Very nice, and the staff are kind and welcoming. The dishes are basic, lacking in punch and bold flavors. Not because they're vegan, but because of the lack of spices and surprising combinations. The desserts, however, are excellent.

I specifically searched for a vegan restaurant in Piacenza to try with a vegan friend, and I can say we weren't disappointed at all. Perhaps, given the pun in the name, I expected a more "lo-fi," more minimalist, or underground atmosphere. In reality, the place is warm and welcoming, well-kept and pleasant. The same goes for the staff, who are truly kind and attentive. The prices are quite high, but I understand why: these are refined dishes and unique products, with obvious work behind every offering. This isn't your typical vegan fad, but a thoughtful experience. Between the appetizer and the main course, we were completely stuffed, so much so that I couldn't even get to dessert, despite my intense curiosity. It will be a perfect excuse to return and be amazed once again by the plant-based flavors, which manage to be intense and satisfying without making me feel burdened—neither on my stomach nor on my conscience regarding the exploitation of the Earth's resources. A place that demonstrates how creative, elegant, and deeply satisfying plant-based cuisine can be.
