10/07/2026: We chose this restaurant because our hotel was nearby. What a surprise! Everything was delicious. The great man who served us was very friendly, thank you so much, we had a great time.

03/07/2026: Three stars because the price was out of the ordinary, crazy... a slice of warm scamorza, a piece of roasted mortadella, chickpeas, a ricotta divided between three, plus another appetizer that I don't remember, half a cacio e pepe, a wine for €22 divided between three, a coffee and two licorices, total per person €49, €147 total for three people??? What did you give me to eat, but I was in Piazza di Spagna and I didn't notice??? They won't see my money again!!! Except for the guys who worked there

08/08/2026: Guys, ROME IS AMAZINGLY GOOD! We had a great meal. Oxtail stew Artichokes Meatballs in tomato sauce Carbonara Nervetti Gricia Two bottles of wine for €100! I highly recommend it.

26/06/2026: The place is well-organized and charming...especially the food is excellent. There are plenty of public parking spaces next to the restaurant. Finally, the service is impeccable and the staff are truly friendly. I highly recommend it.

16/06/2026: A pleasant discovery just steps from the Pyramid: quality and atmosphere.** I had the pleasure of dining at Osteria La Piramide in Bomarzo, and I must say the experience absolutely lived up to expectations. The restaurant is charming, with a refined, welcoming atmosphere, ideal for those seeking a relaxing break after a day exploring the area's beauty. The real highlight of the evening was the pizza: thin, light, and expertly prepared. It's rare to find such a digestible and tasty pizza, with ingredients that taste top-quality from the first bite. But they don't stop at pizza: we enjoyed several courses, and everything was excellent, a sign of a kitchen that works with care and passion. The service was friendly and attentive, making guests feel at ease from the moment they entered. It's the perfect place for both a casual dinner and a moment of indulgence in a charming setting. Bomarzo offers so many wonders, but ending the day in a place where you can eat so well and relax is an added bonus that I recommend to anyone passing through. I'll definitely be back with great pleasure.

26/07/2026: Excellent venue, top-notch staff, and a very charming, intimate atmosphere. There's also a lovely garden. I confirm that they offer limoncello at the end of the meal. The homemade desserts are also excellent.

09/08/2026: We went for lunch first and then we came back for dessert. We loved our basil pasta, lasagna and even more so the lemon desert, ice cream and croissant. The atmosphere is bohemian, artistic and cute. A great hidden place close to the Vatican.

27/07/2026: On our way back from Sicily, we stopped in Rome for a carbonara... a friend had recommended this place to me, partly because of the friendly waiter... we went, and I really felt at ease right away... an Italian-Indonesian guy named Mark immediately stole my heart with his thoughtfulness, his smile, his kindness, his politeness, and his attention to the customer... hard to find these days in this fast-paced world... a real hard worker, in short!!! Congratulations, man, you make the place you work even more wonderful, given the excellent quality of the food!!! I'll be back to visit you 🥰🥰🥰

03/05/2026: We went here for a quick meal before leaving Rome, a typical Roman place from another era, the staff (real Romans) were friendly and genuine, cordial and courteous, we had first courses, chips and a sausage, good first courses, chips could improve the sausage unfortunately I'm used to Umbrian meat and it's a completely different thing, overall we had a good time, well done, continue to cultivate the old traditions and habits.

09/04/2026: A typical trattoria serving Roman cuisine cooked just like home. The atmosphere is simple yet welcoming. The staff is friendly and cheerful, yet always efficient. I often go there for dinner with friends. The standouts are the artichokes alla giudia (Jewish-style), the grilled meats, the Roman-style tripe, the battered fried vegetables, and the ricotta misu. Reservations are recommended.

It is a brilliant, indulgent twist on the classic—the creaminess of the giant, fresh burrata on top perfectly balances the sharp black pepper and salty pecorino kick of the pasta ​The service is straightforward, no-nonsense, and fast. It is a very casual "what you see is what you get" kind of place. Prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality and portion sizes you receive. ​Why 4 stars instead of 5? The atmosphere is extremely rustic and a bit dated, which might not be everyone's cup of tea if you are looking for a romantic or modern ambiance. Also, seating can feel a little cramped when it gets busy. ​Overall, if your priority is delicious, authentic Roman pasta at an honest price, this historic spot is highly recommended!

14/08/2026: We came here because we'd heard they served the best carbonara in Rome, but for us, the carbonara wasn't the only gem on the menu. Truly, everything on the menu is worth trying! It's also our favorite pizzeria. Furthermore, we received a very warm welcome and their service was truly attentive. If you're ever in Rome, you absolutely must stop by Il Tempio; you won't be disappointed!
