09/05/2026: We tried the stuffed mussels based on recommendations of the head waiter. It was tasteless and just mega doughy, like polenta. Sea food pasta was just ok. Too bad also no elegant music. Only the decor is really nice. But don't understand such high rating.

21/08/2026: The 5-star rating isn't achieved simply because it's on the side of the road, not directly facing the sea. Everything is truly excellent: the atmosphere is functional and pleasant, the service is courteous and attentive, and the food is prepared with fresh ingredients and meticulously presented (the seared octopus on ndija cream and octopus mayonnaise is truly exceptional). Kudos to the wait staff for their ability to welcome and guide guests with grace and kindness. We'll definitely be back to try other delicacies.

20/08/2026: Four of us went for dinner, including a large dog. The first thing to highlight is the courtesy and attentiveness of the staff, even providing us with adequate space and water for the dog without us having to ask. The quality of the food is excellent and the atmosphere truly fantastic. Each dish was presented with masterful care. One of the girls was also kind enough to prepare me a non-alcoholic cocktail that paired with our order. One of the best dinners of my life, truly congratulations.

20/08/2026: Beautiful place, friendly and helpful staff. The delicious food, pasta, and olive oil make you feel like you're at your grandmother's house on a Sunday, showing you the love they put into their work. I highly recommend it.

20/08/2026: A truly delightful discovery in Locorotondo. We had lunch on Ferragosto (August 15th), and the owner's warm welcome was immediately evident in the quality and attention to detail. The lunch was sublime: a platter of capocollo and top-quality cheeses, and a delicious fava bean puree with chicory. Excellent home-style Apulian cuisine in a refined, unpretentious setting. Highly recommended. Bravo!

08/08/2026: Loved it, as did my wife. Traditional Puglian cooking done to a high standard with excellent sevice from Stefano, his family and team. Really great atmosphere, felt local yet visitors were made very welcome. Hard to fault - after our first visit, we went back the following night, which I have never done before on holiday!

07/08/2026: Wonderful ambience and relaxed setting, perfect service, and excellent food. Everything from the starters to the mains was absolutely delicious. And we loved their flexibility: As we are vegetarians, we asked if we can have any other pasta instead of the meat-filled ravioli with the white truffel butter. We then got served home-made Gnocchi - out of this world…

12/07/2026: I came for lunch on Sunday with my dad. When we booked, he asked if there were any vegan options for me, and when we arrived, he didn't even need to remind me. They immediately recommended what I could order. (The menu clearly indicates which dishes are vegetarian and vegan.) Everything was delicious! The farm appetizer (without burrata in my case), fava bean and chicory puree, and stuffed pepper. The desserts are practically all vegan and you can choose them directly from the basket brought to your table. The dishes are plentiful. The place is quiet and welcoming, and the service was very quick and attentive. I will definitely be back.

07/07/2026: It's always a pleasure to return to La Masseria. The food is excellent. I'd recommend the bruschetta with olive caviar and stracciatella. The ricchitelle are good. The eggplant parmigiana is delicious.

The setting is absolutely breathtaking, and from the moment we arrived, everything felt authentic and special.The service was warm, attentive, and impeccable, and the food was simply outstanding. What makes the experience even more unique is that almost everything served is produced right on the Masseria, making every dish incredibly fresh and full of flavor.If you visit, make sure to arrive a little early and take a tour of the property—it’s beautiful and adds so much to the experience. And definitely book your reservation well in advance, as this is a place you don’t want to miss. An unforgettable experience from start to finish. Top, top, top!

30/05/2026: A beautiful location in the Noci countryside (use GPS). Ample free parking. Outdoor seating in the garden in summer. Peace and relaxation: the best environment to enjoy food. Excellent service. But above all, Natale: a name that speaks volumes. An experienced chef who carefully selects the ingredients, creating delicious flavor combinations. Super-fresh fish and raw seafood you wouldn't expect in the countryside. A well-stocked wine cellar with fair markups. If you're in the area, perhaps for tourism, avoid the hustle and bustle of crowded and noisy places and seek refuge at "Falco Pellegrino" for an excellent food and wine experience at a fair price.

19/07/2026: Found almost by chance on Maps while visiting relatives in Canosa, this osteria was a wonderful surprise. We booked by phone, and it was a great move: there's not a lot of seating inside, and even though there are more tables on the main street, in the summer heat we decidedly preferred the inside, which is perfectly air-conditioned. There's no set menu here, but the host passionately explains the daily specials. We started with a selection of exquisite appetizers: about a dozen small selections, each one better than the last. Wanting to try a traditional first course, we were won over by the Strascinate di grano arso (a type of burnt wheat pasta) with zucchini flowers (local cucuzza greens): simply fantastic! Satisfied with the first courses and appetizers, we had to skip the second course and move straight to a delicious selection of local desserts. The house rosé wine was also excellent, and the amaro (a bitter bitter) definitely deserves a mention. The value for money is exceptional. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit!
