02/05/2026: We ate gluten-free for two. The cheese platter was delicious, accompanied by warm and delicious homemade gluten-free rolls. Then came the rigatoni all'amatriciana and spaghettoni cacio e pepe, both excellent and plentiful (also gluten-free and homemade). Then came the coratella and artichokes alla giudia. The waiters and owners were extremely attentive, courteous, and helpful. A fantastic experience, and a beautiful place. We ate without fear of cross-contamination; I finally felt pampered. I highly recommend it.

27/04/2026: A good restaurant with typical Roman cuisine, the dining room is a bit small but the outdoor seating makes up for it, very good food and excellent service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, highly recommended.

11/05/2026: So good, we went twice in four days. Skip the places that look nice, but are try to drag you in. This restaurant is authentic. The food is excellent. The setting is lovely. I am on a gluten free diet and they treated me very well and provided excellent gluten free pasta. A had the Carbonara one night and the Amatriciana the second night. What a treat. My wife enjoyed selections from the full menu as well. We had reservations, but I’m not really sure you need them most nights. Enjoy!

10/05/2026: Excellent carbonara, friendly waiters, and a fantastic outdoor seating area. The desserts are also excellent, with my only small criticism: the tiramisu was unfortunately a bit disappointing. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

03/05/2026: We went here for a quick meal before leaving Rome, a typical Roman place from another era, the staff (real Romans) were friendly and genuine, cordial and courteous, we had first courses, chips and a sausage, good first courses, chips could improve the sausage unfortunately I'm used to Umbrian meat and it's a completely different thing, overall we had a good time, well done, continue to cultivate the old traditions and habits.

09/04/2026: A typical trattoria serving Roman cuisine cooked just like home. The atmosphere is simple yet welcoming. The staff is friendly and cheerful, yet always efficient. I often go there for dinner with friends. The standouts are the artichokes alla giudia (Jewish-style), the grilled meats, the Roman-style tripe, the battered fried vegetables, and the ricotta misu. Reservations are recommended.

14/05/2026: Great vibes. Perfect artichoke. Great pasta. Saltimbocca was dreamy. We did the mortadella and pistachio flatbread app and it was huge. Service was great.

29/05/2026: It's a typical Roman trattoria, a small and simple place. Generous first courses, the amatriciana and carbonara are very good, although the gricia is less so. The coda alla vaccinara is tasty. Helpful and polite staff. Good value.

10/06/2026: Here’s a polished and natural version of your review: We visited this restaurant twice during our stay, and that says a lot about how much we enjoyed it! On our first visit, Alessandro was our waiter, and he truly made the experience memorable. After a long day of traveling, we were craving a great meal, and this place delivered. We ordered the Cacio e Pepe and a steak, and both were absolutely delicious. We enjoyed it so much that we came back a second time. Once again, we ordered the Cacio e Pepe, along with lamb chops , and everything was outstanding. The food was consistently excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was fantastic. A special thank you to Alessandro for his warm hospitality and excellent recommendations. We would happily return again.

08/06/2026: On a business trip, I'm returning to this restaurant, where I'd been several years ago and had fond memories. For my appetizer, I had the Roman-style tripe, delicious and tender. The mint was present but not overpowering. The pecorino cheese was running low, but I just had to ask and they brought me a small bowl that made up for it. The Neapolitan-style sautéed escarole was also very good. Main course: Bucavino paccheri, with asparagus, guanciale, cherry tomatoes, and flaked pecorino. What can I say? A delicious dish, an excellent combination of ingredients and perfect execution. My only complaint: for €20, I would have expected a slightly larger portion; I certainly wasn't expecting a "fraschetta-like" portion, but then again, for the price, it seemed a bit modest... I finished the meal with cacio e pepe supplì, fried very well (super crispy and dry), but I found it a bit bland or at least lacking in flavor (I would have expected a nice kick from the pecorino and pepper, but I didn't taste them much...). In conclusion, I ate well overall, but perhaps the final bill of €52.50 is a bit high, considering I didn't order bread (that would have been another €4!), no dessert, and only drank water and coffee. So, definitely recommended if you're looking for good quality without any particular budget constraints; conversely, in terms of pure value, perhaps you can find something better.

12/01/2026: We ordered the set menu and were told they had lasagna. The lasagna portion was tiny, and they charged us extra for service and €6 for each glass of wine (which was absolutely awful). The price is unacceptable: €47 for two people for a single (small and very ordinary) lasagna and two glasses of wine. I don't recommend it. The service was friendly, though, and the place—empty—was clean and had a nice, unassuming feel.

11/01/2026: We stopped for lunch and ordered two classic dishes: spaghetti with clams and lasagna. We also ordered a parmigiana. I'd say the wine is also good and well-chosen. All that's left to do is come in and eat. Enjoy your meal.

10/05/2026: I spent a week in Rome, and after a day exploring the monuments, I went there for dinner. The place is very welcoming, and the staff is always courteous and ready to accommodate every request. The owner is extremely kind and always available. They know exactly how to make you feel at home. The food is excellent, and I guarantee you'll have a hard time leaving anything on your plate. Definitely the best restaurant in Northern Rome.

29/05/2026: The Osteria was highly recommended. However, the carbonara we ordered was very spicy, practically impossible to eat. We complained AND THEY OFFERED TO MAKE ANOTHER ONE. It was much better, but they charged us for the inedible carbonara AND ALSO CHARGED US FOR THE OTHER ONE THEY OFFERED TO MAKE! This was not right... this situation and another we experienced with Romans (non-immigrants) make us say, PAY ATTENTION TO EVERYTHING! L'osteria ci era stata caldamente raccomandata. Tuttavia, la carbonara che abbiamo ordinato era molto piccante, prática inedenciabile. Ci siamo lamentati e SI SONO OFFERTI DI PREPARARNE UN'ALTRA. Era molto meglio, ma ci hanno fatto pagare sia la carbonara inmangiabile che quella CHE SI ERANO OFFERTI DI FARCI! It wasn't giusto... this situation, and it's also an abbiamo vissuto with my Romani (non-immigration), so I didn't say: FATE ATTENZIONE A TUTTO!

26/05/2026: The food was okay. I got the steak and it was good but the seasonal vegetables were lackluster. Just boiled vegetables, only salt seasoning. My friend got the risotto and it was just wet rice, not combined well like risotto should be.
