17/10/2025: We ate them raw (scampi, red prawns, shrimp). Everything was incredibly fresh. Then there was a stuffed cuttlefish that melted in your mouth. The staff was friendly and professional. Recommended.
24/09/2025: We had a good first course (fish couscous), but they should include more fish and less shellfish, because when you pay for it, it's fair to eat a little more than shellfish, which you can't. Otherwise, it was normal.

10/10/2025: We stayed in Noto for three nights and ended up dining at Tannur every night. The ingredients were top-quality and presented with exquisite elegance. The chef, whom we met, was a true professional who accommodated all our requests. The place is beautiful and clean, with a family atmosphere, starting with the owner Corrado, his mother, and the talented, friendly, and knowledgeable waiter Stefano. Highly recommended!
06/10/2025: Wow! Such a delicious fresh meal at a family restaurant! The special ravioli was amazing! Pasta Norma was so hot and delicious. Fresh crisp green salad and yummy octopus salad too! A great suggestion from our sgent...a local spot for sure!!

19/10/2025: The service was excellent, the staff were friendly but not including coffee or liqueur in the price is ridiculous and miserable, even asking for the euro is ridiculous to say the least, so just to not have this kindness I personally won't return.

04/11/2025: The Sicilian platter is varied and quite good; the pasta with ricotta and eggplant is also excellent, thanks in particular to perfect cooking. The setting is charming and the waitstaff is very attentive.

14/09/2025: While on vacation in Sicily, we saw this restaurant along the road to Modica. The sign says "traditional cuisine," so we stopped in. It was a great experience. We returned every night we were in Modica. We took their advice and tried a few different dishes, including the pizza. All the food was excellent. The owners are friendly, kind, and attentive to their customers. We had a great time. They also gave us advice on what to try and see in Modica. Well done, keep up the good work. 05/12/2025: Truly excellent dinner. The raw fish appetizer is extraordinary: incredibly fresh and rich in flavor. The parmigiana is also excellent, while the caponata is good, though not exceptional. The first courses, both the one with bottarga and the one with shrimp and pistachios, are very tasty and well-balanced. Don't miss the tuna with caramelized onion, cooked to perfection and truly delicious.
Attentive and professional service, elegant yet comfortable atmosphere. A highly recommended place in Taormina.

31/10/2025: In Syracuse in Ortigia there are two restaurants that have this name (Trattoria del buon gustaio) but the owner is always the same and here too, like the other place, the food is very good but unlike the other one, no pizza... Customer attention and well-prepared dishes...
28/10/2025: The seafood is delicious. The portion is huge. Enough for two people. The atmosphere is homey.

01/11/2025: This is a charming, comfortable, and very well-located hotel. The welcome is warm. All the staff are kind and attentive. You can speak French with some of the reception staff. The breakfast is varied and very good, featuring fresh, local products. Don't hesitate to book; it's one of the best places to stay in Syracuse.
31/10/2025: One of the coziest hotels I've ever stayed in. The location is perfect, the two rooms our family had were incredibly charming and above all the staff is incredibly helpful. Thanks for all the tips and bookings. We'll be back!

02/11/2025: Nothing that would entice me to return. I was hoping it wasn't a touristy place, but other than the beautiful setting, everything was adequate. I don't know if there's anything better in Castiglione, but I wouldn't return here.

Special dishes that you obviously can't get everywhere, and yes, it's certainly not cheap, but you get what you pay for. A bit of a wait, but we went on a Sunday for lunch.

22/08/2025: I had the pleasure of visiting the masseria during the Ferragosto holiday. It's a charming place surrounded by nature, just outside the city of Palermo, about 30 minutes away. I had a wonderful lunch on Ferragosto, an excellent menu, served by very attentive and friendly staff. I'll definitely be back!
