13/02/2024: disastrous experience We went to Palau and decided to eat here. It was a little less than 2:30 p.m., and we asked the waitress if they would give us food (it said on Google that it closed at 3 p.m., but we have found many restaurants that did not follow the schedule during the summer and took people in outside the usual hours). That's why we asked if they fed us, the answer could have been that they didn't feed us, and we looked for another place without a problem. However, the waitress with a bad face came in and asked, I suppose the boss, and she came and told us that she would feed us. On the terrace there were 3, 4 free tables and inside the place everything was empty, as we were seated at the only table that had a bit of sun. Would it be so that we could leave sooner? We ordered, and the sun was coming and we were moving the table but there came a point when we had people next to us and we couldn't. I asked her if a sun awning could be lowered. He told me it wasn't for the sun, it was for the air. 0 PROFESSIONALISM at this moment... If you see us moving the table a little because of the sun, on top of that I'll tell you the whole thing and you have empty tables, the logical thing is to move us, right??? Well nothing... They brought us the first courses, all very good, however the sun was shining on us more and more, the other diners were leaving and we noticed the rush for us to eat and leave. When we finished the waitress came and told us if we wanted dessert or coffee. We told her that we needed a main course to share... If she sneaked in, they would kick us out sooner... They brought it to us but we realized that we had to eat them right now... Because they had practically cleared the entire terrace and were like waiting. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, to enjoy the food. We ate it quickly to get out of there. In summary VERY BAD... we ate quickly, with the feeling of being in the way because we had to leave, the sun shining on us... we also felt that the treatment was not the same with us as with other diners. Honestly, to treat the diner like this and feed him this way, it is better to tell him when he asks you if you feed him/her lunch/dinner close to closing time that you don't... But of course what matters is the money. In response to the owner's comment. I speak telling the truth. I never lie in the comments. We arrived at 2:30 p.m. I know this because we were aware of the time. I attach the photo of both first dishes that we ordered. I always take a photo when they arrive, because I usually leave reviews, and the time that appears in the photo is exactly 2:49 p.m. If we arrive at 2:45 pm as you say, it is impossible to sit down, order a drink, bring bread and have the dishes arrive 4' after arrival. And regarding the fact that we left at 4:00 p.m.... Another lie... We would leave around 3:30 p.m. or even earlier because we ate as quickly as possible... Seeing that everything was already packed and you wanted to close. I don't know the exact time but I can assure you that the time you say is not even close. The food, as said, was good. But the treatment was not good, let alone accusing us of lying. Regarding the awning, you told me that it was for the wind, so I understood that it was not going to block the sun from us. But seeing that the sun is shining on us and I ask if it is for the sun, I think we could have changed tables. Simply that.

30/03/2024: We entered with great expectations but unfortunately we have to change our minds for the environment: paper tablecloth. Light: insufficient neon-type light. Food: Manzetta requested rare and arrived well cooked. Good pork but with not fresh potatoes. The waiter Giuseppe is nice but he connects her a little less. Fair price

23/03/2024: We found this place based on the reviews and we did amazing! Our first lunch in Cagliari went great! The super helpful and friendly waiter gave us wonderful advice, the mixed starters one better than the other and then 2 fantastic first courses (large portions, fabulous!) The view from the restaurant? An extraordinary thing! Absolutely worth trying!

07/03/2024: Terrible food, terrible service (we didn't even have full cutlery), great rudeness from the waiter. Not recommended

27/03/2024: We arrived at 2pm, restaurant closing at 3pm. We were greeted quite nicely and ordered a Pizza each. The pizza was quite nice, however upon trying to order a second dish 35min before lunch break of the restaurant we were told the kitchen is already closed, much to our dismay. Next, nowhere on the menu card was the service fee indicated. Once we received the bill it hit us as a shock. 3€ per person as service fee. The usual fee is 1.50€-2€ in Milano. We ordered 2 Pizza & 0.75L water for 18€ and paid 6€ service fee. 33% extra. Thats too much. Additionally and lastly, the water bottle we purchased was 0.75L. But the bill indicated 1L water. We asked why it said 1L, when the bottle said 0.75L. The waitress waved us off and we left. We have to assume it's a tourist trap. Wouldn't recommend. The pizza itself was quite nice.

