Typical trattoria, without pretensions, but with excellent food and good wine. Specialized in cooking horse meat, it has other equally good traditional dishes. Recommended for a convivial evening.

I spent an evening with friends in this historic venue in Padua. Good variety of starters, nothing to say about the first and second courses, desserts without infamy or glory, average value for places that call themselves trattorias but then turn out to be restaurants, prices included. Allow me only to highlight a service made up of young and dynamic people...too much...(dynamic). Arrived and sat down at 8.00 pm, ordered first courses, second courses and side dishes (perhaps there was a cutlery on the tray, to avoid everyone using their own and now I will be told "you could have asked for them"), served and finished at 9.10 pm... So fast that as one diner finished his dish, his plate was immediately taken away from him and he remained to watch the others... Luckily, as soon as we were offered dessert at 9.15pm we asked for a break... oh well! Would I go back? Not even...

Sunday lunch with relatives from abroad. Everything excellent! The fast and professional service. Abundant servings. Coordination between dining room service and kitchen. It doesn't happen often!! I can not wait to come back!!

Perfetta per assaggiare le tipicità Padovane e vicina al centro città

Tipico ristorante trattoria con cibo veneto. Pasta fatta in casa e carne di cavallo sono la specialità. La domenica a pranzo il locale è un pò rumoroso perchè molto frequentato, ma al tempo stesso semplice e accogliente. Servizio veloce e prezzi nellaq media.

Locale storico, propone specialità Equine, quando siete di passaggio vi invito ad andare. Cosa dire straordinario!!!!!!

Locale rustico ma curato, bell’ambiente e personale gentile. Varie salette, di cui quella con vetrata molto bella. Noi avevamo una carrozzina e ci hanno riservato un posto tranquillo e spazioso. Menu della traduzione, sapori di una volta e si sente che è tutto fatto in casa. Portate principali abbondanti e ben presentate, secondi comprensivi di polenta e/o funghi. Unica piccola pecca: non si può dire lo stesso del pane, 4 fettine sottili e due pacchettini di grissini x 4 adulti! (Sul menu è scritto che se ne ordini di più te lo fanno pagare). Anche i contorni non abbondanti. 1 porzione di patate al forno in un piattino misero. Non abbiamo preso dolci ma le porzioni che ho visto erano un po’ striminzite. 31€ a testa x antipasto e secondo (vino della casa, acqua e caffè). A mio parere leggermente caro ma diciamo nella media con gli aumenti generali dei locali. Penso proprio ci tornerò!
