26/10/2025: Just out here for work, I decided after 15 days to eat fish. The place is very beautiful and unique, seating about thirty people. The decor makes you feel at home, even if it doesn't look like a seafood restaurant. I started with the excellent raw fish, high-quality raw materials. The first course was homemade gnocchi in scampi broth with cacio e pepe... and I took a chance on the cacio e pepe, which I found fantastic. The second course was monkfish in porchetta with vegetable caponata, an excellent dish, and the contrast between the monkfish and the crispy pancetta it's wrapped in is delicious. Then came coffee made with a moka pot, which I really like. Everything was excellent, but the lady serving was very kind and explained each dish very professionally. I spent €100, well spent, perhaps the second course was a little expensive, but still, well done.

11/10/2025: A culinary experience of the highest order! The food here is unbelievably delicious – every dish was an absolute highlight. There's no menu; the chef decides what's served – and that's exactly what makes the visit so special. Each course was perfectly seasoned, creatively presented, and prepared with palpable passion. The entire team is extremely polite, attentive, and warm, making you feel welcome from the very first moment. Advance reservations are definitely recommended, as the restaurant is apparently very popular and usually full – quite rightly so!

06/10/2025: Unfortunately, I can't comment on the food because, even though I was alone and there was a free table, I wasn't welcomed because a group of 20-30 people had just arrived and, according to the manager (or the person who answered me at the time), I would have to wait an hour and they were serving appetizers. I understand everything, but to really turn away a customer (and especially a single one) without even knowing that he would be satisfied with a second course or any other dish is truly inhospitable and unwelcoming. I'm sorry because it's not my habit to leave negative reviews, but I've never experienced such a negative welcome.

18/11/2025: A wonderful experience of typical Tuscan cuisine! The bruschetta with chicken livers was delicious, and the sausage was delicious! There were five of us, and we tried five typical first courses: pici with porcini mushrooms, pici with truffles, Tuscan tripe, and ricotta and spinach ravioli with truffles. EVERYTHING WAS VERY GOOD!!! Special desserts! With the option to choose between Nutella, dark chocolate, or berries. We had a blast! I had a classic vin santo and biscotti. An excellent bottle of Buccia Nera, truly top-notch!!! The waitresses were friendly and helpful. The owner was kind and friendly! (We showed up half an hour early, and he welcomed us with a smile.)
