23/05/2025: Desde el momento en que llegamos el propietario nos dio una gran atención en todo, desde ayudar a elegir los vinos adecuados hasta explicar el menú. Este es un lugar tan pintoresco y muy auténtico tanto en el ambiente, la comida y la amabilidad del personal. No podríamos haber estado más satisfechos con nuestra elección de cómo pasar nuestra primera noche en Roma y celebrar nuestro aniversario.

30/04/2025: Mario y su personal nos recibieron como familia! El restaurante, que ofrece cocina local y está en el corazón de Roma, fue muy recomendable por nuestro hotel. Poco después de sentarnos, nuestro camarero llevó jamón curado a la mesa como regalo del chef... ¡una deliciosa manera de comenzar la comida! Mi esposo y yo pedimos la Zuppa di Stagione - una sopa con verduras de primavera y frijoles blancos - - fetichismo casero con hongos y pollo a la parrilla. Probamos el vino tinto de la casa, un maravilloso acompañamiento a estos platos. Mario y su personal se tomaron el tiempo para explicar el menú y adaptarse a nuestras restricciones dietéticas - - mi marido no come gluten o queso. El pan sin gluten era excelente, informó mi esposo. Nuestro maravilloso camarero también trajo biscotti porque no teníamos espacio para un postre completo. En resumen: Mario y su personal son de buen carácter y se esforzaron por hacernos sentir bienvenidos. La comida es realmente maravillosa y planeamos volver antes de salir de la ciudad eterna. Muy recomendable!

28/05/2025: Guys, I'll start by saying I was in great company, better friends than brothers. We had lunch and found a great place for the quality of the dishes and the full availability of the staff. Everything was great....we have already booked for another occasion, always all together. Not recommended more....10 praise I'll give it next time

13/05/2025: This is the best restaurant I have had the pleasure of visiting in Rome, the food is delicious and the tiramisu is the best I have ever eaten in my life. The service is wonderful and if I am in Rome again I will definitely come back here. I will miss this food in Poland.

26/05/2025: Beautiful space, delicious food, but service was too slow. I had one course, asked for the bill, 10 minutes later they still hadn’t brought it, another 10 minutes later and I was told it’s coming it’s coming. And then it finally showed up 5 minutes after that. I understand they’re busy but to wait such a long time just to leave is ridiculous, the waiter probably forgot I existed but still!

02/06/2025: This restaurant is a true gem in Ortisei. Delicate dishes, excellent quality, and excellent presentation. I highly recommend a visit to enjoy its delicacies. I'm including photos of the ones we thoroughly enjoyed. Congratulations to the chef, who clearly loves his craft above all else. The service was exquisite, and the restaurant was beautifully decorated and very pleasant. It's a shame I didn't discover it sooner so I could return, but you never know...

23/05/2025: Locals come here to eat - enough said! We took antrees of tartufi and bufala, and then pasta of course, everything tasting homemade and amazing, and super affordable, fully recommended for anyone, local or tourist! <3

24/04/2025: Discovered by chance, the best cacio e pepe I ate on this little holiday in Rome. The other proposals are also excellent, including rice salads with fish, vegetables, or meat, as well as light but tasty and tasty dishes. We'll be back!

23/05/2025: I knew Camilla because my sister got married and I chose her for my wedding sure of the excellent service and food. We were followed by the good and professional Giovanna who met all our requests. A round of applause to all the staff, the girls were great for the table service, especially Roxy who was very attentive to making the day unforgettable. What can I say, a guaranteed success!!!!

21/05/2025: Everything was spectacular! We made a great impression on our son's communion... Wonderful location, excellent dinner and, not to be forgotten, excellent service with always smiling guys. Really compliments, we are very happy. See you soon!

25/05/2025: Il costo del menu è sopra la media come costi ma la qualità è sotto la media della zona. Pizza poco cotta e olio abbondante e pesante, suppli mediocre. Il servizio è adeguato al resto. Ho calano i prezzi o bisogna alzare la qualità. Così non va......sicuramente non torneremo.

25/05/2025: We were here for lunch on Sunday and our experience was very negative. We ordered the platter for two: all the cold cuts seemed old, just like the focaccia they brought us to accompany them was old and stale and you pay for it with the cover charge. I think that serving such poor quality ingredients is a real disservice to the customer. Then we ordered two first courses, also disappointing, with very hard pasta and some ingredients on the dish that were not mentioned on the menu. All this at not exactly modest prices. Finally, during the whole lunch you could hear the loud discussions in the kitchen. We will not return.