21/03/2024: This charming little place is near our apartment in Rome. We´ve been already 3x and it never disappoints. The mama cooks while the son waits on tables. We never look at the menu. Best to ask them for a variety of appetizers that is enough for your group and then make suggestions for the main meal. The appetizers always fills us up so we usually split a pasta (usually vongole). Dessert is prepared as ordered. Total bill for 2 with a bottle of wine ranges between 90 to 110 euros. Amazing place!

Le sale sono riservate e accoglienti...Massimo e Marilena splendidi....chiedi e ti sarà dato...in questo ristorante si respira pace e relax...cibo ottimo e grande varietà ad un costo contenuto

21/02/2024: Il posto è molto particolare , curato e molto suggestivo, rispecchia un ambiente familiare con tanto di camino interno acceso,il proprietario Massimo una persona squisita e molto disponibile e super gentile così come tutto il personale. Il cibo ottimo dagli antipasti al dolce. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, con anche un bel parchetto e spazi all'aperto. Cio che rende il posto speciale è lavcura e la passione che i proprietari mettono nel gestirlo. Sicuramente ritornerò .

14/01/2024: Small and welcoming place, Mrs. Erica is super kind and easy-going! All the dishes were really excellent. They were also welcoming towards our dog. Service a little slow so the place is not suitable if you are in a hurry but for us it was absolutely worth it.

21/03/2024: hospitality and kindness. I found the pizza fantastic, neither too thin nor too thick, crispy edge and excellent toppings, generous without being over the top. Unfiltered Ichnusa on tap which is not easy to find. The seadas for dessert is a must given the typical nature of the restaurant... excellent!

16/03/2024: I ate well. The service is not very fast (but not slow either) probably because they do everything at the moment). Perhaps the place is not very characteristic, but it is clean and tidy. However I would go back.

05/01/2024: Veniamo spesso da Gianni, un ambiente accogliente, gentilezza e cibo squisito. Tutto sempre molto impeccabile. D’inverno il caminetto acceso crea un’atmosfera di casa.

01/03/2024: Il locale è molto carino e si trova nel centro storico di Alghero. Il proprietario è persona affabile e ricca di belle chiacchierate, il servizio è ottimo. Il cibo è eccezionale per qualità e per quantità. Assolutamente consigliato!

28/02/2024: Premetto di prenotare in tempo, onde evitare di non trovare posto. Bellissima trattoria, pulita e tenuta divinamente bene con personale simpaticissimo e molto gentile. Tutto quello che abbiamo ordinato era ottimo, come il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Tappa obbligatoria quando si è ad Alghero.

The service was efficient, one of the servers even spoke French and the menu is in 4 different languages ​​which makes choosing the dish easier. Easy access and parking space. 18/03/2024: We went to dinner at this place which has recently been under new management. The experience was very positive; excellent food with excellent quality raw materials, equally positive service. We will definitely be back!

18/03/2024: The restaurant immediately appears elegant and well looked after, the rooms are comfortable, spacious and very clean. The staff is trained and competent, ready to help and advise the customer. The menu offers very interesting and different dishes from the usual, the wine list reflects and satisfies what is expected from a restaurant of that level. Overall it was a very positive experience and definitely worth repeating.

02/04/2024: We went to this restaurant because the reviews had given excellent food, etc. I'm not looking at the price, I'll start by saying, but in a low-level restaurant the food is incriminating. Wild boar ham, two sautéed mushrooms, a lamb where there were only artichokes and frattau bread with sour tomato that I couldn't eat it. A dessert for the table. No gentlemen, don't be fooled. The food is quality. Spending 100 euros for 4 poorly made things is not !!!!!

29/04/2024: I didn't like it, the only positive note is the landscape... the loft room had a musty smell, the cleanliness isn't the best, the bed has very uncomfortable pillows, wardrobe under the stairs which doesn't allow the opening of a ' door, desk placed like this in the middle of the room because there is no room. Tiny TV. None of us slept a wink. Breakfast with various types of cakes, but not exactly freshly made... I would have preferred just one but fresh from the day! No croissants, not even tubs of Nutella for the children. I had to settle for biscuits with jam. My husband had breakfast at a nearby cafe and bought us some croissants. I really spent my money badly. I will not return again, however I hope that my criticism is constructive for owners.
