06/01/2025: We tasted the dishes of the Corte dell'oca restaurant. Everything was excellent, from the appetizers to the traditional Tuscan dishes. I particularly appreciated their ribollita. The restaurant environment is warm, welcoming and evocative. Highly recommended

05/01/2025: We only used the restaurant, a beautiful location with an ancient atmosphere. Good menu. We took pici all'aglione (excellent) tortellini in broth (the bland broth was excellent but the tortellini....) Platter of crostini (mostly vegetables, the ham was excellent) Scaloppine in wine (unfortunately not veal so a a little hard, but the flavor very good) the mashed potatoes are not made with potatoes but a substitute) the desserts are good. The house wine, a Vermentino from Orvieto, is good.

12/01/2025: Quando andiamo a pranzo/cena fuori che cosa ci aspettiamo? Io, sicuramente, qualità e passare un po' di tempo rilassandosi in tranquillità. Ecco, "Il Cassero" di da tutto questo! Si parte con la scelta del vino: due calici, un Crognolo ed un Bolgheri, potendo scegliere tra diversi tipologie di ottimi vini al bicchiere come raramente mi era capitato! Poi un buon antipasto, vario e gustoso, a mezzo con mia moglie, dei tortelli di baccalà abbondanti ed equilibrati per me, una zuppa di cipolle perfettamente gratinata per lei! Poi, un po' sazio ma non del tutto, sei incerto se prendere altro ed allora, quello che credo sia il gestore o uno dei gestori (il signore con la barba, premuroso ed accogliente ma mai eccessivo) ti viene in aiuto con una ridotta, ma neanche tanto, porzione di "finto tonno", profumato ed appetitoso! Non solo, ma poi ti scala tre euro dal suo costo! Non è per i tre euro, vanno e vengono, ma apprezzo l'attenzione per il cliente, sono quelle piccole cose che ti faranno tornare volentieri e che ti faranno parlare bene del locale.

18/08/2024: Small typical Tuscan tavern in the center of Faella, it has a large car park near the restaurant about 4/5 minutes on foot, with very homemade food, generous portions, only one small flaw, the place is really small so I recommend calling to find out the availability of places

Never a bad surprise regarding the quality of the food including the service offered: fast and always with the utmost friendliness and kindness. Every time the desire remains to go back to enjoying simple recipes that still manage to surprise!

17/12/2024: Absolutely fantastic! From the decorations to the food, everything was great! The owner, Mrs. Elena is a "plus"! So friendly and helpful! The homemade torrone is a must. Fondue 🫕 is another must!!! Definitely recommended 👏

14/08/2024: ¡¡NO están cerrados!! ¡Qué extraño lo online que dice que están! Lugar súper agradable, bien vale la pena una visita 🫶🏻 Muchos italianos aquí también, dirigido por dos hermanos, agradable y relajado ambiente con precios muy moderados, pero de buena calidad.

22/11/2024: A perfect raw fish dish that is not only fresh but particular with non-obvious ingredients (percebes...), the first courses are very creative and the trio of desserts are a worthy finale. The great thing is that the chef really cooks!!!! I mean not like the local restaurants where everyone makes do in the kitchen

16/11/2024: Crudo di pesce impressionante, ottimo ad un prezzo adeguato a quello che viene offerto. Ottimo anche i menù proposti, molto originali e soprattutto buoni. Servizio eccellente, locale carino. Carta dei vini ottima.
