16/11/2025: Our experience at this nearly Michelin-starred restaurant unfortunately fell far short of expectations. The tagliolini with mushrooms was the main disappointment: completely flavorless, without aroma or character, a dish that left no impression on the palate. To make matters worse, the service was decidedly poor: little attention to customer service, long wait times, and service that didn't even begin to reflect the restaurant's aspirations. For a restaurant that strives for excellence, we expected much more. This experience, however, was truly disappointing.

His attention to the customer is evident in every gesture: from the care with which he accompanies guests throughout dinner to his willingness to recommend dishes and ensure every detail is perfect. This family-friendly synergy between the kitchen and dining room creates an authentic and welcoming atmosphere, where guests truly feel at the center of attention. 06/04/2026: The atmosphere was lovely, and the carpaccio was delicious. However, I felt uncomfortable during a casual conversation in English with one of the staff members. I was told “xie xie,” and when I gently corrected them, they laughed and said they couldn’t tell the difference between Asians. Please try to imagine how you would feel if someone said they couldn’t distinguish you from people of other European countries. That would be disrespectful to people of any country. I really liked Taormina, so it was especially disappointing to end my trip on a sad note after visiting this restaurant.

15/02/2026: As a starter I ordered raw fish and it was fresh, I also ordered bruschetta with sea urchins and they were also good, it was a shame about the pasta I ordered which was salty, undercooked and cold, the salty bill was not up to the dinner's standard.

19/03/2026: Although finding a great burger joint in Italy can be difficult, we finally found the best burger place in Sicily after searching tirelessly and with great appetite. The bread, the meat, and the design of the place are all excellent. Located on Catania's brightest street, it's a food and drink street with something for every palate. I especially recommend exploring this street from beginning to end. 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️💡🏮👩‍🍳
