I love this place!! The pizza/gelato class was so much fun, and the chefs were so kind and helpful. The end results were delicious.

Fantasic food making experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the making and taste of the pizza and gelato. Tomm was amazing, so personable and made the experience unique and special. 100% recommend the pizza and gelato class.

We came there for a cooking experience with chef Allan. We met him at the restaurant he took us to the market and we bought the ingredients to prepare 2 delicious meals. Everything was wonderful he was awesome. The only problem is we were promised we would receive a link for the recipes to our emails and never did. I tried going on the website to contact someone but it says website not found. PLEASE someone reach out to me we really want to try to make the two dishes they were fantastic!!!! Thank you! (we were 5 in our group on April 13, 2026 reservation was under Adams)

For our first time in Florence, we took a cooking class to learn how to make pasta and tiramisu like the locals. There were only five of us, making it a very intimate and enjoyable experience. We were so lucky to have Alain as our chef and instructor for those few hours. His humor blended perfectly with his technique, making it an unforgettable experience. I've never liked pesto, but the one made with basil from Alain's garden is something I could eat every day. I won't even begin to describe the divine tiramisu we made and ate, as words simply can't express the sheer joy of eating it. A huge thank you!

The staff here is the best. We enjoyed the three classes so much. Never knew how some of these amazing foods are so simple and easy to make. Thank you for helping me break the barrier to make from scratch many of the dishes I truly love.

What a pleasure it was to take such an intimate cooking class with a chef like Alain! For my first day in Florence and my first class, the experience was absolutely delightful. Besides being a fantastic teacher, he chats and jokes with you as if you've been friends for years. The pasta and tiramisu we made were simply divine. Special mention goes to the basil from his garden. Thank you to him and his assistant, who were both wonderful.

We took a cooking class with Alain, who is an incredible chef; he's as funny as he is talented. We loved our class. If happiness exists, it's in Alain's hands (that's why he wears gloves). Pasta in Italy is delicious, but when you make it yourself, it's absolutely divine! Alain, Breton galettes are good, but nothing will ever surpass Italian cuisine! The girl with the scared eyes 😉

Had a gf antastic afternoon on a Pizza and Gelato making course here, food was of course amazing as we made it ourselves! Course was excellent and lots of fun had by the whole family.

We did the pizza and gelato class with Leonardo, and it was the perfect cooking experience for our family! I would recommend it for anyone traveling with elementary-aged kids! Our class had three families with kids ranging from 8-12 years old. Everyone made their own pizza dough, and Leonardo patiently explained each step and checked our progress to make sure no one got left behind or went too far off Piste. While the dough was rising, the kids helped Leonardo mix up some gelato batter while he explained each step. Then, as the gelato froze, we learned to stretch and cook our pizzas. I have some pastry school experience and am an experienced baker, and I still learned a few things from Leonardo! Plus my kids and my parents all had a fantastic time. We're looking forward to making more pizza when we get home!

12/05/2026: Very nice restaurant and excellent service. We ordered a house-recommended wine, an appetizer with polenta, and the famous Florentine steak. All were very good and the meat was extremely tender.
12/05/2026: Delicious steak! pasta, and cheesecake desert! well worth the price. They have a very expansive menu here! you will not be disappointed! Worth every Euro!

11/05/2026: We've been to this restaurant four times now. The food is good, the quality is decent, and the variety is there. The detail that has left me perplexed every time is the service from one waiter or head waiter in particular, whose manners are quite unsuitable for this type of establishment. We chose a wine (35 euros), and the response was: "It's not available, I'll bring you this one, it's from the same cellar anyway." For me, the Pici all'aglione: "NO Spaghetti, they're sold out..." on a Saturday night? And then you bring me a plate of hard spaghetti with tomato sauce and a little garlic? Cutlery and plates brought with little politeness, thrown on the table, waving their arms in front of the noses of people eating. ...in short, all this tavern-like familiarity doesn't seem appropriate for a restaurant of this type with these prices.
25/04/2026: Beautiful location. Excellent culinary quality. Top service. Simone, in addition to expressing professionalism and friendliness, creates a familiar and welcoming atmosphere. An experience not to be missed!
