07/06/2026: I hadn't been there for over 25 years, the place was beautiful and very clean. We had two starters, to be honest, apart from a few things, there was nothing else. The roast we had was unpresentable, it seemed reheated. For how much we spent, honestly, there are better places in Ceglie.... 25 years ago it wasn't like this, I'm very sorry because the place is beautiful... I don't think I'll go back.

01/05/2026: We visited this restaurant in Altamura and were truly satisfied. We started with a vegetable appetizer: everything was incredibly fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. Then we moved on to the meat, which was simply exceptional. The sausage, prepared "punta di coltello" (knife-tip) as per tradition, was truly spectacular. The orange pairing was also truly perfect, adding an original touch and perfectly balancing the flavors. The quality of the ingredients is clearly evident: everything is genuine, fresh, and meticulously prepared. Completing the experience was the friendly, welcoming, and always attentive staff, with truly excellent service. A place we'll definitely return to and recommend without hesitation!

10/05/2026: I discovered Casa Nova Restaurant by chance, and I must say it was a wonderful surprise. From the outside, I absolutely couldn't have imagined such a large, well-kept, and charming place hidden beneath the trulli, right in the heart of Alberobello. The location is truly spectacular: evocative stone rooms, an authentic yet elegant atmosphere. Reading the menu, I discovered that it was once an old olive oil mill, and this history makes the place even more unique and charming. The food also won us over: delicious, well-prepared dishes with quality ingredients. A pleasant experience both for the cuisine and the unique atmosphere. A place definitely worth a visit if you're passing through Alberobello. Recommended by hungry_travelers Armando, Caterina, and Matteo

31/05/2026: The food had some wonderful touches and the sauces were excellent; however, the execution compromised the overall quality (both our orchiette and filet were overcooked). On its day this is probably an excellent osteria but for us it was just a bit above average.

24/05/2026: Thanks to the Ristoranti d’Italia guide for the discovery. It was wonderful! First of all, the service was marvelous and so warm (I wanted to hug them when I left). Then, the food was delicious: the starter was divine: "Homemade orecchiette pasta, white lamb ragù, and caciocavallo cheese." The main course was also excellent: "Salento beef rolls, stuffed with celery, carrot, provola cheese, and mortadella, rolled and cooked in a tomato sauce." The tiramisu was a very nice ending. A good glass of Negroamaro to accompany it all. Several small rooms, so it wasn't noisy at all. Go there!

01/05/2026: Beltrani29 was a wonderful discovery. We ate very well and abundantly, with carefully prepared dishes and authentic flavors. The staff is attentive, friendly, and truly customer-focused, making every guest feel welcome and cared for. The location, typical of Trani, adds a special charm to the experience, making it all the more enjoyable. A place definitely worth recommending.

15/04/2026: An iconic spot in the small square of Torre a Mare, Osteria del Porto is a must-visit for seafood lovers, perfect for dining while gazing out at the sea. Although the service is lacking, the quality of the food and generous portions will not disappoint. The rice, potatoes, and mussels are a must-try; it's simply heartwarming.

10/04/2026: Compared to the other restaurant in Bari city, it's completely different. Very basic, with some dishes served on plastic plates. It's true that you have to clear the table afterwards, but in Bari city, you leave everything inside on a shelf and the staff picks it up. In Torre a Mare, the containers are separated outside and the customer has to pick up their own. The only downside is that the prices are the same but the service is different.

08/05/2026: If you're seeking slow seasonal and fresh ingredients for your meal, you'd be delighted. After a few hours of shopping for ceramics we had lunch at this place. The owner explained the menu options in English very kindly and recommended a few local dishes which were authentically prepared with sources identified from farm to table. A lovely experience and highly recommended.
