15/03/2026: Your first time at a Michelin-starred restaurant is unforgettable. And indeed, it was a long-awaited, sought-after experience, worth experiencing and sharing as much as possible. It's impossible not to give this experience five stars, for several reasons. The first is the attention and care shown to everything that surrounds you from the moment you enter this splendid stone structure located opposite Trani Castle. This alone would merit my five-star review. The service is meticulously meticulous, not excessive, but very important. The menu and its courses are therefore difficult to describe because they really must be experienced, savored, and understood. There's a blend of Puglian tradition, present throughout the entire gastronomic journey, and gourmet innovation. All the pairings are very balanced. Personally, I really enjoyed, in addition to the homemade bread, the risotto with herring and mackerel with caviar. It's flavorful and excellently balanced. The wine list is very impressive, reflecting a high-quality cellar. Of course, we're in a Michelin-starred restaurant, so the prices are reasonable, but ultimately, you have to remember that you're enjoying a taste experience, not just a simple meal. 21/03/2026: A unique experience. A very characteristic restaurant in the historic center of Noci. The owner and staff are very kind and welcoming. The food is quality. I especially recommend the fondue and creamed potato appetizer with cardoncelli mushrooms. I highly recommend it.

03/02/2026: Just when you think the food can not get any better in Puglia along comes this restaurant. Chef Natale is extraordinary and he pours his love into every dish, made by hand, all his vegetables grown in his land surrounding this beautiful establishment. The fish was so fresh and delicious. Every dish balanced and beautifully presented. Michelin needs to get over to Noci to hand this man and his restaurant a star (or two). The front of the restaurant is managed by Mirella who is warm and inviting and manages the dining experience with precision. Very worth a visit if you are coming to bella Puglia.

If you want to eat well in a quiet place, a stop here is a must.

05/03/2026: I had lunch at Ristorante da Paolo in Bari, and the overall impression was somewhat mixed. On the one hand, it must be said that the dishes are truly plentiful: the table fills up quickly, and the quantity is certainly not lacking. However, the quality, unfortunately, didn't seem to live up to the abundance. Many dishes were rather simple and unprepared, with flavors that didn't particularly stand out. It's one of those places where you eat a lot, but without the sense of quality you'd expect from a good restaurant lunch. You certainly leave feeling full, but not particularly satisfied with the taste. In short: a lot of quantity and a full table, but overall quality was rather low compared to expectations.

26/01/2026: One of the more fancy/expensive restaurants in Ceglie. The food is very good and really interesting. I ate their raviolo (1 giant raviolo, the size of the plate) and it was delicious. Would recommend!

11/01/2026: Booked late for a dinner for 2 and had to wait a while for the reservation to be confirmed. However, worth the wait. Cibus is a wonderful Puglain restaurant. The prices are not excessive, the quality of the dishes is very good. We enjoyed everything we had. Seasonal Antipasti, Fave, Coniglio and Lamb shank. Could not fit in a sweet dish at the end. Service became a little slow as they filled up, but not a problem for us as the ambience is nice. Good wine list too. If you are in the area, this is worth a journey to.

09/12/2025: We couldn't have ended the trip better. Gentlemen, what a place, what quality, what cuisine. The best tuna tartare I've ever eaten in my life, and it was simple...just tuna, with no decorations that altered the flavor of the fresh product. The cacio e pepe with shrimp was indescribable, as were the potatoes that accompanied the octopus: yes, simple potatoes that seemed heavenly. We were treated with the utmost professionalism and attention, a truly excellent place. We will return to Brindisi only to return to the Locanda del Porto.

08/12/2025: Everything is delicious. Every time we go, we feel right at home. Fresh food cooked to order. The waiters are very kind, and the owner is welcoming, smiling, and always ready to please. We go often. The menu is extensive, catering to both fish and meat eaters. The prices are fair, even lower than other restaurants. They always have the freshest fish off the menu, with no surprises on the bill. Just walking into this restaurant and being greeted with a smile is a pleasure. We've had the opportunity to try many dishes on the menu and have never been disappointed. Reservations are essential, as it's always busy. We're regular customers, and I sincerely recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat well at a fair price.
