Excellent experience: truly excellent first courses, especially the tagliatelle with truffle, beautifully prepared vegetables, and exceptional desserts. The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff were very friendly, especially Mrs. Enrica. Dining on the terrace with the splendid view of Anghiari made everything even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!

I just left this restaurant.
Fantastic, the welcome and kindness are from days gone by.
Dinner? It brings tears to my eyes, fantastic first courses, top-notch grilled food, just like they do in Tuscany.
Finally, for those who want to eat great, this is the place to go.

This is the kind of place you'd hope to find on your travels, authentic, showcasing local recipes and ingredients. The place is welcoming, but especially the owners. I enjoyed excellent Tuscan crostini and a mouth-watering pappardelle with wood pigeon. My wife, on the other hand, had veal cheek and sautéed vegetables, and she was equally satisfied.

Sunday in Anghiari for the Palazzo Taglieschi Museum and in Citerna for Donatello's Madonna. La Nena did the rest. The food was delicious and well-prepared. The service and atmosphere were excellent. Thank you!

My wife and I had been here years ago on another business trip like this: I'm a wholesaler in the industry, and I have a supplier nearby. I often eat out, for pleasure or for work, where work also means meeting customers (whom I won't review for fairness' sake). All this to say, I'm not easily impressed. But I had fond memories, especially of the appetizers, so we came back, and not just because of the time. And yes, we had a good time. But certainly not for joy or disappointment: either we remembered incorrectly, or something has changed. So, yes, it's good... like many others.
