26/06/2025: My mother and I had a wonderful experience at this place. On our first night in Rome, we decided to eat at this restaurant as it was near our apartment and we didnt know the city yet. To our surprise, we were treated incredibly well by a waiter whose name I unfortunately can't remember. When we told him we were from Brazil, he was thrilled and wished us a great time exploring the city. We had red wine, "spaghetti amatriciana," and finished with tiramisu for dessert, everything was delicious. This was our very first encounter with Italian food, culture, and people, and it was incredible. Thank you for contributing to our excellent stay in the city. The first impression is the one that lasts! I can only thank you for treating us so well. I can't wait to come back to Italy—the best country I've been to (after Brazil, of course). Thank you for everything!

24/07/2025: Dear Roman friends took us here for dinner in 2017. One of the top ten meals of my life! I have to assume the service was excellent, because our friend Fabrizio was on top of it with our server, LOL. I speak a fair amount of Italian, but their conversation was too quick and full of Roman dialect for me to follow! We had so many amazing options for primi piatti, we couldn’t order a secondo, we were too full! Everything was fantastic, what an amazing evening!!!

21/07/2025: Entrando in questo locale per un caffè dopo una cena, abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere lo chef, che, tra una chiacchiera e l’altra, ci ha raccontato la sua filosofia in cucina e ci ha incuriositi, così abbiamo prenotato una cena. Diverse le proposte di menù, che coniugano piatti della tradizione altoatesina rivisitati e piatti “storici”. C’era l’imbarazzo della scelta. Vitello tonnato superlativo!! Anche la crema di patate con fieno biologico e lupino era molto squisita. Carta dei vini molto ricca. Il locale è accogliente e arredato in stile con gusto. Il personale di sala è gentile e preparato, scambia volentieri qualche chiacchiera (cosa rara in alto Adige). Lo chef merita una menzione, sia per i favolosi piatti preparati che per cordialità, gli auguriamo il meglio. Che dire… Ristorante da non perdere!!!

11/07/2025: I went to dinner with my girlfriend because we had a great time the first time (last year). I'm sorry to say, but this time it was a complete disappointment. In the mixed antipasto, both the cured meats and the burrata were of less than mediocre quality; the only positive note was the frittata. The real disaster was the "Roman first courses": the amatracina had an acidic sauce, and it was obvious that the guanciale wasn't cooked with the sauce, but was only added separately at the end. The result was pasta with sauce (not even good) with guanciale on top. The carbonara tasted absolutely nothing. I'm sorry to say this, given that the waitress was very kind, the service was prompt, and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, it's unacceptable for a place with a Roman cuisine menu to offer such dishes.

26/07/2025: Typical Roman dishes and much more. I practically only go there for the cacio e pepe (there's also the truffle version, which is fabulous), but for those who aren't particularly fond of that, I also recommend the carbonara, amatriciana, and gricia. The tagliata and tartare are also delicious (the trio of tartare appetizer is delicious), and for those who want to try a variety of dishes, I highly recommend the Ricordi di Roma appetizer, which includes various fried dishes plus porchetta di Ariccia. I also really appreciate the warm welcome they always give. This place is a sure thing and never disappoints!!

07/08/2025: We stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant by chance and are so glad we did! The food was absolutely outstanding, a true taste of authentic Italian cuisine! We were especially impressed by how welcome they made us all feel, despite our limited Italian. A special shoutout to the incredible pasta dishes and their tiramisu - they were the highlights of our family meal! We will certainly be coming back!
