I migliori ristoranti di cucina cucina sarda

20/05/2025: Oggi pranzo di passaggio in famiglia a Carbonia. Premetto che viste le moltissime recensioni da 5/5 le aspettative erano molto alte. Locale non grande ma molto bello e davvero carino. Personale accogliente e gentile ( non avevamo prenotato). Prendiamo in attesa dei piatti principali un ( 1 solo di numero) antipasto, su consiglio della presumo proprietaria, orziadas fritte: quantità limitata ma veramente buonissime. Prendiamo due misti fritti di pesce e due fritti di calamari. Qualità molto buona i misti di pesce mentre i calamari un po' gommosi e duretti ( forse sono rimasti un po' indietro di cottura)( può essere una impressione personale ma essendo un piatto tra i miei preferiti ne ho mangiati tanti in più posti diversi). Quantità appena sufficiente. Prendiamo 4 porzioni di patate fritte portate in unico vassoio e pagate a parte come specificato dal menù 16 euro( 4x4 euro). Quantità appena sufficiente per 4. Due acque una birra e 3 caffè. Conto 119 euro. Nel complesso considerando i piatti di pesce il prezzo è giusto e molto buona la qualità complessiva. Merita 4/5. I consigli costruttivi per meritare davvero 5/5: migliorare la quantità dei secondi piatti e contorni: porzioni lievemente più abbondanti ( e attenzione alla cottura dei calamari).

18/05/2025: Vado spesso a mangiare al ristorante La Lanterna! Il locale è molto accogliente, il personale sempre gentile e professionale che oltre al menù tradizionale sardo ti sa coccolare con i piatti del giorno unici e speciali preparati con tanta cura e attenzione dei dettagli. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, prodotti sempre freschi e deliziosi. Vi consiglio di provare la carbonara di mare!

28/05/2025: Great Atmosphere, amazing Service and even better food. All in all it was a really great experience and I’d always come back. Also the price is really fair and worth it. Would recommend to go here! But I don’t recommend for vegetarians, all options are with Fish/Seefood or meat. Maybe the have some vegetarian food on inquiry.

26/05/2025: Nice and particular restaurant with all its characteristic objects. There were 8 of us, we wanted to do a tasting of land appetizers. They told us that it was not possible to have the cold cuts board because they ran out🤦🏻‍♀️but how is that possible on a Friday night🤦🏻‍♀️anyway we took the other land appetizers, everything was good. We took the second course…belly and stracotto, very good. Then fried calamari, good. I would have given you 3 stars but I gave you 4 because everything was good. Highly recommended

01/06/2025: Perfect. Very fine food. We had the daily special, pasta, and then fish. Very nice ambiance and charming service. We'll be back.

31/05/2025: We happened to be there by chance (because the pizzeria at the campsite was full) – wonderful food, very friendly owners, and the food is truly on a different level than any other pizzeria. Italian is spoken. We won't be there last time!

25/04/2025: A discovery! We ate very well. The roasted octopus as a fantastic appetizer, the sliced ​​meat very good and the desserts too. I will dream of these desserts even at night! Spectacular! Excellent service. Very kind and helpful and they also accepted our dog!

30/05/2025: Maestrale is a great discovery for those who love fish: very fresh and cooked with great care. Each dish is well presented and full of flavor. The place is elegant, the service is courteous and professional. However, the quality-price ratio is not among the best: you expect something more, both in the portions and in the details. Overall, a positive experience but with room for improvement.

26/05/2025: Sono stato nuovamente - dopo circa sei mesi - a cena in questo locale e mi sono trovato, come sempre, molto bene. Locale accogliente ed elegante con anche gradevole spazio esterno (rumoroso) su Piazza Callisto; possibilità di prenotare una sala riservata (massimo 12/15 persone) con costo extra. Molto bello ed elegante l’arredamento ed il tovagliame, belli i piatti, più che dignitosi bicchieri e le posate. Menù semplicemente fantastico: il pesce la fa da padrone ma è possibile avere anche qualche piatto di carne/terra. Porzioni abbondanti ed impiattamento di alta qualità. Grande scelta di ostriche; da non perdere i ravioli con impasto al nero di seppia. Personale: professionale, attento, gentile, mai invadente. Lista dei vini adeguata al livello del menù. Prezzo non economico ma sostanzialmente in linea con l’altissima qualità. Ho difficoltà a trovare un difetto. Straconsigliato, anzi…da non perdere!

10/06/2025: Fantastic experience here with delicious food. We brought our American family for some authentic Italian eats. Sardinia background with a Roman flare - amazing!! We tried a ton of starters, loved the pasta dishes, loved the meatballs, loved the rabbit. We even had dessert. The staff was professional and kind. Service was fast. Food was hot and flavorful. And everything was priced as it should be. Nepi is such a gem and this is your go to lunch or dinner place!

21/05/2025: La cucina è stata eccezionale , pesce fresco cucinato con cura e attenzione dalla cuoca .. è una cucina familiare ed al tempo stesso curata in ogni dettaglio , ti senti a casa da mamma Paola che cucina il pesce in maniera eccellente . Servizio curato attento e gentile. Siete stati una piacevolissima scoperta ..

30/04/2025: It almost looks like a farmhouse restaurant, but serves creative dishes with superlative ingredients. Probably two of the best sea bream I've ever eaten. Highly recommended!

09/05/2025: Unfortunately we can only give 5 stars!!! Recommended by friends from Cagliari, welcoming place and kindness of times gone by. Tasting of sublime fish starters. Exceptional firsts. We closed with a tasting of desserts from a real pastry shop. Price appropriate to the proposal. We will be back.

Thanks for these delicacies. Too bad we couldn't finish that piglet.. (only because we were so full). Next time we'll start with him.. highly recommended

15/03/2025: Proprio vero il ristorante è una vera bomboniera. Piccolo e accogliente. Un posto magico, dove, riscaldati da un bel camino acceso, abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Frittini originali e buonissimi. Primi piatti dal sapore deciso, davvero appetitosi. Dolci sardi accompagnati da mirto bianco. Tutto accompagnato da tanta tanta gentilezza e simpatia! Grazie. Torneremo!
