03/07/2025: Sono stata invitata l' anno scorso ad un pranzo per un pensionamento, l' ho trovato molto carino, specialmente il giardino interno ed ho pensato di tornarci a cena con delle amiche stasera. Destino vuole che si rompesse il forno..,che avessero terminato il vino bianco fermo sfuso.., quindi menù ristretto poiché la scelta dei piatti non cucinati al forno, è diventata sempre più ridotta, ad esempio l' unico contorno disponibile erano le cipolline in agrodolce. Può capitare... sfortuna...ma al momento del conto, neanche una scusa, dal conto non è stato tolto nulla per il disagio. Quindi oltre a dover mangiare quello che si poteva, abbiamo pagato come se nulla fosse accaduto . Non tornerò più sicuramente

28/04/2025: Cercavamo una trattoria tipica a Ferrara e direi che abbiamo fatto centro. Locale molto "alla mano" che trasmette quel senso di trattoria di una volta. Il titolare (o almeno credo che lo fosse) gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo preso i cappellacci di zucca al ragù, veramente molto buoni. Di secondo, salama da sugo con purè, anche questa davvero ottima!! L'unica nota stonata è il vino sfuso, non per la qualità, ma per la provenienza: era infatti una Barbera, sarebbe apprezzabile proporre un vino locale. Detto questo, assolutamente consigliato!

07/12/2025: 2025, the heated gazebo was excellent for an aperitif with a friend who lives in Ferrara. We stopped for a quick drink and an ice cream with coffee, considering the sweltering heat. The interior was adequately cooled and features a large, comfortable veranda.

05/12/2025: The place is nice, the pastries are decent, but the last experience was embarrassing. An Asian waiter came to take our order, already looking annoyed. When he walked away a few meters, my companion said, "It's a shame he doesn't smile. He's a good-looking guy, he could be a cut above." He turned around and, looking me in the face so I could read his lips, said with a mean expression: "What the hell do you want?" We weren't rude; we asked politely and thanked him after ordering. A very kind colleague of his apologized for him. I feel sorry for Paolo, the owner (who wasn't there at the time), but because of this gratuitous arrogance, we won't set foot in there again. It's a shame, but the quality of the products must also be matched by the professionalism of the waiters. Last week, for example, we had lunch at a restaurant where the service is provided by young people (of Italian and other origins): even though the food wasn't exactly perfect, we posted an excellent review for the friendliness, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff, who made up for some small shortcomings in the cuisine.

14/09/2025: The girl in charge of service was really kind and helpful. The food was terrible. Probably a place to get a piada or a mixed fry. (I ordered it and it was good). As for the pasta, it's definitely to be avoided. 18 euros for a first course with overcooked pasta wouldn't be anything special; it can happen. If it weren't for the comment from inside, "Next time I'll have it raw." Some people work for passion, others for money. In my opinion, this place largely represents the latter.

20/09/2025: Let's hope it was a bad night. The waiter was absent and in a hurry, the skewer was unremarkable, and the burger had a cutlet that felt like a shoe sole.

07/09/2025: Went last night, half an hour to order, an hour to eat a large salad and mostly with undercooked chicken......and the people next to us waited an hour and a half for the grill.......I don't recommend it

04/12/2025: Terrible pizza! After less than an hour, I started vomiting and had severe stomach pains. Using old or poorly stored ingredients is unacceptable. This place is definitely to be avoided!

31/10/2025: Late October evening. Aperitif and friendly service. Come on, try it. Very nice and...

13/10/2025: Yesterday we stopped in asking for a simple aperitif before heading to the restaurant, only to be met with an annoyed response: "We'll seat you, but if anyone comes for lunch, you have to get up and leave your seat." I understand that it's the eel festival and you're looking for a profit, but with the amount we paid for an aperitif, you could have just as easily not seated the lunch guests. We spent €98 for an aperitif for four people, which was MADNESS, truly shameful. We asked for seafood appetizers to be brought along with drinks, just to sample something. We were expecting a small plate or two at most, just to sample as requested. NOT LUNCH, but instead they brought us one each without even asking our opinion first. They were small plates with anchovies and a little eel for the modest sum of €10 each!!! That's why they brought us one each, obviously... you should know the difference between an aperitif and lunch, but only when it's convenient for you. Afterwards, we had another round (the same as the first), two beers and two Campari Spritzes. The Campari was terribly made, and we were told to make it better the second time, but unfortunately, they brought us even worse. Here too, we had two more small plates of anchovies and eel (which weren't bad, but nothing special), for a total of six small plates, paying €60. Not to mention the two waitresses, who are sisters, who talked rudely and rudely to each other in front of everyone; there are ways and ways, especially in front of customers. Luckily, we went to another restaurant afterwards for a delicious eel risotto, which satisfied us for much less. Never again. If there had been at least some courtesy and kindness, I wouldn't have even written this review out of pity, but in these circumstances, I couldn't help it.

02/08/2025: The pizza was more like a piadina topped with tomato sauce; the cover charge was disproportionate for the service (paper tablecloths, mismatched cutlery); the place was deserted... and I understand why...

19/09/2025: A truly delightful little place! You immediately feel welcome, thanks to the incredibly warm elderly couple who run this pizzeria with so much passion. The pizzas are simply fantastic – crispy, fresh, and generously topped. You can immediately tell that they make their own pizza with love. The value for money is unbeatable; you get top-quality pizza at a more than fair price. Highly recommended and a must for anyone who loves authentic, traditional pizza!

20/08/2025: A truly excellent pastry shop and café, definitely worth a visit! The friendliness of the staff is one of the first things that strikes you: always kind, smiling, and helpful, they make every customer feel welcome. The products are of the highest quality, from the freshest pastries to the most elaborate desserts, right down to the always perfectly prepared coffee. Every detail is meticulously crafted, and you can sense the passion for the craft. The prices are decidedly reasonable for the quality offered, which makes the experience even more satisfying. Even when there's a bit of a line—which is quite common given the shop's fame—it's definitely worth the wait: the quality of the products and the positive atmosphere make it worthwhile. Highly recommended! A small tip: fruit should be served cold.

01/09/2025: For the little ones, there's a play area to help with long waits. Our two-and-a-half-year-old fell asleep while eating, managing to eat five mushrooms from his pizza piece, at 9:15 PM. We waited two hours for four pizzas. And a €2.50 cover charge for an empty plate was outrageous. Impregnated service. An experience that made us forget the quality.

14/06/2025: We stopped by a few days ago and the welcome wasn't great. Plus, what we ordered wasn't available, only kebab meat. Very dirty. Years ago, it wasn't like this.

24/08/2025: A romantic breakfast with a sea view for my wife and I. Delicious donuts and cappuccino, and very kind staff!! Their offerings include great attention to dietary needs, including those for celiacs, vegans, and other special requests, which were fully met. Large and spacious beach with various children's games.

24/08/2025: Don't order gluten-free pizzas! I was served a baby pizza instead of a regular one, and it was frozen and still raw! I should add that they were takeout, and I paid €20 for two pizzas with just mozzarella on top. Terrible!!

21/11/2025: I would have given my all for the service, especially regarding the dining room and kitchen staff, but I feel compelled to criticize the cashier, who I believe is one of the owners, because he is unpleasant, useless, and rude. It's impossible to talk to him, and he's unsuitable for dealing with the public. He even pushed a colleague away from me when she was giving me information I'd previously requested from him without receiving a response. A 10 to the staff, and I recommend they move on!
