At Fabiana I found a genuine and welcoming environment.
Very clean rooms with refined taste with colors and furnishings that regenerate the soul.
All the comforts, from the hydromassage tub, fa-bu-lo-sa, to the kettle with a vast selection of herbal teas and teas...
Surrounded by greenery. Their cuisine is excellent, the breakfasts abundant and delicious.
I can really say that this place is one of my absolute favorites and I will go there very often.
And then there is the Staff!!.. Very kind, helpful, friendly and truly competent.
Thanks for the hospitality!!..
Highly recommended!!

17/07/2025: A wonderful evening! A charming, tranquil place with extremely accommodating staff. The traditional Sardinian dinner was nothing short of excellent, even our three-year-old loved it. Nothing negative, only positives, and many compliments for this agriturismo. Definitely worth a try! If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would.
16/07/2025: €50 fixed menu with various appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, and dessert. Delicious traditional Sardinian dishes, very friendly and courteous staff. Excellent!

It's rare to find a restaurant that shows such care and kindness toward its customers, to the point of repeatedly apologizing (both owners) for a "simple" mix-up in a dish order. This is by no means a given, and not something everyone takes for granted; these are people who truly care about their customers, not out of obligation but out of passion for their work.
The food is truly delicious, with excellent quality,
fresh fish, and a wide selection of starters, main courses, desserts, and wines.
The tagliatelle with shellfish (never found anywhere else) and the squid ink risotto: truly special! ✨
A place I would definitely return to❤️

The aroma of the sea permeates every dish.
Last evening in Sardinia to enjoy excellent seafood.
Recommended upon arrival in Porto Torres by locals. We called and found the last table—lucky!
A perfect evening.
The restaurant offers seating in the garden, veranda, and inside.
The staff is friendly, attentive, efficient, and always available.
Paid €78.50 for: 2 first courses, 1 second course, a glass of wine, water, and cover charge... Excellent value.

Rapporto qualità prezzo che non ho trovato altrove. Seadas superlativa. Gentilezza e attenzione al cliente assoluta. Se venite al Alghero dovete provarlo...tornerete più volte!!!!!

13/07/2025: We ordered a menu that included 10 appetizers, bread, water, fregola with seafood, pasta with truffles, and dessert for €30 per person. The carabineri were spectacular.
13/07/2025: Great availability even when booking by phone, excellent on-site reception, super-fast preparation of my young son's dish (cutlets and fries). I chose the lobster linguine, a true delicacy as well as a beautiful sight, not to mention the decidedly generous portion, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I then continued with some delicious shrimp and fish meatballs, finishing with a delicious lactose-free Catalan cream. My husband chose land between a lovely appetizer of Sardinian cheeses and cured meats and a very good Angus beef, to finish with his own dessert and a warm chocolate cake for my son. We chose the à la carte menu due to our preference, but they also offer very interesting guided tasting menus. I also want to highlight the attention to detail in every single course, as well as the option of lactose-free options, including desserts. The value for money was absolutely more than fair. We had a great time and therefore highly recommend it, both for families and in general. The location is intimate, minimal yet effective, and super clean (as are the bathrooms).

27/07/2025: An excellent experience, from the warm welcome upon arrival to the impeccable service throughout the meal, to the quality of the seafood. The staff is truly welcoming and courteous, attentive to us throughout the meal, and the location is also beautiful and elegant. The quality of the seafood is excellent, the raw seafood and mussel sauté are exceptional, the seafood fregola is delicious, and everything is perfectly flavorful. Finally, the Sardinian desserts and myrtle liqueur were expertly crafted! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

10/06/2025: Osteria molto carina ed accogliente nel centro storico della bellissima Nepi. Menù molto originale, la tradizione Sarda con quella della Tuscia Viterbese. Pasta degna di nota... le fettuccine fatte a mano profumavano di pasta fatta in casa come quelle che faceva mia nonna... meravigliose. I secondi, i dolci tutto, tutto buono. Complimenti al servizio di sala, impeccabile. Torneremo sicuramente.
10/06/2025: Fantastic experience here with delicious food. We brought our American family for some authentic Italian eats. Sardinia background with a Roman flare - amazing!! We tried a ton of starters, loved the pasta dishes, loved the meatballs, loved the rabbit. We even had dessert. The staff was professional and kind. Service was fast. Food was hot and flavorful. And everything was priced as it should be. Nepi is such a gem and this is your go to lunch or dinner place!

28/07/2025: My partner and I enjoyed an excellent dinner at this authentic Sardinian trattoria.
We started with the fish carbonata for two and were very pleased with our choice; the dish was rich in flavor and plentiful!
The desserts to finish were each more delicious than the last; the seadas were excellent, and what can I say about the panna cotta with myth...delicious!
Our young waiter was very kind and attentive, the owners were friendly, and the myrtle liqueur was on the house🔝

06/08/2025: A delightful hotel in a magical setting in central Sardinia. It has a small pool overlooking the village of Seulo and a terrace where you can have lunch or simply read a book. We enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast, filled with fresh, local produce, delicious pastries, and a wide selection.
A pleasant discovery!
29/07/2025: The hotel with its pool, the staff, the surroundings, the Italian food, and not to forget the Italian wine—all of this makes your heart race.
As a motorcyclist, Sardinia is simply a dream.

29/07/2025: We had lunch at Trattoria del Pescatore for a birthday party. We've known the place for many years, but we hadn't been there in a while. We found a welcoming, family atmosphere and impeccable, attentive service. The quality is excellent. Highly recommended for any occasion.
