20/05/2026: There's honestly no better place than Osteria del Teatro. Last Friday, we celebrated with 40 friends in a private room, and it was truly one of the most special lunches we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the whole team welcomed us with so much warmth, kindness and care. Every single person working there made us feel incredibly looked after, and all of our guests kept commenting on how beautiful the space is and how delicious the food was. We even had a baby with us and the team kindly brought her toys to play with and made sure she felt entertained all time. That level of care meant so much to us and says everything about the people behind this place. A huge thank you to everyone at Osteria del Teatro for giving us such a memorable night. We had the best time ever, and this has become such a special yearly tradition for us that we honestly wouldn’t want to celebrate anywhere else ❤️

17/05/2026: Everything was excellent, the prices were spectacular for the taste. I had the stuffed gnocchi, the Chianina beef appetizer, and the Pavlova...I'll definitely be back. The bathroom with the dolls is a little scary 😅

03/05/2026: A quaint restaurant run by an enterprising young couple. I tasted the care and passion for this work in every dish I ate. The menu isn't overly extensive, but the ingredients are of the highest quality. The service is friendly but attentive. Highly recommended.

03/06/2026: Beautiful!!! A lovely place, well-maintained and managed by consistently courteous and efficient staff. They welcomed us, despite the late hour and the large crowd. The cuisine is top-notch, thanks to the conceptual refinement of the dishes presented, the quality of the ingredients used, and the quality of the preparation. We had a wonderful gastronomic experience!

03/05/2026: An excellent dining experience at this historic restaurant in Caprese Michelangelo, family-run for decades and offering a very good value. Start with a house platter, accompanied by warm, freshly fried focaccia, a delicious truffle salad, warm soufflés, and fried porcini mushrooms. The first courses are homemade and fully reflect the flavors of the region. Second courses include grilled pork, veal, and lamb, or, for those who prefer, a plate of local cheeses. You can finish on a sweet note with creamy custards, biscotti, or homemade tartlets. Oh... the house wine from nearby Umbria is highly recommended. Much credit to Alfredo, his partner, and their entire staff!

30/04/2026: We went to Cerro for lunch, and had a mixed antipasto and two first courses. The dishes were truly delicious. The hint of porcini mushrooms in the dishes was wonderful! The setting is very beautiful and well-kept.

21/05/2026: The best restaurant in the neighborhood! We arrived without a reservation. Our first reaction was “there is no room left,” but on second thought, and when the maître d' saw that we spoke Italian, the door opened. What an experience. Authentic traditional local cuisine. Full house every single day. We will definitely be back. Very friendly staff.

01/06/2026: More than a dinner, it's a true experience. The place is very unique: everything takes place in a single room around a large shared table, where you can eat with others. A simple yet beautiful idea, it fosters conviviality and makes the evening different from the usual. The food was a pleasant surprise from start to finish. The first courses had already won us over, but the second courses confirmed the exceptional quality of the offering. The porchetta rabbit, accompanied by cooked vegetables, was extraordinary, one of those dishes that lingers in your memory. The tagliata with roast potatoes was also excellent, cooked to perfection. The finale was no exception: excellent desserts, with biscotti accompanied by a spectacular Vin Santo emulsion, which concluded the dinner in the best possible way. A special mention goes to the owner, who, in addition to being the cook, is an extremely friendly and welcoming person. You can sense all the passion she puts into her work and her attention to her guests. An authentic place, where you eat excellently and immediately feel at home. An experience I recommend without hesitation and will definitely repeat. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Definitely worth a try.

12/04/2026: A sure thing My sixtieth birthday celebration, like every other time, the table was for twenty of us. We know the location; we hadn't been back in a while, but I had no hesitation in booking it. The owner is lovely, smiling, and helpful, with a passion for cooking and the dishes she offers. We didn't know what the menu had prepared, but we trusted it implicitly. The girl serving was very friendly and charming. She started with a series of appetizers: cecina with eggplant pâté on top, basil and ricotta tart with basil wafer and Sicilian cherry tomato cream, a basket of puntarelle and anchovies, crostini with cheese fondue, cured meat, and pink egg, a crispy oven-baked pappa al pomodoro, chocolate bread with chicken galantine and radicchio, the classic black crostini with vin santo, and puff pastry fingers with a gorgonzola cream to start, accompanied by prosecco. I also brought a magnum of Spatlese Riesling from the Mosel. To continue the lunch, we decide to order some Cortona Syrah, wild asparagus risotto, and artichoke-filled ravioli with a borage and nettle dressing. Then we move on to the main courses: mouth-watering Gran pezzo alla moschea alla moschea with mustard and roast potatoes, beer-baked pork chops with excellent zucchini, and to finish the main courses, baked guinea fowl on a bed of lettuce and stewed carrots. Everything was delicious. For dessert, the birthday boy was a shortcrust pastry cake with cooked custard, Portuguese milk, and biscuits so good I can still taste them in my mouth, all washed down with a glass of Moscato di Asti. What can I say? For me, this is the best restaurant I've ever eaten at. The bread and pasta are all made by the owner, the chef. The beauty of this restaurant is that you eat seasonal products available at that time of year, prepared with skill and intelligence. It's so great, you'll want to return every season. The price is very fair for the quality.
