10/09/2025: We were at Osteria Arman once before in 2023, and this time we weren't disappointed. A very nice and well-kept restaurant, mostly with locals and a few tourists – like us. A small menu, but very good food and attentive service. Excellent value for money.

21/08/2025: Comfortable, clean atmosphere, polite and knowledgeable staff, beautiful location. As for the food, I'd say it's very good. Only one negative: the portions are too small to boast of maintaining an old-fashioned trattoria style. For example, for four people, an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses with jams. We had to split everything into tiny portions. The two-flavor jam was a teaspoon each, so much so that we couldn't taste it! It was just enough for one person. The dessert, chocolate salami, was two small slices, not large. Even the portions of the first courses are small; they use stretched plates so they seem larger. The quantity/price ratio, in my opinion, is excessive. Pity, shame, shame We'll definitely return, but we'll point that out for now.

19/08/2025: I'm reviewing a restaurant, one of the very first times in my life, to highlight what we believe to be its shortcomings and oversights. We arrived on time and with a reservation. They escorted us to our table after almost 10 minutes of standing, setting up the table only as we were sitting down. Now comes the worst part. About 30/35 minutes of waiting just to order, and we saw, presumably one of the owners, constantly walking between the tables, telling anecdotes about the restaurant and what it was like 40 or 50 years ago. And we were still waiting to order at the next table. That said, two plates of bigoli. The amatriciana was quite good, and the duck ragù was forgettable (flavorless and so lacking in sauce that we had to add our own oil). In the meantime, we asked to change a couple of silverware since there were several insects flying around us, and one of these insects had left its belongings on our silverware. We were somewhat curtly told, "Well, we're in nature here." The main courses arrived at the exact same time as the first courses, with the last bite still uneaten. Usually, a few minutes' wait would be better in this case. The carpaccio was decent, but the creamed cod with polenta wasn't up to par. To avoid wasting any more time, we opted to order coffee directly at the counter, since the same old owner was still busy moving around the tables, and we didn't want him to do the same to us. On our way out, we were told that next time we'd better make a reservation (which we had made) because Mondays are always busy. Yes, probably because all the other places are closed on Mondays. P.S. If your name is "il Bigolaro," I'll have to remember your bigoli forever. And yet... I've eaten better bigoli at many village festivals!!

12/07/2025: An excellent, high-quality trattoria. Discreet service, as befits a high-end establishment. The owner is classy and experienced, as you'd expect from a restaurant that has had and continues to have memorable patrons, no matter how you look at it. I'll definitely be back.

31/05/2025: Giuliano is a chef of few words and many facts, his cuisine is inca in flavors and in the preparation of the dishes you eat very well here there is a team of people who make the difference try it I recommend it

16/08/2025: A quiet and very pleasant restaurant where you can enjoy a good meal of Italian cuisine. The dishes we will order, exquisite, a 10. Everything very well served and pleasant treatment. The product used is of very good quality and tasteful. The flavors they transmit and the combination of tastes make you enjoy the dishes at all times. Thank you for the experience, it has been a pleasure. We will return when we can.

24/08/2025: Bad experience. We ordered two cuts of steak because the mixed grill was already sold out. Unfortunately, they were inedible; the meat had an acidic taste, so we left them entirely on the plate. When the owner asked, we explained our reasons, which were questioned in a manner I found unprofessional. Bottom line: we only ate the side dishes and a decent appetizer. An experience not to be repeated.

I appreciated the owner's helpfulness, however, telling me he couldn't have known how long the wait would be. I'll still give it 5 stars 🔥💯👋

08/09/2025: A welcoming, traditional Venetian trattoria with a spacious interior and outdoor terrace. The owner and his staff are friendly and helpful, and the service is attentive and prompt. The food is excellent, with generous portions and flavorful dishes. The menu offers a wide selection of both fish and meat dishes, all excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

14/08/2025: We made a reservation weeks in advance. My husband and I were looking forward to eating here. I don't know if it was a bad day for the restaurant or just one of those off days but the service was lacking. We felt rushed and forgotten at the same time, almost unwelcomed. I kept asking the waiter from the table next to us, for more wine and the dessert menu. He was nice but I could tell he also got annoyed with our waiter and he would send our waiter when our cups and plates were empty because we were just waiting there. The gentleman sitting next to us had to get up from his table to get our waiter, which was also his waiter. Very odd day. The food was good and so was the wine that was suggested for us. But that was eclipsed by the service.

20/08/2025: Just yesterday, my partner and I had dinner at Trattoria Da Nicola. The welcome was impeccable. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious!

09/09/2025: Good food, small portions, but small, for a 1.90 m tall man, the same as my wife's, who is 1.72 m. The bill was too high, I couldn't stomach it, €135 for two people, I don't understand why you called it a trattoria.

26/08/2025: Excellent restaurant just steps from the Santo and Prato della Valle: it has transformed a historic Paduan trattoria into a refined establishment offering traditional dishes with a wonderful modern twist. The octopus with liquid potato and the fried fish with zucchini spaghetti are exceptional, a small "miracle" from the chef. The desserts are also worth a small indulgence. Excellent service and atmosphere. Reasonably priced. Given the limited number of tables, reservations are recommended. We will definitely be back!

12/08/2025: We had dinner with friends on a central street in Bassano. The meal was excellent, with well-prepared first courses served by friendly staff. Typical specialties like creamed cod and bigoli pasta—all good and reasonably priced. We'll be back, as we do every year! :-)

30/08/2025: Typical trattoria serving traditional Venetian dishes. The family welcome is very warm. The restaurant is close to the squares, within walking distance. Patrizia spoils you with everything 🌸 I recommend stopping by if you're visiting the city of the saint.
