03/01/2025: Excellent experience in a restaurant that fully deserves its Michelin star! When I booked, I didn't know about the recognition, I was only based on the photos seen on Google Maps. We celebrated our 10 years of marriage with the family and it was an unforgettable lunch, a day that we will always carry in our hearts. The service was impeccable, every course, from the starter to the dessert, was a work of art: unique flavours, quality and taste at the highest levels. The staff was very kind and even the chef came to greet us with a warm goodbye. A place I highly recommend and where we will definitely return. Thank you for making our anniversary so special!

25/12/2024: After years of absence I found the enlarged place improved and made very elegant, with pleasant music playing, the service was a little slow. The dishes are prepared with care, the raw materials are excellent. The meat is very tender and cooked with care. (I would like to know which butcher the owner gets his supplies from). The desserts are also excellent, handcrafted.

25/12/2024: Christmas lunch in an extremely refined and elegant context, excellent service, excellent quality of the dishes. From sweet and sour aubergines, to orecchiette with meatballs, to beef cheek with chicory. I underline the excellent service and patience towards a varied and pretentious clientele (other than myself). Excellent value for money.

12/01/2025: We found it by accident, tired, hungry and intimidated by the elegant decor of the place. We were hosted masterfully. Delicious, nicely presented and filling regional dishes, with lots of additions. Very good Apulian cheesecake. The waiter deserves special attention, as he served us in an impeccable manner, providing information about the served dishes with care and great culture. A place worth recommending.

11/09/2024: It's not possible to put more stars, damn.... We have been holidaying in Salento for 7 years and Mr. Jameson is a must... it wouldn't be a holiday otherwise! The place that started out with a very "Irish pub" style with wood everywhere (which I absolutely loved), after the pandemic underwent renovations that lightened and refreshed its appearance. The food, however, has remained the same... excellent, plentiful and refined. They offer typical dishes from Salento but with that extra note that makes them excel over every other restaurant. The service is impeccable, with an elegant simplicity that is the envy of the most beautiful tables.... well, if you haven't been there yet, what are you waiting for? MOVE!!!! Everyone at "Jameson"!!!

30/12/2024: Il personale è gentile, anche se non sempre attento, ad esempio nel ritirare i piatti. I piatti sono ben presentati e mostrano ricerca nei sapori, ma il risultato non ha pienamente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Il ceviche era buono, ma il Leche de Tigre non rispecchiava la preparazione tradizionale peruviana. L’uovo in salsa al pecorino era discreto, ma non memorabile. Tra i primi, il risone è risultato piatto, mentre lo spaghettone era troppo salato e poco bilanciato. Ottima la selezione di vini. Prezzi adeguati alla proposta, ma l’esperienza nel complesso non ci ha convinto del tutto.

26/12/2024: Solo una parola mi viene da dire: il miglior ristorante del Salento, e non solo Esperienza da cinque stelle su cinque Andateci se volete provare una esperienza insolita e spettacolare, che vi lascierá a bocca aperta ma non asciutta😉!!!

06/10/2024: Sinceramente, no sé cómo llegamos allí. Nos perdimos en el campo debido a señales de tráfico engañosas o persistentes, pero al final, llegamos a un pueblo muy hermoso con un centro histórico encantador. El restaurante está justo en el centro y es bastante grande. Tiene un amplio menú con todo. Todos comimos platos a base de pescado y camarones. Todo estaba delicioso y bien presentado. Estábamos muy satisfechos.
