Everything was impeccable, starting from the helpfulness of the managers and staff (who waited for us, even though we were a few minutes late), up to the service and the menu, which was the best choice ever! Exceptional flow rates and unsurpassed quality/price ratio. Furthermore, we also requested a celiac and a vegetarian menu with absolute availability on the part of the staff in finding the most appreciated alternatives. Completely positive result. And among the guests there were several people from Puglia who were totally satisfied! That day remained in my heart and it was also thanks to you! ❤️

05/03/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale a pranzo con degli amici. Al momento dell'ordinazione abbiamo deciso di prendere un antipasto che, da indicazione del menù, era impostato per 4 persone. Una volta arrivato al tavolo ci siamo resi conto che era composto da una sola porzione. Troppa sproporzione fra prezzo e quantità in quanto ci siamo visti costretti a fare un'aggiunta al precedente ordine, in caso contrario non saremmo riusciti a dividere il tutto per 4. Il titolare o il gestore, che è venuto direttamente a prendere la comanda al nostro tavolo non è stato per niente in grado di consigliarci, al quanto schizzato, scorbutico e nervoso. Ha preso l'ordinazione molto, troppo frettolosamente...così come ci sono stati tolti i piatti prima di terminare di mangiare! Abbiamo pagato un occhio della testa nonostante non abbiamo preso né vino né bevande particolari! Per intenderci una "polpetta di baccalá" 16€ e un tris di bombette 21€. Sconsiglio vivamente! Penso che se il gestore continuerà a svolgere il suo ruolo questo posto non avrà lunga durata. A lui consiglierei invece di farsi almeno una vacanza l'anno per rilassarsi un po' e capire se questo è davvero il lavoro che fa per lui!

The staff, extremely kind and knowledgeable, guided me in choosing the dishes, passionately illustrating the house specialties. I really appreciated their availability and the attention they paid to every detail. But the real strong point of this restaurant is undoubtedly the quality of the food. The fresh and genuine ingredients, expertly combined, have given life to dishes rich in flavor and authenticity. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy true Apulian cuisine, in a warm and welcoming environment. An experience that certainly deserves to be repeated.

26/03/2025: Ogni volta che torno a Cisternino, non posso fare a meno di cenare in questo ristorante nel cuore del centro storico. Anche stavolta è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile! L’atmosfera è calda e autentica, e il servizio sempre attento e cortese. I piatti valorizzano la tradizione con ingredienti freschissimi e un tocco di originalità. Gli spaghetti cacio e pepe con emulsione di riccio di mare? Semplicemente spettacolari! Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e staff impeccabile. Se siete a Cisternino, non lasciatevelo scappare!

Premetto che siamo dei dintorni e conosciamo i prezzi medi, il punteggio è basato su 2 antipasti e 2 secondi, con acqua = 83€, 4 bombette 16€ mi sembra esagerato. Nn abbiamo preso i primi che avevano un costo da 16-25€. Avremmo voluto dare una recensione più alta, ma i prezzi non l’hanno consentito.

08/02/2025: Came in late and even though kitchen was closing soon the server was very nice and got me a table and was attentive and food came fast. I got the gnocchi sorrentina and scaloppine ai funghi. Gnocchi were good, meat needed a little salt but still tasty. Looked like a local spot. Recommend

Nel complesso un'"osteria" con molta scena ma poca sostanza, prezzi esagerati soprattutto il coperto (2,5€). Ambiente poco accogliente, simpatia non pervenuta. ❌

21/02/2025: Ho pranzato qualche giorno fa in questa trattoria per la prima volta e devo dire che è stata una piacevole scoperta.Molto piccola e accogliente con un ambiente perfetto per rilassarsi e staccare un pò dalla quotidianetà frenetica.La qualità dei prodotti offerta è ottima,in particolar modo ho amato il piatto nonna tanto da portarmi ad acquistare presso la Dispensa altro locale dei proprietari delle polpette al sugo in boccaccio.Che dire ci tornerò sicuramente.
