I came with my theater company and we were very satisfied.
Typical Roman dishes, a homey and welcoming atmosphere, and the owner is very kind and helpful. They always try to accommodate requests if possible. A great meeting place for friends, family, and tourists who want to taste authentic Roman cuisine.

A small but charming place, the dishes are delicious and plentiful, the fried anchovies are incredibly fresh and of excellent quality, and the owners are incredibly kind. The price is excellent considering the portions and the quality. Worth it for both lovers of Roman cuisine and tourists who can enjoy a truly Roman dish. Highly recommended ❤️

I tried Trattoria Picchiapo and we were extremely satisfied! The carbonara was simply fantastic: perfectly creamy, flavorful, and made according to Roman tradition. The Roman-style salti in bocca were also exceptional, incredibly tender and full of flavor, while the scallops were excellent and cooked to perfection.
A welcoming atmosphere, friendly service, and cuisine that captivates from the first bite. A place where you eat truly well and where you'll gladly return. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

While the food was delicious, I was not impressed with the service. The lady served us barely had time for us despite the restaurant being empty..I felt like she was trying to sell us the food because we were tourists instead of being polite. We were seated inside despite the fact that the tables outside were empty and not reserved. It is a typical italian restaurant, however the service is not recommended.
