09/09/2025: The place is nothing special, and the cuisine is very Sardinian. The food: the appetizer, a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, was presented in a way that was unpleasant and tasteless. The braised beef, which should have been cooked in Vernaccia, was very questionable; it tasted like a classic boiled meat in broth, and was flavorless. The pork shank with potatoes was good. The 375cl Cannonau wine was delicious. I would have expected something more from Sardinian cuisine. The price was a bit high for what I mentioned above.

04/10/2025: Historic Sardinian trattoria, famous for their Catalan-style lobster (a reinterpretation of the original Catalan-style lobster, which they still serve). The other dishes are also good, but I recommend the lobster. As a good Sardinian trattoria, they also serve pecorino and myrtle (don't refuse them). The place is a bit noisy because it's really crowded. There's barely enough room to get through. Reservations are very difficult; it's best to stop by around 6 pm to see if they have space, but the wait for dinner is usually at least a couple of weeks. Lunch is easier.

04/10/2025: After several attempts, we managed to get a reservation at this well-known restaurant. It's always booked and very popular in Milan. Very friendly service and a family atmosphere. Excellent food, especially the Catalana, spectacular and beautifully seasoned with top-quality olive oil. The desserts are also very good; we'll definitely be back!

07/10/2025: My daughter has been there several times, but the last time she couldn't explain the situation we found... let's start by saying that they'd lost our reservation and assigned us a makeshift table in the damp, dilapidated, and smelly basement. The tables were extremely uncomfortable because they forced guests to have the table leg "between their legs," and they weren't all at the same "level" (one was higher than the other). As if all this weren't enough, the dishes weren't the same as always; it was as if a different chef had prepared them (the one "in training," so to speak). Even the quantities, for the same course, were different on the dishes. One guest hadn't been feeling well, and to avoid missing out on company, he asked for a simple pasta with oil and parmesan, but the waiter, the one with the shaved head, replied very rudely, twice, that they wouldn't make any changes to the menu, even though almost all the tables were already eating or even finishing their meal. I think asking for plain pasta isn't "making changes to the menu," but a necessity. When we asked the owner, he tried to justify himself, though not very convincingly or kindly, given the dire situation we found ourselves in. Some dishes were, despite everything, good, but the rest... forgettable.

06/10/2025: A wonderful place with excellent food and staff who are happy to see you. The prices are average, and if you use the fork, everything is really affordable. And besides, everything is delicious! And the wine is wonderful from Sardinia. Thank you for everything. I definitely recommend it!!!

21/10/2025: A delightful discovery! We had dinner here one evening in October and had a wonderful meal. The waiter was very kind and friendly; the ingredients were top-quality, the fish excellent, and the cuisine traditionally Sardinian. Highly recommended!

21/10/2025: Our concierge at the Hotel Pacific recommended this restaurant not only because we were tired after our journey and it was right across the street, but she insisted that we needed to try some Sardinian food while we were in the Mediterranean. My understanding of the subject is that there wouldn't be Italian cuisine if it wasn't for the Sardinians!!!! Boy was she right!!!! Truly a multiple course gastronomic masterpiece....their menu complements the Sea, Earth and Sky element of sardinan cuisine...all kinds of incredible seafood options, a fresh array of fruits and vegetables fresh from the farm, several poultry,pork and beef entrees to boot!!! May I highly recommend the Smoked Swordfish appetizer with melon and lechuga....and the Tiramisu is Fabulous!!!! If you're in a hurry....go have fast food!!!! Truly an old world dining experience.....great service....an incredible culinary delight... Now I'm back in Middle America craving some Sardinian food....our best meal in Rome!!!

13/10/2025: Unfortunately, we were only able to eat here once, as October 6th was the last day of the season. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. The house wine was both tasty and reasonably priced. We would have loved to go again.

08/09/2025: It's been a destination for business lunches and dinners for the past 5 or 6 years, whether for pleasure or simply because people don't feel like cooking and order in. A seafood restaurant with themed evenings, including meat and specialty recipes. I seriously believe it's one of the best restaurants in Rome. A wine list that rivals many restaurants and wine bars. 07/10/2025: We spontaneously went up with the stroller and were greeted warmly. They gave us a table, and they were very sweet and kind to our daughter. The food was delicious. I recommend the trofie with mussels—fabulous.

07/10/2025: Excellent fregola with fish, informal atmosphere, a little noisy and brightly lit. Overall, good. I would return.
