27/04/2025: Menu choice: classics. My first comment is that this is one of our best starry dinners ever: for the refinement of the raw materials and of some ingredients which enhanced the overall taste of the dish (in the leavened products, in the choice of shellfish and fish, in the dessert), for the preparation of the dishes (the marvelous grilling of the red snapper), for the combination of flavours, for the abundance of the dishes (not at all a given for a starry one), for the care of the location (the plasters and sanitary pads for women available in the bathroom), out of attention towards guests (feeling like guests, and not customers). A particular mention goes to the care with which some dishes were revisited and curated for the presence of a pregnant guest, without their "quintessential" nature being distorted. Thank you for the care you have dedicated to us. Thank you for the experience you gave us.

26/05/2025: We stopped for lunch with my partner, they offered us an appetizer with various local specialties, abundant and above all really tasty. First courses of homemade pasta and really tasty meats.

22/05/2025: Simple place. Friendly staff. Excellent food presented without too many frills. A place where it is still believed that you go to a restaurant, basically, to eat well. I recommend it.

29/04/2025: Of course 5 stars. Preferably even more. Small but great restaurant in a narrow street. We were a bit early and the owner said he would open in 30 minutes. Many people will find that ridiculous, but I think it shows a great passion for your cause. The kitchen takes time to prepare great food. Take that time. Walk around the nice town and come back around 1:00 PM. Don't be an antisocial tourist. A glass of bubbles on the house followed by a delicious anti pasti from the region. Enough to share with 2. Primi (enough for 2 so share) with polpo, vegetables and beef to share. Delicious cake and mocha. Good local rosato and oil. A place to come back to, which we will certainly do.

14/05/2025: Small tavern, also as a place, staff, and owner available, dishes cooked well with good quality products and their production. A small note: the appetizer a little more complete and more abundant portions ..!!!

27/05/2025: Very nice place on two levels where you can eat traditional dishes from Altamura and Puglia revisited properly without major upheavals. The food is divine. In addition, the guys who run the tavern are very nice and I assure you there will be moments of hilarity between one dish and another. Highly recommended!!! N.b. personal advice: try the "santini", or their vegetables in oil served in a jar. A drug!

26/05/2025: Typical, very homely restaurant, forget about crystal glasses, going apein assut is like going to eat at grandma's. Good prices and very friendly staff. Excellent cuisine and wine at will. Impossible to leave this tavern straight away. Not recommended for those looking for a quiet and classy place.

29/03/2025: La cucina è sopraffina, dagli antipasti, ai primi, ai secondi lo chef propone delle vere prelibatezze che deliziano il palato e la vista e mandano in estasi i sensi. Sapori genuini, di impronta mediterranea, come quelli che faceva in casa la nonna, che ti spingono ad assaggiare ancora altri piatti anche dopo la settima portata...il tutto in una location davvero molto bella, in una cornice naturale come il bosco di Noci, dove si respira aria pura e si può sentire il cinguettio degli uccelli, mentre si viene serviti da un personale molto gentile e cortese e di grande professionalità. 09/05/2025: Typical Apulian cuisine, revisited with a creative and modern touch: fans of good food, this place is for you! The service is fast, super pleasant/welcoming and the managers give very good advice on wines. The asparagus pasta is delicious, the veal is also perfectly done (beautifully cooked). An excellent address in the heart of the historic center of Locorontodo!

19/05/2025: Excellente fricassée traditionnelle d'agneau à l'artichaut et oignons sauvages. Copieux. Vin du coin savoureux. Le chef a du palais ici. Cadre sympathique, service rapide et discret, prix honnêtes. À réitérer.

18/05/2025: Buonasera, appena rientrato da una Domenica fuori casa per festeggiare il compleanno. L' accoglienza dello chef e dei suoi collaboratori è eccellente. Hanno una attenzione al cliente di livello alto. Ci siamo affidati e fidati dei consigli del proprietario sulla scelta del menù e abbiamo fatto bene. Nonostante il ristorante pieno, abbiamo potuto tranquillamente chiacchierare se sa essere disturbato dai commensali vicini. Ci tornerei molto volentieri. Consigliato. Anche il prezzo molto onesy

01/05/2025: Sono stata in questo ristorante il 27 aprile una giornata con amici in gita a Trani. Abbiamo mangiato dagli antipasti primi e secondi a base di pesce tutto di ottima qualità! Papà del proprietario molto gentile ci ha trattato veramente bene. Prezzo qualità buono lo consiglio

11/05/2025: Honestly, 5 stars are not enough... I have celebrated twice, important ceremonies such as my daughter's first communion a few years ago and my son's holy confirmation today. The courtesy, the kindness, the service, the excellent and abundant dishes from appetizers to first and second courses.... The welcome, the availability and the courtesy of Caterina and all the staff are incomparable. I have returned and will return again.... I highly recommend... Very honest prices! A big hug to Caterina and her wonderful staff ❤️

26/05/2025: A place that has always been known for its excellent cuisine. My daughter's communion was celebrated, everything was excellent, beyond expectations. Excellent cleanliness, kind and competent staff, there was never a shortage of drinks at the table, as well as courtesy and education, especially Antonio, who calling him a waiter is an understatement. We ate an appetizer, varied and tasty, 1 first course to choose from among the various first courses offered, two second courses of meat including the larded fillet, truly top!, fruit and cake plus sparkling wine. Everyone was happy. I highly recommend, I recommend booking. Thanks, we will definitely be back soon!

04/05/2025: Mi esposa y yo disfrutamos de una cena encantadora en Farmacia dei Sani, donde el personal era excepcionalmente atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y describir cada plato en detalle. El restaurante se encuentra en los antiguos establos de un palacio histórico en la Piazza del Popolo 14 en Ruffano, ahora restaurado con buen gusto para mezclar el encanto de piedra con la elegancia contemporánea. Dirigida por la familia Rizzo y dirigida por la chef Valentina Rizzo, la cocina ofrece cocina moderna de Apulia con ingredientes km 0 infundidos con un toque creativo. Comenzamos con el ceviche, perfectamente equilibrado con aceite de oliva virgen extra y remolacha, seguido de una ricota fuera de menú con bottarga y ralladura de limón, ambos exquisitamente frescos y vibrantes. Para nuestra red, los spaghettoni con salsa de anchoa (colatura di alici) —la firma del chef— y los raviolis de pollo y erizo de mar destacaron por su profundidad de sabor. Casi satisfechos, compartimos un vientre de cerdo caramelizado con sal y bacalao, un magistral maridaje de surf y césped que fue ricamente reconfortante. Acompañamos nuestra comida con agua tranquila y dos vasos de Primitivo, que complementaban perfectamente las notas saladas de los platos. Una experiencia impecable, en la que cada detalle, desde el entorno histórico hasta la cálida hospitalidad, hizo que la velada fuera verdaderamente memorable.

The managers, friendly and professional, know the dishes well and offer solutions in case of intolerances. Fantastic tasting menu! The 5 appetizers offer the opportunity to taste different recipes and all excellent. Tasty first and second courses and abundant dishes. Excellent wine!
