15/02/2025: Siamo tornati alla Locanda del Sardo a Genzano e con la soddisfazione di sempre possiamo confermare la sublime esperienza gustativa vissuta a pranzo oggi... Inizio con elogiare lo spirito di accoglienza mostrato dai proprietari, sempre sorridenti e disposti a soddisfare le richieste di ciascun ospite. Piatti eccellenti, preparati dal grande chef, con tanta passione.. I prodotti primari freschi e genuini sono senz'altro uno dei tanti motivi di successo di questo ristorante:competenza dello chef e bontà delle materie prime creano il connubio vincente per asserire che questo ristorante rappresenta il fiore all'occhiello della cucina italiana. Sono pochi i luoghi del cuore dove si respira aria di tradizione, di buono, si genuino.. Questo è uno di quelli! Grazie per la vostra maestria e simpatia! Consiglio a tutti questo ristorante!

15/02/2025: Small historic restaurant, typical Sardinian, located in Genzano di Roma, where hospitality is the first strong point to highlight. Multiple proposals of the excellent Sardinian tradition on the menu, both land and sea, which fully confirm, to the most demanding palates, the mastery of the chef. The quality of the raw materials used is excellent. Very fresh fish, exposed to view. Excellent meat, try the baked suckling pig, a Sardinian specialty. Proposal of succulent desserts, including seadas, typical Sardinian sweets, ricotta cake with myrtle jam and also other classic Italian specialities. To finish the elixir, Messer Mirto! Feeling pampered, breathing in the air of tradition and satisfying the palate are the three necessary elements that each guest would like to find when entering a restaurant: "At the Locanda del Sardo you are exactly in the right place!" Super Super recommended! Very honest prices!

24/03/2025: Now regular customers....Sardinian-Mediterranean fusion cuisine....the best are the fried anchovies!!!! I could eat them until I burst!!!!! Highly recommended!!!!!

23/10/2024: Questo ristorante è stato il primo del nostro viaggio di nozze in Sardegna ed è stata una scelta azzeccatissima!abbiamo mangiato divinamente,dagli antipasti al dolce,il personale è stato molto simpatico e gentile,locale molto bello e caloroso,ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo,ci torneremo sicuramente!

04/01/2025: Delightful place in the city centre. We ate Sardinian food in Trentino and loved it! Truly attentive service. Our daughter has celiac disease and the courtesy and care towards her were splendid. Not to mention the variety of dishes he was able to choose from was remarkable. Excellent culurgiones! 16/02/2025: The farmhouse is located at the entrance to the town but is completely surrounded by greenery and you can enjoy the view of a beautiful valley. Well looked after and welcoming. Excellent food, beautiful presentation of dishes and friendly staff. They also do a children's menu. Today we were lucky enough to enjoy some excellent pancakes while still hot. Definitely recommended!!

06/10/2024: We stayed there two nights. Our room was very good and atypical. The air conditioning was not ideally located because the canopy of the armchair was in front. For the rest, what quality and what service. Wow! Breakfasts are served at the table. They were delicious. A mozzarella like rarely tasted. All products are exceptional. Nat is very nice. We had dinner there both evenings. Again, everything was perfect.

03/01/2025: I must congratulate the Gutturus farm in Villaputzu. Excellent traditional dishes, starting with cheese and cured meats, delicious first courses, and what can we say about the suckling pig, the crispy skin and the meat that melts in your mouth, from 10. All accompanied by an excellent house red. The only flaw was the desserts, only the amaretto deserved it. Anyway, very good 👏👏👏

27/01/2025: In un mondo veloce sempre più basato sul fast food è raro trovare un buon ristorante, ma stavolta la dea bendata mi ha baciato. Luogo congelato nel tempo, sembrava di mangiare a casa di nonna per la cura e l' affettuosità del servizio, il pane viene accompagnato con una crema di formaggio che risalta il sapore della tradizione, il gradevole acido del caglio non può che emozionarti. Non posso valutare i primi, avendo optato per una bistecca di cavallo orgasmica, semplice cottura al sangue con olio a crudo+prezzemolo e aglio, vino della casa spettacolare ma essendo a Jerzu non avevo dubbi, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. CHAPEAU 👍

The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, making you feel at home straight away. The food is exceptional: fresh and well-prepared dishes, with particular attention to the quality of the ingredients. The fish dishes are truly spectacular, cooked with skill and taste. The desserts are also a delight. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent cuisine, impeccable service and a pleasant environment. I will definitely come back!

30/12/2024: Su Furrattroxiu is a Sardinian trattoria that offers delicious home cooking. With an outdoor dining area surrounded by plants, it's the perfect place for hanging out with friends or an intimate dinner with that special someone. With fine wines and meals perfect for sharing and tasting, it's a hidden but perfect place to dine. They specialize in spit-roasted suckling pig, snails with garlic and parsley, wild boar in red wine sauce just to name a few dishes. As vegetarians, there are options for us too. We enjoyed a nice vegetable platter, traditional colurgiones and a nice plate of ricotta and saffron ravioli with a house red wine. It was a beautiful evening even though we arrived a little late and with the tables full, they were happy to make room for us and we had a great time.

I came here for the first time a few evenings ago with a friend, on the advice of people who have already been there... I must say that I had a great time: the meat was very good, the desserts were really special. As soon as I get back I'll try the fish they cook, because everyone tells me how good it is.
