08/02/2026: This is an excellent Roman trattoria, serving all the traditional dishes beautifully. Elena, the chef, is truly outstanding. Their kindness is also noteworthy: due to a misunderstanding, our reservation was lost, but they nevertheless welcomed us and set up a table in just a few minutes.

08/02/2026: The way they introduced themselves was immediately unpleasant, announcing the courses verbally (without prices) instead of presenting a paper menu with prices. I ate all evening with my back 20 cm from the door, which kept insisting it was open with gusts of cold air. The carbonara was decent, the wine terrible, and the dessert (cookies and vinci santo) was something to overlook. All for €25. They didn't even have the good taste to apologize for the inconvenient seating. !!

18/03/2026: Looking for a place to eat in Trastevere, we casually popped in to ask if they had room for four, as everything was packed. Francesca was very helpful and, after a 10-minute wait, was able to seat us. We had a delicious dinner for €18 per person, and the service was impeccable, so the experience was very positive, and the place has its charm.

28/02/2026: This is the place for true Roman cuisine, welcoming, warm, and wonderfully simple, like grandma's cooking. I was there yesterday and tried everything from appetizers to dessert. I must say that every course was perfect. The service is courteous and very attentive. The staff make you feel at ease. When they explain the dishes, their passion for what they do shines through. 13/03/2026: The place was incredible! Food was amazing. No sense in waiting in extremely long lines near by when this place is down the block! Both of our meals were delicious, but The focaccia bread was incredible. Riyad was our server who was friendly, attentive, and very understanding of our limited Italian vocabulary.

12/03/2026: The atmosphere is that of a Roman trattoria: quaint but a little shabby (a bit messy). Generous portions and quality food: slightly pricey for the location, but good value for the quality of the food served. The service (a little slow in our case) is managed primarily by the owner (I believe), who interacts a lot with the diners. This is also very quaint, but I realize some might not like it. I appreciated that they also served pizza at lunch. I would definitely return.

10/02/2026: I had dinner on Friday with my colleagues. Excellent experience: - 1. I called at 9:00 PM to ask for immediate table availability. Valentina, who answered the phone, managed to arrange a table for us despite the short notice and the already full room. - 2. Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were immediately greeted by Valentina and the owner and sat down. - 3. We asked for a red wine, and they suggested a Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, which was truly excellent. In fact, we ordered another. - 4. Our courses began with an appetizer of mixed fried fish, which passed the Test perfectly (the supplì were especially excellent). Then I ordered an amatriciana, which was very good, and my colleagues ordered cacio e pepe and a gricia, both excellent! - 5. The restaurant is small but well-organized, and I recommend it for dinner with colleagues or friends, or for a date. Hats off to Valentina for her personality and attentive service.

I ordered something off the menu: Capellini with black truffle. On the receipt, the dish was priced at a whopping €45. An absurd price for black truffle (not the prized white truffle!), considering that the other first courses on the menu average €22. From the photos, it's clear that the quantity of truffle didn't justify a markup of more than 100% compared to the other dishes. Another sore point: two glasses of wine (Ghino di Tacco) were paid €20 each. For a glass of wine at this price, you're required to show the bottle and pour it in front of the customer. However, the wine arrived already poured, with no transparency as to the actual label served. €6 Water: Paying €6 for a bottle of water is an insult to the customer, especially in a neighborhood like Trastevere. A price that has no logical justification other than to inflate the final bill. In conclusion: the place is nice, but it feels like a system designed to inflate the bill on off-menu items and drinks. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a fair value experience. Pay attention to your receipt! 20/03/2026: We had some delicious cocktails, but it was a very pleasant stay; the terrace is very welcoming and there was good background music.

20/02/2026: I tried this osteria for a quick dinner. It's a lovely place. I had a cacio e pepe and it was good. I wasn't crazy about the pasta shape, but maybe they rotate it. Then I wanted dessert, so they offered me a mix: crostata, apple pie, and tozzetto. All three were very, very good. Definitely the highlight of the dinner. The staff was all very friendly. A truly excellent place and I recommend it to everyone. So good that I went back for lunch the next day (and had a great time again).
