and they speak English. We’ve done bigger orders and have also come in just to sit down for a drink and a pastry and have never disappointed.

21/11/2025: I was in Udine today with a colleague, and as a true food tourist, I couldn't help but try the famous San Daniele prosciutto, which I specifically requested.
It's a shame that the only thing "famous" about it is the name. It's simply inedible: a complete disappointment.
I also asked where it was from and who produced it: in return, I was told a funny little story, let's say... not very believable.
Final result: €25 for four slices of prosciutto and a bottle of water (that was good... luckily at least the aqueduct works).
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I'd say: an experience to remember only as an example of how not to treat a typical, excellent product. Shameful.

09/10/2025: The blonde lady at the counter was quite rude and arrogant, constantly making comments about everything and everyone. I paid by card and she wished I were poor. I won't be back because of her, she just makes me happy. Despite the location, I won't be back. What a shame!

23/11/2025: We went to this agriturismo for lunch. The place is really nice, but unfortunately, several things aren't working. Starting with the fact that the prices aren't listed, there's no menu, the service was poor, and the dining room was too cold. The food was good. We definitely won't be back!

02/09/2025: A modern restaurant, beautiful views, refined atmosphere, and attentive service. In addition to the excellent quality raw seafood (standard frozen, international cuisine),... a major slip on a dish that demonstrates the professionalism and tradition of the kitchen: pasta with clams. We're by the sea, in the most beautiful bay on the coast, and I'm served spaghetti with clams (white, ocean-fresh, frozen, flavorless except for deep-sea mud), no flavorful sauce, no garlic, no parsley, and on top of that, the spaghetti is salt-free, later replaced by pasta with cuttlefish sauce (also frozen and of poor quality). Location alone isn't enough to make a restaurant.

30/09/2025: During the renovation we were given rooms on the top floor without a lift and still to be renovated under the roof not exactly a nice value to see living and above all paying other people on the lower floors everything was ok maybe we were the unlucky ones and in any case we were not warned of the differences in quality of the rooms by the manager

18/10/2025: There was almost nothing around midnight, despite the fact that it advertises itself as being open until dawn. The staff was moderately friendly and did not speak any language other than Italian. The pervasive smell of oil permeated the entire guest space.

29/09/2025: A really cute little Japanese restaurant in the center of Trieste, with takeout available. It's located in a small street in the center, very easy to find with Google Maps. I ordered poke (half rice, half your choice) and a Japanese beer: everything was really excellent! I'm very satisfied and will definitely be back. (◍•ᴗ•◍)❤

20/10/2025: We stopped for an aperitif and a snack. The place is cute and the lady is friendly, but we didn't see the menu. We asked for two red wines, and the lady offered us two crostini with prosciutto, which we gladly accepted.
They delivered four crostini instead of two, along with a bowl of olives. Everything was very good, but we got ripped off because we ended up paying €29, which in my opinion is way too much. Since we often pass through Palmanova, we'll continue to go elsewhere for an aperitif. It's a shame, because the quality was good, but without a menu, we didn't realize how much we'd spent!
18/10/2025: The owner was very kind. We ate very good traditional dishes and the wine was excellent, and we'll definitely be back.
