06/01/2026: The traditional flight of the Befana in Piazza Navona was cancelled due to adverse weather, but we consoled ourselves with a delightful stop at the nearby restaurant "La Pollarola." It was worth the trip to sample the delicious dishes and their famous zabaglione.
The staff was attentive and discreet.
Highly recommended.

09/03/2026: One of the best gourmet pizzas in Rome. Stefano Callegari has been offering his creations for years. Among the specialty pizzas, the cacio e pepe is a must-try. The fried foods are also excellent, starting with the fantastic trapizzini. Definitely worth a try.

26/02/2026: Good apart from the appetizer, memories of Rome that are more than a memory, a tragic present, but the real surprise is at home when they shoot you at random for a shared first course, 2 artichokes alla giudia and half a glass of wine, 73 euros, receipt without entries, pay and disappear. NEVER AGAIN. Let them go to Rome and eat first.

16/02/2026: A casual neighborhood restaurant serving traditional fare. Everything is excellent: fast and informal service, average prices, but small portions (the saltimbocca is four tiny pieces, the size of a pinky, and the boiled meatball is the size of a two-euro coin).

16/03/2026: Great food in Rome today, as so many times before. One of the highlights of a visit to Rome is Er Pallarò, a restaurant serving traditional Roman food, in a great location. There is only one menu, but it is extensive. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. Worth a try!

The broccoli and arzilla soup is fantastic, the other first courses and the grilled meat are delicious.
The owner, who personally prepared the soup, is very friendly.

20/02/2026: Welcoming place, the only disappointment was that I ordered a salad as described on the menu, but it was really very small!!! And well priced 🤷
15/02/2026: We arrived and the wait was very long with a reservation, more than 30 minutes waiting to be seated, we kindly asked to move inside because we have a small child but nothing, once we entered the table was completely cleared without cutlery or glasses or anything, for our order to be taken we waited at least another 30 minutes, very tense staff, with a very hectic atmosphere, the food is quite good it's a shame they are not able to handle a large influx of people, very rude, I've been there more than once because the quality is good, apart from a tart that I ordered for dessert which was not good at all, I don't think I'll ever go back again!!

20/02/2026: The food was outstanding and the wine selection was magnificent. We’re foreigners, but the place was filled with Italians — always a great sign. The tiramisu was out of this world, and the spaghetti al tartufo was just as excellent. Highly recommended.
15/02/2026: We were lucky enough to be able to book a table for dinner at the last minute, on a Saturday and Valentine's Day to boot. It's very close to the Colosseum. We chose traditional Roman dishes. Delicious! Excellent service: friendly, helpful, and prompt. I recommend it and hope to return.
