04/12/2025: High-end Sardinian cuisine. The menu is extensive, with a focus on fish. The waiters (men, and no longer very young) are a bit hasty (maybe they're tired? Who knows). The atmosphere is refined, but not particularly intimate. I highly recommend it! I recommend going multiple times for a pleasant and complete experience.
30/11/2025: I went for dinner on Saturday night with my family and we had a great time, both for the quality of the food and the service. The staff were very friendly and the ingredients were excellent.

26/04/2026: I thank Locanda Rosella for their kindness and hospitality. I stayed there on Sunday, April 12, 2026, during the Santa Barbara Mining Walk. I had lunch and dinner in the restaurant, which served delicious, traditional Sardinian dishes. Thank you so much.

03/05/2026: We ate incredibly well! We opted for fish appetizers and main courses. My rice with creamy scampi was incredibly good. The fried fish was also delicious. The tiramisu was sublime. The waitresses were very welcoming. We'll definitely be back!

To put it simply: Simply fantastic!!!!
Super friendly welcome and service.
My wife and I shared a starter, a primo piatto each, and a secondo. Every course was a delight!!!
Simple local cuisine (with many locals in the restaurant), but delicious!!!
Finally, very fair prices.

07/05/2026: I'm writing now about the unpleasant experience I had on the evening of February 9, 2026.
The bill was steep and the portions were meager: aside from the €15 starters, what was particularly unpleasant was being charged €58 for a mixed grill for two, which was also meager (for two people) and also burned.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and obviously, I won't be setting foot there again.
