18/08/2025: Food neither good nor bad Prices unjustifiably above average Paper menu has seen better days (I have doubts about its sanitization after each service) The lowest point, however, must be given to the table setting. The tablecloth and paper napkin were both stain-proof. The stain-proof was not replaced but wiped with a damp cloth. The McDonald's tray is more dignified. P.S. I initially wrote that the tablecloth was wiped with the cloth, but that was a slip.

As soon as I exchanged a few words with the lady at the counter, I immediately knew I'd come to the right place. 30 years of experience translate into excellent preparations, among which the pumpkin cappellaccio, typical of the Ferrara area, stands out. Congratulations! I'll be back every time I'm in Ferrara. - Accessibility 10 It's in the "Il Castello" shopping center, so there's ample parking. - Exterior appearance and ease of access 8 - Interior appearance 8 - Cleanliness 8 - Menu variety 8 - Obviously related to the various types of fresh pasta - Quality of food and raw materials 9 - Professionalism of the staff 10 - Appearance of the kitchen 8 - Restrooms N.V. 31/08/2025: Yesterday I bought a plate of pasta pasticciata to take away....the result was diarrhea for my husband and I, straung and dear...I'm speechless!!!!

02/12/2025: Every morning, at any time, there's an unbelievable line of people at the checkout and just as many to pick up their orders. Service is incredibly slow. Terrible organization.

14/11/2025: I had lunch here for a pre-op appointment, and I'll start by saying the self-service food was excellent. I even ordered a slice of Margherita pizza, asking for it to be reheated because I can't eat cold food. The girl arrogantly replied that the pizza had been reheated from the counter. Well, aside from the incredibly rude response, the pizza was freezing cold. I didn't want to reply because when someone is rude, they're rude. Young girl with long hair, name not on uniform. Time 11:50. Today, November 14.
