16/11/2025: This is an old Treviso trattoria, with a slightly dated atmosphere, but the quality of the food makes up for it. The focus is on simple, authentic dishes, many of which are traditional local dishes, such as sopa coada, duck, goose, pork shank, and more. They also have a fish menu, which I haven't tried, but I can say the meat dishes were exquisite. The owner, an old-fashioned kindness and attentiveness, is just as great as the wait staff. Prices are fair.

08/12/2025: A splendid restaurant nestled in the Euganean Hills, offering rich and beautifully presented dishes. Extensive wine list. Excellent desserts. Fairly priced considering the service and food quality.
30/11/2025: The atmosphere was really nice and refined, the waiters were super helpful, and the food was good. There were non-meat eaters at our table, and they were really kind in offering us vegetarian options, combining pasta shapes and sauces to suit our needs. Highly recommended.

09/11/2025: A small restaurant in the heart of Treviso, carefully decorated and uniquely furnished (various antiques and signs adorn the walls). Flavorful beef tartare. Tasty duck bigoli. The tiramisu is very good and highly recommended. Friendly and fast service. Appetizer, main course, and dessert with coffee are €50 each. Prices are medium to high, typical for central Treviso. Fun fact: from what I understand, the cover charge increases in the evening. I'd only encountered this increase abroad.
25/10/2025: LUNCH AFTER 110 KM BY BIKE
We had lunch today with seven cycling friends who had set out from the province of Verona and followed the Treviso/Ostiglia cycle path. We booked a few days in advance. When we arrived, everything was prepared as requested and agreed upon. The owner immediately took care of storing our bikes. All the staff were very kind and attentive to detail and customer requests. We enjoyed the Bigoli with duck and, above all, the truly sublime Tiramisu. Excellent value. Marco is a professional restaurateur. Definitely worth a try.

09/12/2025: Officina al Bersagliere was a wonderful discovery! The bigoli were truly excellent, and the off-menu truffle options were simply irresistible. They also paid special attention to gluten-free options: homemade bread and great attention to every detail. Highly recommended!

Lunch.
After ordering, they offered us a plate with four slices of local coppa, SUBLIME.
We then moved on to the radicchio lasagna (off the menu of the day), which was good and balanced.
Pasta with beans and gnocchi were good.
The grilled tomini with polenta was good.
Cotechino with polenta and mushrooms was tasty, but it left me thirsty or had no digestive issues.
Four desserts were offered (a homemade torta paradiso).
With two side dishes, four coffees, one sambuca, one bottle of wine, and one bottle of water, it was €92.
Very fair price.
Reservations recommended.
09/11/2025: Authentic cuisine, tradition, Venetian dishes, those that take you back to beautiful tables whose simplicity tells a timeless story... well, this was my Sunday family lunch during a visit to the Sanctuary. We wanted to try typical dishes like bigoli in salsa, gnocchi with butter, sage, and almonds, the spectacular cod with soft polenta, cooked cheese with speck and mushrooms, and stewed cuttlefish. They also offered us a delicious plum cake made in the morning... in short, we truly felt at home, with the same family warmth despite the crowds. The price was very fair 🥂 I really hope that reviews like mine can really boost this wonderful restaurant scene, because places like this absolutely deserve support. Well done!!!
