31/07/2025: Poor value for money. The appetizer was as poor as the rest of the food we ate. For four of us, they forced us to choose at most two different first courses. I wouldn't recommend it.

27/07/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, on a hot Sunday at the end of July for lunch... a typical little place full of rusticity... fantastic food, their set menu with appetizer and first course truly delicious... wonderful staff, all very friendly and kind, nice and very polite... a great place to stop for a meal... ps the carbonara is AMAZING!!!!

30/07/2025: I discovered it by chance and became a regular customer. In addition to the excellent dishes prepared with expertly selected raw materials and prepared with passion, Dall Ardito not only satisfies the palate and stomach, but also satisfies the soul because everything is wrapped in affection, hospitality, and thoughtfulness without overdoing it. The lasagna, made with hand-rolled dough and cooked in a wood-fired oven, is highly recommended. I'm crazy about their creme caramel, also cooked in a wood-fired oven. I've tried almost the entire menu, from fried foods to pizza, to first courses and second courses, everything is always excellent. The simple, relaxing atmosphere immediately embraces and welcomes you with the unique energy emanating from Paola, the owner. In short, a stop at Dall Ardito is an experience worth trying... and meditating on. Highly recommended.

08/07/2025: Initially given some reviews we were hesitant to go but luckily we went! Fabulous pizza, the classic typical Roman, a wonderful atmosphere on the lakeside, the girls in the dining room despite the amount of people always with a smile, super polite and attentive. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

10/08/2025: Good morning, I discovered this restaurant a couple of weeks ago, top location-staff-food especially the owner Roberto who knows how to advise and pamper the customer with professionalism and friendliness, attentive and very kind girls and let's not forget Amerigo very competent to recommend a good coffee and digestive, excellent value for money. Unfortunately last night something strange happened, the quality of the food is nothing to complain about, as are Roberto and the very present and helpful waitresses, what left a bitter taste in my mouth was this new gentleman I had never seen before, always on the doorstep of the restaurant near the cash register (the only people who went to say hello were I presume friends, the other customers were ignored) I was finishing my coffee and liqueur at the counter and he was already ready with the bill which compared to the last time was lower. I'm sorry because the last time I had a better time without having to worry about having to leave... the soul of this place is Roberto with his friendliness that makes a person feel at home, yesterday I didn't feel at home. I hope this was an isolated case.

21/07/2025: Unfortunately, I've tried better spaghetti alla carbonara. It could have been okay if it hadn't been for the excessive amount of black pepper that altered the flavor of the dish. Even the egg was browned. When it came to the final bill, it seemed a bit excessive, and in fact, after paying, reading the receipt, I noticed a service charge of 26 euros at the table. I reported the incident and the 26 euros were refunded. What can I say? An oversight or a mistake can always happen. The important thing is not to be shy about always asking for clarification....!!

17/06/2025: We literally placed our suitcases in our accommodation and decided to go for a walk, and see what was available for lunch around 1430. We came across Mastro Giorgio. This restaurant is beautifully decorated and is very cosy. They have an excellent selection of contemporary Italian dishes. Of those, we chose the tonarelli pasta " Cacio peperoncino e cicoria" and the "Bucatani con le sarde". Both dishes were exceptional and this was my first time eating pasta with sardines, which actually worked really well together. The tonarelli pasta dish is this restaurant's signature dish and a must try. If we had more stomach space we would have definitely tried more dishes. We highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner. We would like to thank Andrea for being so polite and courteous. He was very helpful and made our time at Mastro Girgio very pleasant. We will try to come here again before we leave Rome!

01/06/2025: Everything was delicious! You need to book because there were a lot of people on Sunday for lunch. But even eating outside, it was super good! :) Tip: get the cannoli (you get three small ones to fill at the same table). Fun to make and yummy to eat! :)

13/07/2025: Normal, perhaps a little banal neighborhood pizzeria. Roman-style pizza, neither good nor bad.

13/07/2025: Friendly staff, good pizza options, including meat options. If you have any issues, they'll gladly address them (once, a burger arrived that was significantly overcooked, and they remade it without charging for it). The only downside, though common to 90% of places, is that when it's crowded, it's hard to have a conversation.

16/07/2025: The traditional Roman first courses are excellent, having tried them on two occasions, both times very satisfying. I tried the cacio e pepe and the tonnarelli aglio olio e peperoncino, and they were truly delicious, al dente and spicy. I had some concerns about the second courses (the boiled meatballs were good but very dry). The restaurant has a very pleasant, well-ventilated outdoor area, with tables arranged so as to maintain appropriate social distancing. The staff is friendly and helpful.

11/07/2025: This is my partner’s favourite place and we always come here to enjoy a typical Roman dish when we come to Rome! If you want to have delicious food in a relaxed and friendly environment this is the place to go! Highly recommended!

05/07/2025: The restaurant is located at 13 km of the Via Aurelia and has large indoor and outdoor spaces as well as a parking lot for customers. The menu includes meat and fish dishes. The appetizers and desserts are served on the trolley which makes the choice easy. I went there for dinner with friends and I had a nice evening. The owners are very welcoming and the waiting staff is professional.
