05/03/2026: I had lunch at Ristorante da Paolo in Bari, and the overall impression was somewhat mixed. On the one hand, it must be said that the dishes are truly plentiful: the table fills up quickly, and the quantity is certainly not lacking. However, the quality, unfortunately, didn't seem to live up to the abundance. Many dishes were rather simple and unprepared, with flavors that didn't particularly stand out. It's one of those places where you eat a lot, but without the sense of quality you'd expect from a good restaurant lunch. You certainly leave feeling full, but not particularly satisfied with the taste. In short: a lot of quantity and a full table, but overall quality was rather low compared to expectations.

26/01/2026: One of the more fancy/expensive restaurants in Ceglie. The food is very good and really interesting. I ate their raviolo (1 giant raviolo, the size of the plate) and it was delicious. Would recommend!

11/01/2026: Booked late for a dinner for 2 and had to wait a while for the reservation to be confirmed. However, worth the wait. Cibus is a wonderful Puglain restaurant. The prices are not excessive, the quality of the dishes is very good. We enjoyed everything we had. Seasonal Antipasti, Fave, Coniglio and Lamb shank. Could not fit in a sweet dish at the end. Service became a little slow as they filled up, but not a problem for us as the ambience is nice. Good wine list too. If you are in the area, this is worth a journey to.

12/03/2026: The food is delicious and the service (a Sri Lankan girl) is very friendly. We arrived late and they could have told us the kitchen was closed, but they took great care of us. Highly recommended. Price between 40-50 euros.

20/02/2026: For true connoisseurs and gourmets, the freshest fish! Alternative dishes prepared with expert technique and passion, a comfortable atmosphere with a dreamy summer garden, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. We've been coming here for years, and it's always a pleasant experience.

15/03/2026: On Saturday, March 14th, we celebrated our granddaughter's baptism at Acquasala. The location was fantastic; despite the rain, we admired the most beautiful part of Milan. The restaurant staff was out of this world, attentive to their guests and super professional. The quality of the ingredients was undeniable; you could see they were meticulously prepared and left nothing to chance. The traditional dishes were delicious. We will definitely be back. 09/12/2025: We couldn't have ended the trip better. Gentlemen, what a place, what quality, what cuisine. The best tuna tartare I've ever eaten in my life, and it was simple...just tuna, with no decorations that altered the flavor of the fresh product. The cacio e pepe with shrimp was indescribable, as were the potatoes that accompanied the octopus: yes, simple potatoes that seemed heavenly. We were treated with the utmost professionalism and attention, a truly excellent place. We will return to Brindisi only to return to the Locanda del Porto.

08/12/2025: Everything is delicious. Every time we go, we feel right at home. Fresh food cooked to order. The waiters are very kind, and the owner is welcoming, smiling, and always ready to please. We go often. The menu is extensive, catering to both fish and meat eaters. The prices are fair, even lower than other restaurants. They always have the freshest fish off the menu, with no surprises on the bill. Just walking into this restaurant and being greeted with a smile is a pleasure. We've had the opportunity to try many dishes on the menu and have never been disappointed. Reservations are essential, as it's always busy. We're regular customers, and I sincerely recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat well at a fair price.

04/03/2026: Luckily, we found a table at this very busy restaurant, and I recommend making a reservation! Our expectations were met. This beautiful location near the Monopoli port was truly amazing. The food was delicious and plentiful, so much so that we took what we didn't finish home. The staff were very quick and friendly! The price was average for the place! Excellent wine selection! If you're passing by, you have to try it!

22/02/2026: I visited Osteria Sant'Anna in Cisternino on February 20th and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, and the service is attentive and friendly. We sampled several dishes, from starters to desserts, and found everything to be of high quality, flavorful, and true to local tradition. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat well in an authentic atmosphere.

10/01/2026: I'm in Puglia for work, staying overnight in Locorotondo, and someone recommended Bina, a restaurant in the heart of the historic center. A historic establishment: Bina and her husband—whom I've nicknamed the Maestro. They welcome you like true hosts of yesteryear, with a sincere chat and that rare beauty of being able to discuss anything, without rushing. It's the perfect example of hospitality where the people make the place, not the other way around. Traditional cuisine, excellent ingredients. The atmosphere is historic, tastefully and elegantly furnished, dominated by light tones. Everything is good, starting with the welcome (yes, I repeat). A tip for restaurateurs: the cream of fava beans: better served as an appetizer than as a first course; the ingredients are excellent, but the cream (purée) is too generous.

07/03/2026: We went for lunch today to celebrate my nephew's 18th birthday and my daughter's 15th, as a family. There were 10 of us. The place was spotless and welcoming. It's one of the few places where you can sit comfortably without tables being crowded together. We had a great meal. The service was fast. The staff was helpful and efficient throughout.
