04/02/2025: For Koreans, the Korean language is written below. If you have the power to pour wine alone, you should come here and eat it. I'm not sure it's standard to pour the first glass of welcome wine, but I had no choice but to order a bottle of sparkling white wine there served. It was so fine, and all the food was incomparable. and the dishes expressed so deliciously in the essence of the taste were astounding. When we got the first menu for the pasta it is so fresh all the ocean covered my mouth. After i just missed thst taste. Steak. Steak! Perfect. Not sort so. Tenderloin meat. Very low area for ethe gray zone. Unbelievable. American steak all way flowing like this type of steak. They never made cost from this. Little like tataki style. But u need to try with redwine. Before have some nice withe sparking. I really hope this restaurant, which offers us an unforgettable taste at these prices, doesn't change. Compared to the previous £200 for a light meal in Florence, Rome, this restrant. not just price. I’m not a really rich person. Of course. But i when to sevral time two more stars michelin. But the price. And change the menu. All good. All perfect. It's incredible. The taste and atmosphere. If you have the strength to pour wine, you must come here and eat. I don't know if it's standard to pour a first glass as a welcome drink, but I had no choice but to order a bottle of sparkling white wine, which was so delicious, the atmosphere was so nice, and all the food was incomparable to the food that was pureed at other awkward restaurants, and the dishes were so deliciously expressed in the taste itself that it was surprising. I can say that it is the best steak I have ever eaten. Come. If you have to choose one place to eat in Florence, it has to be here. I hope this restaurant, which provides us with unforgettable tastes at such prices, will never change. 5 courses 57 euros 2025. It was so good, a bottle of local sparkle wine was only 18 euros. Compared to the previous time I paid 200 euros for a light meal at a Michelin restaurant in Rome...unbelievable. Taste and atmosphere. I'm not a rich person, so the service may be different compared to the few two-star, one-star restaurants, but the taste is better than one star. It's more ambiguous than 2 stars. 80,000 won for 5 courses and 2 stars? If you want it, you have no conscience...

18/01/2025: We returned after months from Gastone, a truly special place. The environment has always been well cared for, elegant in its simplicity. Mattia and Lorenzo in the dining room are a concentration of competence and enthusiasm, a winning formula. What about food? The fish is very fresh, the lobster pasta was simply perfect. We also appreciated the accompaniment with quality wines. Place of the heart in Florence!

28/12/2024: We were recommended this place by a waiter from a nearby restaurant. Due to the Christmas rush, it wasn't easy to find a spot, but we finally managed to get a table on December 27. After too many Florentine dishes 😅, the fish was a refreshing change! We started with the Tartare di Gamberi Rosa, which was simply amazing, and followed with the Sea Bass in Salt, which was also excellent. It came with three sides: eggplant with olives, capers, and tomatoes - absolutely delicious - sautéed spinach (well, it’s spinach 😅), and super crunchy French fries. Overall, a great experience, but be aware - it won’t be cheap!

22/01/2025: Marco che dirti, innanzitutto grazie mille. Ospitalità, cordialità, consigli e raccomandazioni, tutto PERFETTO! Partiamo dai vini, anzi no, atmosfera e welcome caldi e avvolgenti. Vino: poesia in bottiglia, 2 consigli su 2 apprezzatissimi! Antipasto misto in condivisione, materie prime di livello e tipiche della zona, esaltate sapientemente e senza corromperne il gusto, anzi! Primo piatto in condivisione: Scrigni cacio, pepe e tartufo con un po’ di pera che dava una nota dolce al piatto..un altro 10+! E poi il trionfo su tavola: La Bistecca Fritta! Un must di questo locale che lavora la carne da maestro! La recensione la stiamo facendo prima del dolce e del conto ma ormai è chiaro: Qui non si mangia, si volaaaaaa! Continuate così e grazie ancora per l’esperienza memorabile! Ps anche tantissime scelte di dolci e piatti senza glutine

17/02/2025: What a gem! We were so tired from walking and saw Osteria de Proconsolo that looked inviting and cute. We were welcomed by Fiona who was so friendly and suggested just the right meal for us. We split a pappardelle with boar sauce; the chef made a bigger portion for us to split. The glass of wine was just right. If you are in the neighborhood you cannot go wrong eating here. It’s close to the Duomo. I highly recommend.