16/06/2025: Unfortunately, when the goal is to get as many people as possible into the restaurant, fill all the tables even though there is only one "Dolce Forno" available.....what happens is that the wait for a simple pizza becomes a slow agony! For the same reason, customers are deceived by promising outdoor tables over the phone that are not there. If we then add a lack of empathy/intelligence and a failure to foresee the possible consequences (despite continuous reminders) it also happens that a pregnant woman in the 9th month of pregnancy, after 1 hour and 40 minutes of waiting, can have a drop in blood sugar and a pre-syncopal event!! But the responsibility, as it has been charged by the staff of low intelligence more or less implicitly, lies with the customer who did not follow the advice to have fried foods and appetizers before the pizza to while away the wait without considering that a pregnant woman in the ninth month cannot eat too much especially in the evening. The alternative had actually been proposed....that of having the pregnant woman eat first, while the other 3 pizzas would arrive waiting for their turn (never thinking that the times are those of a public health service!). Moral of the story, despite the illness, not being able to anticipate number 4 pizzas, not being able to have simple BREAD, appetizers were ordered.....which arrived at the same time as the pizzas and bread. I don't want to leave any further comments because I think that the story is already very eloquent in itself but I think it's a place to avoid not because the pizza isn't good but because it's the classic example where profit is worth more than anything.

15/06/2025: We ate well but also waited an hour for two pizzas in the middle of the half-empty restaurant. Arriving at the cashier and asking politely for explanations, we were not given, no one asked if everything had gone well, we had to complain even just to receive a banal "we are sorry" .... Nothing according to the lady it was: "difficult that you waited so long"!!

01/06/2025: We had a lovely time. The staff were very nice and spoke English well. The food was yummy! We both had the Fettuccine Ragù with fresh pasta and it was delicious! My husband finished my plate after I could anymore! The house white was also very nice to drink! I wish I got the name of the nice lady who took our payment at the front desk, she asked where we were from and where our travels were taking us and proceeded to give us a little gift to remember their restaurant by! It definitely made our already good night even better! It was mainly dined by locals and was very authentic! Highly recommend! Thank you to all the staff ☺️

31/05/2025: Trattoria scoperta per caso nel verde della periferia bolognese, piatti tipici della tradizione romana, ottima disponibilità e cordialissima accoglienza da parte di Eleonora, una delle responsabili di sala…grazie davvero, abbacchio e gricia da urlo!

25/05/2025: I returned to this restaurant and it is exactly as I remembered, everything was delicious, the Roman focaccia with pecorino and chicory, the supplì, the mozzarella in carrozza, the carbonara, out of this world, and the cacio e pepe really good The puff pastry with whipped mascarpone, the cooked cream with orange caramel definitely worth trying The fast and friendly service Well done Always book An evening dedicated to artichokes. From appetizer to dessert, everything was really good. Dishes accompanied by typical wines. Always book. Don't miss the carbonara because it is superb

12/05/2025: On Saturday we celebrated our girls' first communion in this wonderful location and we were truly speechless... the excellent food and maximum care for intolerances and allergies... but the thing that really left us speechless was the kindness and respect that we found right from the first contact with Daniele, for a simple quote and on Saturday we found it among the dining room staff, two exceptional girls to say the least, rare pearls nowadays... receiving compliments from our guests was nothing but gratifying... CONGRATULATIONS to everyone.

11/05/2025: Servicio encantador y acogedor hasta que un camarero joven, posiblemente relacionado con el propietario por lo que parece, se involucró en nuestro servicio y el de mesa al lado de la nuestra. Tosió dramáticamente en su mano mientras tomaba el orden de la siguiente mesa. En un tono extrañamente sarcástico, nos preguntó una vez terminada nuestra comida si queríamos café (no lo hicimos). Pedí la cuenta. Pagué usando mi tarjeta y aunque, resultó más tarde, de hecho funcionó, dijo groseramente "no funciona". Probé otra tarjeta, pero antes de hacerlo le pregunté si estaba bien, ya que parecía muy estresado o muy fu
