Beautiful "osteria" carved into the rock... you can eat in small caves. The staff is friendly and helpful. A very unique and evocative experience... highly recommended.

We booked this restaurant, but didn't specify that we wanted to dine inside the cave, assuming it would be so, given the unique location. We were told that there was a group inside and that in the summer they usually have guests dine outside. The outside isn't particularly special. The food was excellent. We had pasta alla norma, bruschetta, and spaghetti with clams. We got the impression they were in a hurry, as they cleared our plates at lightning speed. The group arrived just as we'd finished, however. If they'd wanted to accommodate us, they could have.

A very charming and quaint place. Rooms seating about thirty people are located inside caves carved into the rock. Nice and modern decor, perhaps a little too dark. Not very suitable for large groups. In the summer, a few tables are also available outside. Both meat and seafood cuisine is served, with three or four options of each, from appetizers to main courses, with careful preparation of the ingredients. A mix of tradition and innovation is offered, with good results. Excellent desserts. Service is "limping," with nothing to complain about in terms of "politeness" and how they approach customers, but the attitude of the wait staff, who are not very attentive and careful, definitely needs to be reconsidered, especially when handling the bread intended for customers with their bare hands, as well as handling cutlery, glasses, etc., also with their bare hands...all of which then comes into contact with the mouth of the customer who is observing the scene...and that's not nice 😉. The bill is in line with current standards; €50-60 per person, including a cover charge, a starter, a fish-based first and second course, two glasses of white wine, a bottle of water, and two desserts.

A wonderful experience, the staff were very friendly, especially the owner, who explained the dishes to us with great professionalism. Refined cuisine with truly intense flavors. Very good. I recommend revisiting the exterior; it deserves more attention because, among other things, it has excellent potential.