09/01/2025: My husband and i found this restaurant by coincidence. It is one of the best restaurants we tried in Florence, i really loved the food, it was delicious and fresh. You can feel that the food was made with love, i just can’t get over it.The staff was friendly and nice. Our visit was on January 2023. I wish i could travel back to Florence just to dine there again.

31/01/2025: I went for lunch with my wife, without booking and I have to say that we had a great time, there is the menu of the day and also the classic menu, I ate the spaghetti ai templari really good and abundant, my wife had the pizza excellent the price is right

22/01/2025: I used it on my recent trip to Italy. The menu was in Italian and English. I could only speak a little English, so I had to use a translator to order, but the staff were kind, showing me the pasta noodles and meat and explaining them to me, as well as letting me try the pasta and other dishes during the service. All the food was delicious and we had a wonderful time! thank you very much!

15/02/2025: Terrible experience. The pici alle briciole were raw and inedible. The paccheri, which were supposed to be with beef and porcini mushrooms, actually contained mostly honey mushrooms and mushrooms. The beef carpaccio arrived still frozen (at least they didn't charge for it). I reported everything, but the staff was just defensive, with no desire to make amends. Poor quality and unprofessional attitude. Honestly, after this experience, I can't understand the high reviews. I definitely won't be back and I won't recommend it. Ruined Valentine's evening. Response to the restaurant's comment: I confirm that the waitresses were very kind throughout the evening. The "music" was a radio with ads and sponsorships attached, I doubt it created a typical Valentine's atmosphere.

15/02/2025: Not to be missed in Florence, definitely in the top 3 trattorias in this city for me: Excellent Tuscan classics, lots of variety in the menu and for all prices - you can eat very simple and delicious dishes as well as more elaborate and high quality dishes! Big bonus for wine lovers, the owner advises very well, very good place to discover Tuscan wines. And of course super welcoming staff!

11/02/2025: The food is pretty weak for the price. Something touristy but understandable due to its location. Well decorated terrace and a bit mehh attention from the waiter. I guess it's designed for foreigners.

11/02/2025: Hands down the best pizza me and my partner have ever had. Pasta extremely good too. Italian and more precisely amazing Tuscan food. Cocktails very strong be warned 😂 we generally have a rule of not going back to places when on holiday but this trip we had to make an exception

18/02/2025: Hands down the best pasta I've ever had, food was unbelievable, light and filling, I could have eaten multiple courses. The candle lit, wine filled room gave amazing vibes. The dessert was perfect given the allergies we have and the restaurant was very accommodating to our allergies. Couldn't recommend it enough.

28/11/2024: Crostini with porcini mushrooms and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms are super. The restaurant has a small terrace which offers a pleasant view. Quiet, clean and well furnished. Second time in a few months and on both occasions I left more than satisfied. Correct price.

18/11/2024: Fabulous setting, very intimate. The conviviality of the owners is a blessing. Magnificent pappardelle with hare ragù. Highly recommended!

30/01/2025: Everything exquisite, from A to Z, impeccable, attentive and discreet service, we opted for a tasting of appetizers and a Fiorentina "Manzetta Prussiana" simply NO PLUS ULTRA, it melted in the mouth... all accompanied by a good Chianti Classico "La Leccia ".. highly recommended!

12/01/2025: Nice place, quality food, nice wine list. The girl in the room who was good but too "serious" would give her an extra smile. Menu reduced in number of courses but very high range. Two small criticisms: a few more side dishes and perhaps the lamb was too delicate, perhaps better lamb meat can be found in the area. However we will return.
