22/11/2025: The usual place where they judge and prefer to serve older people first (maybe regular customers, mind you) even though you've been there for quite some time before.

11/09/2025: I find a lot of negative reviews very unfair, especially for the salads: in the one I ate, the products were very fresh, as much or even more than elsewhere in this city; the service was very friendly and fast; no negative points. In addition, the terrace under the arcades is superb. It is a little noisy because of the traffic but you can chat without problems.

07/12/2025: Two stars mainly for the location. Worst Americano I've ever tasted...the quality/price ratio needs reconsidering. I won't be back... When I asked what specifically they used to make the Americano, I was told "it's an Americano." The color and flavor are anything but Americano.

25/10/2025: Should’ve checked the reviews before sitting down. The panini are ok. We were charged 2 euros for a cup of hot water and said its same as tea (even if we ordered food and drinks) Idk but it’s probably the only place does that in Italy.

18/10/2025: The atmosphere isn't bad, but the quality of the kebab has dropped dramatically. The meat doesn't taste like meat; it has a really strange flavor. I don't recommend it for now.

As soon as I exchanged a few words with the lady at the counter, I immediately knew I'd come to the right place. 30 years of experience translate into excellent preparations, among which the pumpkin cappellaccio, typical of the Ferrara area, stands out. 31/08/2025: Yesterday I bought a plate of pasta pasticciata to take away....the result was diarrhea for my husband and I, straung and dear...I'm speechless!!!!

18/09/2025: Being inside a hospital, you'd expect a certain level of cleanliness and hygiene, but to notice that the cashier, wearing gloves, was handling the money and then TAKEN the FOOD with it, handling it without worrying that it would end up in the mouths of patients and others is truly SCANDALOUS!!!! Not to mention that despite there being three of them, there was confusion and disarray, a sign that they don't know how to be organized and efficient... that said, I don't recommend taking the food, which will undoubtedly have been touched by multiple hands and money.

27/08/2025: I frequent it as a bar, the pastries are delicious, the staff is ALMOST all kind, a very suitable person is Luca, courteous, fast, professional!!!!

16/08/2025: The establishment is well-equipped and organized, with clean and welcoming spaces. Services are efficient, and the staff, though a bit formal, is helpful. It would therefore be an ideal choice for families and groups seeking relaxation by the sea. However, one aspect seriously detracts from the experience: the music, often too loud and intrusive, from improvised DJs, makes it difficult to enjoy the day in peace. This is completely at odds with the atmosphere one would expect in a place designed for relaxation.

30/09/2025: I've come here many times for pizza, which I think is decent for Ferrara, except today. Not only was the pizza indigestible, with the fries on top being RAW, but the brunette woman outdid herself by telling me I hadn't paid, even though the guy who gave me the receipt remembered I'd paid with him. I even showed her the receipt, but she kept sulking and insisting I hadn't paid. People like that shouldn't work in a place where people interact. I'm giving it one star because it's impossible to give a lower rating; customers deserve respect!

01/09/2025: I stopped for an emergency and tried it. The first one was still edible...even if reheated just right. As for the cutlet, it was inedible. The fried potatoes were only edible if freshly fried. An experience I absolutely won't repeat.

08/06/2025: It has really improved over time. The only place where you can find Ischian croissants, really recommended
