22/07/2024: Yesterday at lunchtime we discovered this place by chance coming from the lower Parma area, a family service, warm and fast.
We ate a sublime truffle risotto, excellent tortelli d'erbetta and a mouth-watering roast.
We will certainly be happy to return because the owners are truly delightful.
A real gem.

30/03/2025: On the road that leads to the Tomarlo pass. Typical home cooking. Highly recommended! Friendly and helpful staff. Every time we stop here, I feel like I've stepped out of a time machine, straight into the 70s! For years now we have been having lunch at Chiappari whenever possible. Mr. Quinto is a fantastic person. The wife is no exception and is an exceptional cook. I recommend that you book if you can. Absolutely worth trying and trying again :).

08/06/2025: Vado spesso lì a prendere pizza da asporto , quando c’è tanta gente fanno pizze piccole credo per risparmiare e usano credo due tipi di farina , una buona altra più secca , non so se ci tornerò
28/01/2025: Primi buoni consiglio la pasta alla boscaiola secondi troppo abbondanti rooast beef troppo asciutto cime di rapa amare cameriera gentile e cortese prezzo a pranzo 15 euro onesto locale molto piccolo posti a sedere limitati
