Ai Due Otri In Roma

13/04/2026: My family and I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and the owner set up a long table for 13. I'll start with the positives: excellent food, attentive owner, and lower-than-average prices and decidedly good quality. At first, we noticed a bit of tension or a lack of humor, and this was very noticeable, but after a few moments, the atmosphere changed a bit. As an Italian, I noticed again that the waiters (with little experience, or at least apprentices) were often called out or treated with disrespect in front of the audience, and this is unfortunately truly sad to see, because the customers can sense it. It would be nicer to address them in a more polite and respectful manner. Otherwise, I recommend it; it's a good place to eat, with the option of sitting outside on nice days, and it's very close to the center and the Colosseum. ❤️

26/02/2026: It was a good experience. We went for lunch on Sunday and had fregola with mussels and clams and grilled fish. The fregola reminded us of Sardinia—excellent. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
