28/05/2025: Sono andata a cena con amici e di sabato sera alle 21 era quasi finito tutto, considerando che già non c’è un gran menu. Un formato unico di pasta , per tutti i condimenti, piatti che non corrispondono alla tradizione romana, cui si ispira il locale. Il personale gentile ma non c’è un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

06/04/2025: Bella trattoria romana che offre una cucina con materie prima di alta qualità. Fagioli con le cotiche e stringozzi all'amatriciana spettacolari. Ottima la cacio e pepe anche ho trovato il cacio parecchio intenso e forte di gusto. Menzione d'onore per i filetti di baccalà in pastella poco unti e croccanti. Come benvenuto ci hanno offerto i ceci con il pomodoro. Ambiente familiare e staff simpaticissimo e accogliente. Tutto molto buono

15/02/2025: Valentine's Day dinner... just one adjective: SUPERLATIVE!!!!! Incredible menu, execution of the dishes and top service! Welcoming environment, right music, friendliness and courtesy. Characteristics that are unfortunately not too obvious in catering, the prerogative of those who put their heart into it! If I really had to find a note out of place, I would have ended that type of dinner with a specialty coffee, with complex acidity and structured aromas rather than with a traditional blend, however good.... but mine is professional bias and personal taste! If you are looking for an evening not to forget, this is the right place!

24/04/2025: Scoperto da alcuni consigli online, prenoto per una serata di sabato. Disponibilità al telefono e dal vivo. Impressione buona del locale. Buona la disponibilità dei camerieri. Non male antipasto della casa (anche se di latticini come detto a voce, solo una mozzarellina piccola da dividere in due, nessuna presenza di formaggi). Purtroppo non soddisfacente la carbonara ( non convinceva la cottura dell'uovo e della cremina annessa, passaggio fondamentale per un'ottima carbonara, piatto non facile) e la stessa cacio e pepe troppo tendente alla cremosità che alla lunga disgusta. Non oltre la sufficienza. Prezzi nella norma.

25/04/2025: Per quanto riguarda il cibo ed il servizio nulla da eccepire. Il problema sorge quando si arriva alla cassa dove la proprietaria calca la mano sul conto in maniera vergognosa...4 fettine di pane da 1 cm ciascuna 6 Euro...una grappa 9 euro...una liquirizia 5 euro . Vino che puoi acquistare a 9 euro te lo fanno pagare 24 euro...X me questo si chiama furto...Non mi vedrete mai più..

14/04/2025: Cibo di buona qualità, servizio cortese ma prezzi davvero esagerati. Il caffè costa 4 euro ed il pane 3...da lì si parte.

25/05/2025: Nous y sommes aller pour un repas de 2 personnes un soir (2filles), installé en terrasse. Les serveurs ont voulu nous faire consommer de force (eau,pain) mis de force sur notre table. Lorsqu’on nous leurs avons dis « non » l’un des serveurs a ricané et partis sans reprendre le pain et eau, il a fallut leur dis une nouvelle fois que nous souhaitions pas de pain ni eau. Serveurs trop présent lors du repas reste proche de la table lorsqu’on mange et service expéditif. Pâtes à la carbonnara immonde trop trop de poivre pas d’œuf, pas de lard mais lardons se battant en duel, puis penne à l’arrabbiata trop pimentée !! Ce qui a enlevé le goût des plats. Fuyez passez votre route!!!!

17/05/2025: We arrive in 4, Milan fans disappointed by the defeat in the Italian Cup final, around midnight. We sit outside on the street where there are other more famous places and where several big cars (taxis) pass by, slowly other Milan fans arrive, the place fills up. The service is quite precise, there was a manager/owner, even if not all of them seemed expert. Carbonara, gricia and cacio e pepe are excellent. The beers are good too. Bologna fans also arrive, no problem, we comment on the game with sportsmanship and congratulate each other. We are having fun. We order a pinsa with porchetta, really excellent. Also the focaccia and bruschetta. It is 2 o'clock, the service, with the place full, begins to slow down. Waiters who had not been seen before appear to lend a hand, the boy Amin continues to try to serve everyone. At 2:17 a pork shank arrives at the table of a Bologna fan from Borgosesia who had come from Mallorca, who meets a fellow citizen who is a lawyer in Rome. A couple passes by, he is effeminate, she is elegant but getting on in years. Later we will find out that he is an Estonian architect who lives in Via Bagutta, she takes care of him. The evening flies by, the architect is very nice in his Moroccan cloak, the lawyer aims at the old lady to screw her, a friend of mine is approached by a guy who wants to screw him (he will tell us he wanted something else but we don't believe him), the architect wants to screw me, a table goes away without paying and the florist warns Amin that poor guy he can't do anything about it and shrugs his shoulders. The florist gets pissed off. Remo Freuler passes by, takes pictures with everyone and stops for dinner with a table of Bologna people. It seemed like a Fellini film, instead it cheered us up after the defeat. I will definitely come back, memorable place, next time hoping to win this damn cup

13/05/2025: I would like mine to be read as constructive criticism because the place is located in a very central area and has potential, but the service, although polite, is rather chaotic and for some dishes it seems that the chef does not even know the recipe. The sausages are decent and the beers are good. There is room for improvement.

14/05/2025: We dined here in May 2023 at the recommendation of the hotel clerk when we asked him we just want a hole-in-the-wall, good food restaurant. The clerk and his family dine here, so enough said. He also warned us not to expect any smiles or friendly greeting. in fact, he said it's going to look like they're all angry at having to work while the world is walking by their restaurant. No tables were available as they don't take reservations. They provided a seating arrangement for us, which was near the bathroom and across the tiny path from where they brew their coffees, have their salt/pepper packets (yes, that's right. packets. No bottles, this includes olive oil). My wife and I love these experiences because they are raw and unpretentious. If we wanted fine dining, we would have chosen that, but this was old-school dining with Grandma literally in the back cooking and yelling at the staff. INCREDIBLE food. We walked out paying $40 for our best meal of the week, and that included 2 glasses of wine. We laughed the entire time, and I promise you non a single staff member ever cracked a smile. This was like the "soup nazi" place on Seinfeld. In our 2024 trip, we couldn't coordinate our availability with the restaurant hours, and honestly, we were very dissapointed we couldn't return. We just booked our 2025 trip and have this place on our radar. That's how unique, basic, and delicious this place is. Paper napkins, salt and pepper packets, oil and vinegar in tear-off packets, no friendly staff, Nonna in the back with a stained and soiled apron, yet AMAZING food in the heart of Trastever District!!

11/05/2025: Siamo stati in questa osteria a conduzione familiare,aiutati nella scelta da un gruppo Facebook nel quale aveva delle ottime recensioni,e così è stato. Ragazzi molto simpatici cibo casereccio romano ,rapporto qualità prezzo buono ,noi abbiamo preso 2primi ,2secondi,2contorni 1dolce ,tutto veramente ottimo ed abbiamo speso 58€i. Consigliatissimo
