01/11/2025: We chose this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. It was a perfect choice: the location is charming and elegant, the cuisine excellent. We chose the white truffle menu, which was truly top-notch and much appreciated. Impeccable service and an excellent wine list. Highly recommended; we'll definitely be back.

14/11/2025: An incredible gastronomic experience. Local products from traditional Salento cuisine given a modern twist. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The restaurant was lovely with great background music. We ordered the 8-course tasting menu and it was the best choice. We ate quite a lot and left absolutely stuffed. I'll definitely be back to try the other tasting menus. It was worth every penny.

02/11/2025: This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! As someone who has dined at several top-tier Michelin-starred and Gault&Millau-rated restaurants across Europe, I am simply blown away! Starting with the incredible hospitality of all the staff, who are incredibly helpful and attentive (important for those who don't speak Italian well)! The menu perfectly reflects typical regional cuisine and is incredibly diverse! The antipasti are so varied and simply divine! I was surprised by the selection of meats, which is more in line with a steakhouse than a typical regional restaurant! A real insider tip: the veal cutlet – simply amazing! The perfectly cooked "al dente" pasta with local truffles was absolutely fantastic! What a feast! And paired with a Primitivo (ES) recommended by the incredibly skilled and attentive waiter – a perfect combination! The freshly pressed local olive oil, along with the fresh bread, would have been enough to satisfy even the most discerning palate! For dessert, a wonderful, freshly prepared "Tira mi su," two double espressos, and then we proudly headed for the checkout. Here too, the moderate and fair prices were a pleasant surprise! In conclusion: we arrived as strangers and left as friends! See you in a year when we return from Greece!

08/11/2025: Excellent place, we ate very well. It's located in the historic center of Canosa. It's accessible, a very small place with few seats, but intimate and very characteristic. It doesn't work with a menu. They bring you appetizers, first courses, second courses, desserts, and fruit. You decide on the spot with the waiter/owner. Welcoming place. Excellent quality food. For dessert, I would make a better proposal and suggest the chocolate soufflé/cake with cream, which everyone likes.

It's the ideal place for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends, thanks to the refined yet informal atmosphere, where you immediately feel at ease. The waiters are attentive, helpful, and exceptionally kind, always ready to satisfy every request with a smile, without ever being intrusive. The passion and professionalism of the entire staff is clearly evident. In the summer, you can dine on the beautiful terrace, perfect for enjoying evenings al fresco in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. In the winter, however, the restaurant transforms into a cozy refuge thanks to the fireplace, making the atmosphere even more intimate and familiar. In conclusion, a place truly worth a visit—I recommend it for any occasion, from a romantic dinner to a get-together with friends or a family evening. We can't wait to return for another wonderful dinner in this special place!

17/10/2025: While walking through the picturesque Alberobello we came across this restaurant on Monte San Michele Street and stopped for lunch. Although we had not made a reservation, they welcomed us without any difficulty and we thank them for that. Passing by trulli rooms, they led us to a closed patio with a view of the surrounding trulli, although we would have preferred a table in an authentic trulli. The service was fast, the food very good and beautifully presented. We were impressed by the owner of the shop who, with his ubiquitous colorful clothes, wandered from table to table, creating an atmosphere that looked more like a tourist show. When leaving, they gave us a magnet as a gift showing the facade of the restaurant.
