28/07/2025: I grew up in this restaurant and now it's part of the family. The food, service, ambiance, and hospitality are excellent and impeccable, always top notch. Dishes are elegantly served, and above all, the cleanliness of the place deserves a 10/10.

20/07/2025: Sono tornato tante volte in questo ristorante situato in zona Monteverde in via Rossetti ed ogni volta sono rimasto stupito dalla qualità dei prodotti e dalla presentazione degli stessi. Tornare a mangiare in questo ristorante è un piacere che ogni tanto bisogna soddisfare. Un ristorante a conduzione familiare e con personale di altissima qualità. Si può spaziare tranquillamente dal pesce alla carne è anche possibile mangiare la pizza. Questa volta abbiamo optato per un antipasto di pesce fresco e crudo e a seguire un primo davvero spettacolare. Per finire zabaione freddo con fragole uno spettacolo. Non vedo l'ora di tornare per provare altri prodotti

I stopped by for a solo lunch and ordered the meatballs with oxtail sauce, paired with a glass of the house white (Bianca)—and I’m still thinking about it. The meatballs were rich, hearty, and absolutely bursting with flavor. The oxtail sauce was a revelation—deep, savory, and full of character, like it had been slow-cooked with love for hours. Accompanied by perfectly roasted potatoes and sautéed greens, the plate was rustic Roman cuisine at its finest. The crispy flatbread served on the side added a perfect crunch and was ideal for scooping up every last bit of sauce. The house white wine was crisp, well-balanced, and a perfect companion to the dish—refreshing without overpowering the flavors. The setting? Pure magic. 08/08/2025: A historic place to eat good pizza and excellent seafood! A typical Roman osteria where eating is a must-try, considering the friendliness of the staff and the helpfulness of the owner! Secure parking in front! Recommended!

06/08/2025: We came as a family and felt truly welcomed, right at home. The warm, family-friendly atmosphere of this Hosteria is something you rarely find: kindness, attentiveness, and impeccable service, especially with our children. The beef tartare with stracciatella was simply delicious, so much so that I wanted to order it again! My wife's sliced beef arrived exactly as she requested, perfectly cooked and flavorful. We started with a porchetta appetizer; perhaps the only small point that could be improved was the orange marmalade, which we weren't convinced by... but the staff took our comment with helpfulness and kindness, immediately suggesting alternatives for next time. A sign of true professionalism! The tuna pizza was excellent, even if a little richer in oil than expected, but still tasty. The strawberry dessert didn't inspire us at first, but then, upon tasting it, we appreciated the genuine, natural flavor of the fruit. In short: excellent quality, top-notch meat, kind and attentive staff, and an atmosphere that exudes human warmth. We'll definitely be back whenever we want some good meat and to feel like family. 27/07/2025: Even though I'm not a fan of Roman cuisine, I had excellent carbonara, and the parmigiana was amazing too. For starters, a garlic-sautéed chicory sandwich... It's just a shame I didn't have enough room for the rest; I would have tried almost everything...

20/07/2025: Cibo di pessima qualità, servizio discutibile e ovviamente pos non funzionante. Per quanto riguarda il cibo mentre il mix di fritti e bruschette con pomodoro erano accettabili, non si può dire altrettanto della pizza che sembrava surgelata, sia per l'impasto che per i condimenti (la margherita era acidula, forse per colpa del sugo o per colpa della mozzarella che sapeva di formaggio). Il servizio lascia a desiderare per atteggiamento scortese, menù non presente, è stata anche ordinata una pizza con patate e salsiccia "fuori menù" ma poi è arrivata con patate e wrustel. Tralasciamo poi il pagamento in contanti che ha del ridicolo. Il locale è alla pari di un ristorante italiano all'estero di quelli in cui si sconsiglia a tutti di andare

The dishes are well-seasoned and beautifully presented. Service is polite and efficient, although wait times can be longer during peak hours. A perfect place for both a dinner for two and a larger gathering.

30/07/2025: The place was recommended by a colleague of mine. Many seats, lots of locals. It is just outside of the main area of Trastevere. Food was good, service very friendly. We really enjoyed our time.

09/08/2025: Very expensive! It's a jewelry store! Only tourists and bourgeois people can go and visit. We walked the whole way around, then bought a loaf of bread, which was very good. For the rest, crazy prices everywhere, on everything from A to Z, from fruit to wine, from meat to soap. Avoid it. And to think that it was founded by Farnetti, a great left-wing manager, products that are in harmony with the earth, but unfortunately not compatible with our poor people's wallets. In my opinion, they could even turn it into public housing. I'll take care of buying eco-friendly and good products, I know really capable producers, with fantastic and delicious products at sustainable prices.

The service is prompt and polite, and deserves praise; even when it's crowded, they know how to go the extra mile. The owners are efficient, helpful, caring, kind, and capable. The atmosphere is clean and spacious, with effective air conditioning. A good bar service complements the trattoria. Excellent Roman cuisine, with fresh, always tasty daily specials.

26/07/2025: Il locale è molto bello e ben curato, ampio parcheggio e bellissimo spazio esterno. I camerieri sono molto gentili e attenti ai clienti. Servizio veloce e piatti davvero ottimi. Una grande selezione di tagli di carne ma anche i primi sono stati davvero buoni. Consiglio vivamente di provarlo.

05/08/2025: Ottima cucina. Abbiamo preso il menù degustazione ed oltre alla qualità hanno servito dei piatti abbondanti. Anche i miei genitori sono rimasti molto soddisfatti. La cena sotto il pergolato è stata molto piacevole. Un ringraziamento particolare va a Michael (spero di averlo scritto correttamente!) che ha saputo accompagnarci durante tutta la serata con professionalità e gentilezza. Rapporto qualità prezzo alto. Torneremo sicuramente!

10/08/2025: I have nothing but praise for APO and their staff. I felt at home and pampered like never before! Not to mention the sublime carbonara and spectacular rib-eye steak! A place I'll return to at least once a month, and it will always remain in my heart.

06/07/2025: Beautiful and special place full of memorabilia of the owner, Apo Ambrosi. Excellent food and kind and attentive service. Fair prices considering the very central location of the Marostica square. And then as Romans we appreciated the presence of references to Magical Rome

03/08/2025: First Restaurant we went to in Rome Fettuccine and Shrimp was good, Filet Barolo meat was a bit tough. Nice outdoor seating. Good wine and prices.
