26/01/2026: This is our third time at this restaurant, and it has undoubtedly become our favorite in Trieste. Excellent quality products, cooked with great flavor and respect for the ingredients. A variety of dishes, each one better than the last. Excellent atmosphere and service: we always love the quiet and elegant atmosphere. Although some soft music or jazz would be even better, as it's often too quiet. Excellent value for money!

05/01/2026: Excellent restaurant. Elegant atmosphere with soft lighting and great attention to detail. The staff (mother and son) were very kind and professional. We tried the Rosa di Gorizia, polenta with goulash, and beef carpaccio with truffles, all delicious and flavorful. Not to mention the wide selection of wines. Thank you so much.

06/01/2026: Wide selection, we had two chocolate and black cherry sweets and a carsolina and they were really delicious :) the place is a bit small so if it's busy you might find yourself having to eat at the counter, but personally I think it's worth it!

19/05/2026: The pizzas are excellent, and the wine by the glass is truly delicious. The staff is attentive, friendly, helpful, and kind. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. The prices are very fair. I'll definitely be back to try the fish.

The menu is varied and caters to every need, offering excellent meat and fish options, and even a truly delicious pizza. All my guests thoroughly enjoyed every dish served, complimenting both the quality and presentation. A key added value was undoubtedly the staff: they were extremely kind, professional, and attentive to every need, contributing to the impeccable service. The owners deserve special mention for their great courtesy, helpfulness, and customer service: they made us feel warmly welcomed and cared for in every detail. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and a pleasant atmosphere in which to spend important moments. 10/05/2026: Very good, I'd say. The dishes are plentiful and high-quality, the service is fast, and the girls in the dining room are truly special. The prices are absolutely fair, including the cover charge and drinks. I don't know why I've never tried the beer. It's particularly suited to a mostly young clientele.

07/04/2026: If I could give -10 stars, I would without hesitation. I have never in my life felt so ignored in a public place. Today we waited 15 minutes for anyone to even come to our table, while the waitress deliberately served everyone around us – even people who arrived much later than us. The waitress definitely saw us but consciously avoided eye contact and served orders to the neighboring tables. Even when we got up to leave, she walked past us without a word. This is absolutely outrageous and demonstrates a complete lack of basic customer service. I strongly advise against visiting if you don't want to feel like an intruder.

12/12/2025: The Tasty Basket came to €14.10 and wasn't quite there. They put 6 pieces of chicken and 5 nuggets in it, and the rest was forgotten by the service. I didn't think it was worth €14.10. A terrible experience, not recommended. This happened at 9:38 PM.

26/02/2026: I DID NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL The restaurant's decor is a bit dated, the kind that might not immediately catch your eye for its aesthetics, but you appreciate it as soon as the food arrives. The food is truly excellent, and the prices are super fair, which is no longer a given. I've been there more than once because I've always had a great time and left satisfied. The two ladies who run the restaurant are excellent, and you can tell they put care and passion into what they do. They carefully explain the specifics of the dishes you order. Their dishes are all homemade, and the quality is evident in every bite. Authentic flavors, generous portions, and a simple atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Highly recommended! 👌

14/01/2026: Typical mountain hotel. Comfortable rooms, everything you need. Very warm rooms in the winter. Excellent family-run cuisine. Excellent breakfast. Convenient parking. Affordable prices. Super friendly owners and staff. I recommend it for families, groups, and even bikers.

09/11/2025: It's a shame the staff was inattentive, because the coffee and pastries were good. The women's restroom was out of order, and the men's restroom was filthy. A regular customer reported that it had been out of order for quite some time.

07/11/2025: A café that doesn't serve hot chocolate in the fall, oh well. I get a cappuccino and the milk is a little sour. Never mind, Trieste has no shortage of cafés.

01/01/2026: For December 24th, I was directed to this fish shop. I must say that even though I'm from Cagliari, where our fish market is renowned, I was amazed by the fresh produce and very reasonable prices. The staff's willingness to accommodate customer requests is also noteworthy. Finally, the cleanliness inside the shop is top notch. In short, I highly recommend this fish shop!

26/07/2025: A few days ago I bought a bag of clams for a whopping €36. Once I cooked them, I threw away more than half because they were sealed, and the other half were terrible.

10/05/2026: A quiet spot for an aperitif or an al fresco lunch. I had a great time!

19/04/2026: I ate very well, the service was appropriate for the location and the staff was friendly... the prosecco was very good! I would recommend it.
