06/04/2025: Familiar and welcoming place, new and very clean rooms with mini-bar, excellent restaurant frequented not only by hotel guests but also by locals, truly delightful equipped SPA, very spacious parking suitable for heavy vehicles.

11/03/2025: The room rate was increased upon our arrival because there were two of us. However, we stayed in a small room for €75 on the first night, but we had to pay €100. Unacceptable. The next day, the staff forgot to transfer our luggage to the new room. I had to call the manager at 9 p.m. when I arrived in the room... because the luggage was missing. The table service isn't friendly, and the breakfast isn't plentiful, unless you get up at 7 a.m. The restaurant is pretty with lovely warm colors. The rooms are nice. The hotel is on the edge of a busy road, and the exterior has no charm; it's even quite neglected. Plenty of parking is available, which is convenient.

25/04/2025: Ordered 5 takeaway pizzas, the pizzas were overcooked and impossible to cut. Inedible.

25/12/2024: Ho avuto un’esperienza un po’ altalenante con questo ristorante. Avevo prenotato per il pranzo di Natale, ma purtroppo ho dovuto annullare la mattina stessa. Al telefono, la segretaria si è dimostrata estremamente scortese, il che mi ha lasciato davvero un po’ amareggiata. Tuttavia, poco dopo ho contattato direttamente il titolare che, con grande gentilezza e professionalità, ha gestito la situazione in modo impeccabile. Credo che con un miglioramento nel servizio clienti da parte di alcuni collaboratori, questo ristorante potrebbe davvero eccellere sotto ogni punto di vista. Peccato non tornare a capodanno poiché non siamo i ben venuti. Peccato

12/12/2024: Colazione con collega, presento bancomat al momento di pagare, trattata come una delinquente!!!! La "signora" mi ha rivolto, urlando davanti a tutti i clienti, più e più frasi incivili! Lascio a voi i commenti...e la scelta di andare a farvi maltrattare!

23/04/2025: Place near the hospital with both inside and outside seating, very clean and welcoming, very quick service and staff when I asked for a proper Baileys shaken coffee in the morning, without being hassled and as well as being done well at a great price.

Managed by Giovanni, a true golden man, always kind and helpful to everyone, the place enthusiastically welcomes the Le vie delle Foto exhibition from 1st to 30th April, which can be visited during opening hours. An unmissable stop for those who want to enjoy a coffee in the company of art. Long live Gran Bar Italia!

Delicious bread and desserts, even days after purchasing them, of excellent quality, perfect for those who usually can't digest carbohydrates, but excellent for anyone. 04/03/2025: I have known this bakery for many years, living near it. Always excellent products, especially in bread products. I am sorry to have to point out that the fritole and crostoli I ordered for Carnival Sunday were absolutely not up to par. Fritole that are too sweet and not very soft, without even the traditional raisins and maybe even pine nuts, crostoli that are too big and not very crumbly. Alas a disappointment. I am sorry

09/03/2025: A place that has been present in the area for a long time, renowned for the quality of its products and the services offered in the ice cream and pastry sector. From a first, quick glance from the outside you can see why it is one of the most popular places in Pordenone. I enter almost with awe, asking to be seated at a table. I find a seat immediately also because I arrive almost at closing time. The staff welcomes me smiling and helpful. I ask for the menu to have a look at the ice cream list. I immediately find a proposal that captures my attention and I don't hesitate to ask for that: the cup Eis Eggnog. The moment they bring it to the table it is also described to me as if we were in a high-end restaurant: immeasurable class. The staff is proud to present their home-made zabaglione revisited, I would say, Friulian style. Oh yes, you understood correctly: exactly Friulian style! But, question…how can you revisit an eggnog Friulian style? The answer, it will soon be said, lies here: in the Gelateria Montereale laboratory. The secret, and the answer key, is in the liquor used. There is no trace of Marsala or Maraschino aroma but of Verduzzo di Ramandolo liqueur. It also contains notes of marked sweetness but much less incisive and more balanced in flavor. The result? Amazing. The result is a product that blends impeccably with the cream ice cream, is very well creamed and becomes unique with the eggnog cream. A symphony of tastes masterfully directed by the local pastry chefs. Among other things, this peculiar egg cream has had such success with the public that it has led the owners to make it available to customers in jars that can be purchased separately. Another flagship product that is enjoying great success is the real, inimitable, Biscotto Pordenone. A round biscuit with a center of corn flour which makes it delicate in taste but rough in texture. A contrast that gives just that little something necessary to make it remembered and appreciated by the palates of the customers who taste it. Also in this case the product is marketed in attractive transparent bags closed by a red fabric strap of various weights. Never as for this place can we say that the fame is more deserved than ever.

But last night we brought 10 friends with us... we ordered enough because there were so many of us, we were hungry... they probably brought us 5 dishes for 10 people. The table next to us was gorged with our order and nothing arrived!!!! When the waitress noticed, she started bringing us random dishes, not ordered by us, obviously sent back because we were no longer hungry. If you tell the waitress that he made a mistake, she'll even start responding badly. After 2 hours of service, we left hungry! BAD SERVICE! And the owner who, despite being aware of the terrible service of the evening, makes you pay for everything without a discount. You have lost us as customers too 😘
