01/06/2025: We went to this place based on all the glowing reviews, but thought it was just ok. Service was great and the atmosphere was quaint and typical fun Italian, but the food was very, very average. We had cod, two different pastas, and risotto, but all were bland and fairly tasteless. It was so strange as many other restaurants we’ve been to in Cortona were amazing.

21/06/2025: A place discovered today, which has rightfully become part of our top trattorias! Super welcoming place, which corresponds in all respects to the typical Tuscan trattoria, where those who want to eat well "like once upon a time" in a rustic setting feel at home. And we were really happy to see the place full of locals, a sign of quality and coherence with local traditions. Since it was a quick lunch we decided to order à la carte instead of opting for the inviting 25 euro menu where there was really everything. We had some really amazing first courses: enormous portions, well seasoned with traditional sauces such as wild boar, rabbit and lampredotto, plated in a very elegant way. Very good house wine, served in typical flasks, a must for the "Il Fiasco" tavern. Finally, special pastry desserts (lemon and cappuccino delight). Kind and friendly staff. Very honest prices: less than 20 euros per person! Congratulations on everything, places like these are the protected oasis of Italian culinary tradition.

11/06/2025: I went to Muzzicone with a colleague of mine for a business dinner. The restaurant is set in a very suggestive historical setting. Beautiful town to take a stroll through after dinner. We tried a Florentine steak for two with appetizer and dessert. Everything was very good and the price was fair.

Excellent dishes, carefully prepared, the flavors blended well and everything cooked impeccably (we didn't eat the raw... but my companion said it was very good). In my opinion, an experience worth trying....and trying again. The reasonable price. The overall rating was excellent.

22/06/2025: Characteristic restaurant in the heart of the town of Ambra with a wide choice of dishes, both meat and fish, with impeccable taste. Excellent cleanliness as well as furnishings. Large rooms, both internal and external, offer the possibility of hosting many tables. This however leads to delays in serving the tables.

16/06/2025: What can I say? Passing through Sansepolcro for the masterpieces of Piero della Francesca, we were recommended this restaurant. Amazing first courses, perfect in execution and raw materials. Delicious rabbit and crunchy and delicious courgette flowers. The owner pampered us in a delicate and thoughtful way. Beyond all expectations, this is hospitality! If you go to Sansepolcro, do not miss a lunch or dinner in this beautiful restaurant, it will be a perfect pleasure.

Piatti prevalentemente tipici, come la pappa al pomodoro e la pasta fatta in casa proposta con vari condimenti. Buoni anche i secondi, con ampia offerta di carne ai ferri/griglia. Buona carta dei vini, con ricarichi non eccessivi (esclusi quelli pregiati). Rapporto qualità/prezzo equilibrato (un pò stridente il coperto di 3 euro, senza tovaglia di stoffa)

20/06/2025: The place is very simple and therefore typically Tuscan tavern: beautiful, panoramic and fresh. The staff is very young but very courteous and attentive to everyone's needs. The menu includes few but very good dishes, all artfully prepared. Would I go back? Definitely YES. Recommended for those who prefer authenticity and quality.

07/06/2025: We were more than disappointed. While the ambiance was very nice, that's about it. The service was extremely inattentive and more show than substance. Some of the food was extremely tasteless and simply unloving. The papa al pomodoro was the worst I've ever eaten. The glory days here are definitely over.
