10/09/2025: Definitely the best restaurant we have visited in Rome - traditional food and wine, wonderful place, staff and great atmosphere. Would surely recommend, as it is not as touristic and rather local, we were satisfied with the visit ❤️ (the pistachio tiramisu was EXCEPTIONAL)

02/09/2025: We had made a reservation through The Fork and were very rudely informed that the owner was "paying us for dinner" because The Fork apparently took a €5 commission. That makes you feel anything but welcome, and it's not our fault for listing your restaurant there. The food was delicious, but after that rudeness, we won't be coming back.

06/07/2025: A nice place, not very big, that has the look of an osteria with an attention to detail that many restaurants lack. The menu is explained by the host with a choice between seafood and meat dishes. I had a bruschetta and some fusilloni with a squid ragù, very good. The service is attentive without being intrusive, I had a great time.

05/07/2025: The spirit of the trattorias of the past. Husband and wife exquisite and genuine people like the food they offer: aubergines, dried tomatoes and more all from the trusted farmer and processed by them. A tasty and not over the top spaghetti with mussels and a cacioepepe that makes you want to have seconds. All seasoned with cordiality and short stories for zero intrusiveness. You relax and leave happy also for the absolutely correct bill. Highly recommended.

27/08/2025: In Testaccio, a true Roman restaurant. Even in the August heat, it's impossible to resist the pajata, oxtail stew with chocolate, chicory, tripe, and cacio e pepe. A menu rich in tradition and flavor, a welcome discovery. Reservations recommended.

07/09/2025: This restaurant perfectly represents traditional Roman cuisine, with dishes prepared with meticulous care and top-quality ingredients. The carbonara is simply perfect, perfectly creamy and authentic in flavor. Among the first courses, the tagliolini with truffle deserves a special mention: delicate and fragrant. Also worth trying are the saltimbocca alla romana, the tuna tartar, the fried vegetables, and everything else on the menu! The desserts are also impressive: the orange cake is soft and fragrant, while the crema catalana is captivating with its creaminess and crunchy caramelized sugar crust. The service is extremely kind and attentive, always ready to offer advice with a smile, and the atmosphere is welcoming, meticulously crafted, and full of atmosphere. A place that combines tradition and flavor, perfect for both a special dinner and a lunch with friends. Highly recommended!

08/09/2025: We visited Trattoria Da Rugantino in Orbetello and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is charming, the food is homemade and authentically Italian, and the staff are very friendly. Everything we tried was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true taste of Italy and a cozy dining experience. We’ll definitely come back when we’re in Orbetello again! 🇮🇹🍝🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️

23/09/2025: The restaurant has a touristy feel. Unfortunately, I didn't find any quality in the dishes I ate. The mozzarella is the standard kind you find at the supermarket. The prosciutto is also of modest quality. Even the tiramisu reminded me of the one from the refrigerated section of the supermarket. It has that sweet flavor that doesn't let you taste the coffee. One of the worst tiramisu I've ever had in a restaurant. Fettuccine with tomato sauce was even too ordinary. No wow factor. The grilled meat was good. But perhaps it's better to get a Florentine steak, which is actually a half Florentine. And anyway, I've had much better meat at other restaurants. The moral of the story is that perhaps a tourist might enjoy it, but a more discerning customer might be disappointed. It's a shame because the restaurant is large inside and has a beautiful fireplace that should be better utilized with more types of meat.

22/09/2025: A historic restaurant in Tivoli. I went there for dinner with friends but wasn't very impressed, perhaps because I had fairly high expectations. I ordered the amatriciana, which, however, lacked character, although it's still a good dish. The mixed grilled meats were good, but not quite excellent. The quality-price ratio was average for this type of restaurant, perhaps just a little overpriced for the quality and quantity offered. It's definitely a reliable restaurant, but I expected something better.

07/09/2025: We were greeted with kindness and courtesy, and throughout the evening, served with courtesy, professionalism, and, most importantly, always with a smile. The food was delicious with generous portions. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back very soon.

07/09/2025: I have to say, I wasn't expecting a restaurant like this. They have really good meat, which you can choose right at the counter. Perfectly cooked and exceptionally flavorful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have several dishes that are definitely worth returning for. Be careful with the portions, as they are quite generous. If you're going for your appetizer, make sure to try their homemade cacio e pepe chips! The Danish fillet with gorgonzola was truly delicious.

05/09/2025: Unfortunately, it didn't go well. The tripe was decent, but the amatriciana was a real disappointment. The pecorino and guanciale were second-rate, which is simply not possible, and the dessert was truly mediocre. Honest bill.
