09/04/2025: Nonostante le cose che ci sarebbero da ridire ci troviamo davanti al classico che non muore mai. Nessuno e’ perfetto d’altronde, ma in un posto così anche il difetto passa in Secondo piano perché sei accolto, coccolato alla romana, servito bene e sai comunque di mangiare qualità!

03/04/2025: Un maravilloso restaurante clásico donde todo funciona perfectamente. El ambiente en el restaurante es sofisticado y todo es tan hermoso. El personal es atento y muy sensible. La comida en la cena era buena y a un precio razonable. Una visita maravillosa y ambiente! Haga una reserva de mesa con antelación.

02/04/2025: Honestly, the quality/price ratio is too unbalanced. We took 2 rounds of appetizers for 3 people, some good, some less so, but definitely not adequate for the 168 euro bill.

10/04/2025: I went for a work break for lunch, I had an amatriciana and a fillet with wine. Really poor place. Overcooked pasta, pecorino put from a kitchen bowl, poor and bland tomato sauce, onion present. The fillet sauce was good (which arrived before the pasta) Oil everywhere There were no sauces for the potatoes because "they were handmade so you don't have to put sauces" So much to wait for.

05/04/2025: Chosen due to the positive reviews, we were very satisfied. It is a typical trattoria where you can taste traditional local dishes. The staff is very kind. The place is far from the chaos of city traffic, so there is a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Really good dishes with generous portions. The pizzas are also good. Excellent quality/price ratio.

17/04/2025: A small family owned restaurant with truly authentic Roman cuisine. A real gem. We had Amatriciana pasta, fried artichoke, and Saltimbocca alla Romana. These were true culinary masterpieces. Simple food ,prepared in an authentic way! The tastes and textures blended to perfection. Absolutely recommend!

25/03/2025: We have been in Rome for 6 days and eaten at Al Simeto tonight, the food was delicious the pizza was the best we have had during our stay, wish we had found this place earlier, we were staying just around the corner, would definitely recommend.

16/03/2025: First time for me, and maybe also the last... the two stars for the service is not for the wait staff who was very nice and impeccable but the waiting time for the pizza... 2 HOURS!! Then it arrives and the children no longer ate because they were no longer hungry, the pizzas apart from the seasoning which is the only thing that makes the difference the pizza is very thin and crunchy but nothing sensational or rather enough to justify the two hour wait. With a room of 40 people, 3 pizzas come out at a time, it all adds up. The costs? it's not cheap at all... 8.50 for a dessert is a lot... and not suitable for families with children

09/03/2025: Il Giardino è sempre una garanzia. Siamo andati una sera a cena, io e il mio compagno con il bambino e mio cognato, in mezzo alla settimana. Eravamo tutti stanchi, dopo una pesante giornata di lavoro e sapevamo che Il Guardino è sempre aperto, anche nei giorni feriali. Hanno sempre i classici della cucina romana l, anche se nel menù non sono segnati, in aggiunta ad un menù stagionale che varia sempre. Devo dire, tutto ottimo! Ci siamo stati altre volte e ci torneremo, perché si mangia sempre bene, anche la pizza è ottima. Il locale è diviso su più livelli, con più ingressi, e ogni sala ha una sua caratteristica ed è veramente bella e accogliente. Consigliato.
