I had come from outside Sassari on purpose to eat Sardinian specialties. It seems that after the Sardinian ride they had earned good money and did not reopen

05/05/2025: Cibo prelibato in una location collinare molto suggestiva a pochi kilometri da Sassari con uno splendido panorama. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo i prodotti dell’orto cucinati in maniera eccelsa. 6 antipasti, 2 primi, sua maestà il maialetto cucinato perfettamente, dolci, caffè e digestivo. Tutto impeccabile, anche nostra figlia di 8 anni ha mangiato tutto molto volentieri, ci torneremo presto

28/04/2025: Per il pranzo del 25 aprile abbiamo scoperto questo splendido agriturismo a Tissi, a davvero pochi minuti da Sassari. Solo per farvi capire come abbiamo mangiato riferisco le parole di mio figlio, in genere non grande forchetta: "il cibo è stato cucinato dagli dei". Ecco, si è mangiato davvero da Dio. Tutto squisito, eccellente, a partire dal pane fatto in casa di diverse qualità (la focaccia nera credo resterà per sempre nei nostri cuori), ai mille antipasti particolarissimi (i tortini di peperone rosso allo zafferano o il pane fritto con una crema di formaggio stratosferica o le polpette di fregola per tutti... Ma erano tantissimi credetemi) ai primi squisiti (fregola ai carciofi e zafferano e maccarones 'e busa con ragù di pecora) ai secondi classici ma ottimi (maialetto e agnello arrosto con patate) ai dolci buonissimi. Il tutto poi reso migliore da un'accoglienza perfetta e gentilissima, da delle cameriere sempre attente e col sorriso e da un conto che per quel che si è mangiato era davvero irrisorio (45€ a testa e 25€ il bambino)

09/06/2025: Ristorante da non perdere lungo il porto di Ottiolu, ambiente molto curato ed accogliente. Il personale gentile che ci ha saputi consigliare. Cibo ottimo tutto ma la fregola ai frutti di mare e il maialino e la sebada erano davvero squisiti. Prezzi nella media del posto.

06/06/2025: Lovely restaurant on the edge of the marina. Three of us had pasta dishes which were lovely, wine and atmosphere also good! Our waitress (lady from Puglia) was lovely and very helpful. Not to be missed in Porto Ottiolu.

11/06/2025: I would like to but I can't. It has a lot of potential, but it is not used to its full potential. The appetizers are quite good, but the Catalan king crab is really disappointing, especially for the price. It had no flavor and was difficult to open, and the vegetables covered all the flavor. It ruined my dinner. The room is very nice, windows that are not there. The staff are a strong point

29/05/2025: Always top notch, quality of raw materials really high. I read negative reviews left by people who don't even know how to write decent Italian but who set themselves up as starred chefs. Furthermore, the originality and courage of certain combinations they propose are to be rewarded.

08/05/2025: It's an adventure just to get there but it's worth the detour. The hotel is ideally located with many hiking trails and a magnificent view. The restaurant as well as the breakfast are excellent with delicious dishes made by the cooks.

05/06/2025: I think I have found one of my favorite restaurants from now on. Excellent quality and rare kindness, I think I will definitely return and very willingly! From appetizers to dessert nothing out of place, everything truly excellent. Compliments to the chef!

01/06/2025: Lovely place to have a traditional Italian coffee with a Canolli (among other things!). Highly recommend the ones filled with Pistachios :-). Staff very friendly and prices super reasonable. We stayed with the our camper van a few hundred meters away and always happy to contribute to the local economy. Highly recommended.

31/05/2025: A real village pub where everyone, young and old, knows each other and greets each other. If you are new, it does not matter, you will be welcomed just as warmly. Great staff! If you order a beer or a glass of wine, you will get a basket of chips and a plate of snacks. If you let them know that you have really had enough... you will get a new plate anyway. Give us a pub like that!

12/06/2025: Amazing place, I had heard good things about it, With friends I went mainly for the porceddu, I have to say that it was a little below expectations, I expected something more also because we left from Olbia to come here to have dinner. Everything else was excellent.

12/05/2025: If splendid Sardinia is an hour away by plane, or a day by ship, fortunately, there is a place where you can at least taste its flavours, in Milan! The Sa Mesa restaurant is worth even just a simpler trip from Como to Milan, to be sure of finally eating traditional Sardinian dishes well, and spending the right amount. Excellent appetizers, first courses and fresh fish dishes and crudités, with the inevitable final seadas and a sip of Mirto.. All this, welcomed by the courtesy, friendliness and affability of the owners and their staff. It's difficult to find the sand and turquoise sea at the exit, but for this reason, Linate isn't that far away. :)
