26/09/2025: Calling it a restaurant is an understatement: it's simply beautiful and unexpected. You'd never expect the beauty and attention to detail I found on Tuesday evening in this sprawling establishment. The same attention to detail is evident in the food and service, which are excellent, excellent, excellent, if not excellent. It's a given that I'll be returning even though I'm 1,100 km away. Thank you and sincere compliments.

25/09/2025: After a year, I returned to this charming, historic restaurant, composed of many small rooms, but I was disappointed. The traditional Salento cuisine, once of a notable standard, has unfortunately declined in both quality and presentation. All the appetizers were mediocre, the first courses, including the maritati, were decent, and the guaccetto was exceptional. The desserts were good, and the recommended wine was mediocre. The service was friendly but confused and unprofessional. The price was high for the quality of the food.

24/09/2025: I'm from Catania and the restaurant thought I was Chinese or something. An appetizer, two first courses, and two glasses of wine cost 82 euros. The food was horrible. Only the guys serving were friendly. BUT I WOULD NEVER LET THEM GO AGAIN AND I WON'T EVEN SEND AN ANT WITHOUT RESPECT.

03/10/2025: I stumbled upon this restaurant while exploring Cisternino. The owner is incredibly friendly, and the food is delicious. If I ever go back, I'd definitely want to try the outdoor seating.

07/10/2025: Dear S. Anna, modestly, every Saturday night we go out for dinner, I know very well how it works... there were three of us plus an elderly lady who tried some appetizers, and we ordered two appetizers for €56, a bottle of wine for €29, if I remember correctly, three risottos and a fried dish, plus two desserts. For what we paid, I felt like I was dining in a fine dining restaurant... the previous Santanna, as I remember well, was something else entirely. Anyway, no hard feelings, and have a nice day.

06/10/2025: This time they outdid themselves. It's hard to find a restaurant that never disappoints. Compliments to the staff for the seafood pizzas with tuna and shrimp tartare—a marvel of flavor. See you next time.

10/10/2025: Excellent pizza, very good wine also by the glass, unfortunately overwhelmed staff, we had to wait over an hour for our pizza.

07/10/2025: Visually pleasant restaurant, however it was necessary to ask the waiters several times to place an order. After 4 visits from the waiters and a final request, the order was taken. The rest of the meal went well, with a varied and quality menu.

08/10/2025: Federico welcomes you not as a guest, but as a friend. The cuisine is exquisite, the wine selection exceptionally select, and the ambiance is truly stylish. Nothing for the mainstream.

04/10/2025: Dining at Osteria del Vico was a highlight of our trip. It is a lovely family run place with a relaxed and genuine atmosphere. Amalia and Federico looked after us beautifully and Vincenzo provided thoughtful and friendly service throughout the evening. The food was delicious and authentic, and their suggestions for wine pairings were perfect. It is rare to find a restaurant where both the cuisine and the people are so memorable. A visit here feels less like eating out and more like being welcomed into someone’s home.

17/10/2025: The raw fish appetizer, as pictured, was skimpy but fresh. The fried fish portion was generous, but decent in composition and preparation, nothing special. Self-service. Setting: Outdoor tables, completely unsuitable for a sunny but very breezy, cold day with a rough sea. Everything was flying, from napkins to trays to disposable cutlery.

16/10/2025: To sum it up in one word: impeccable. Despite it being very crowded, the orders were prepared quickly and with just the right timing between appetizers and main courses. The food is excellent and has an irresistible aroma (I only managed to take a photo after the dishes were finished). I wasn't familiar with the place, and I was accompanied by a trusted friend. It's a fishing cooperative that cooks divine dishes with fresh fish and the aroma of the sea. The prices are fair; there's no point wandering around Bari, go straight to Torre a Mare.

05/10/2025: Wonderful fish and seafood restaurant Everything is very fresh and extremely tasty. The portions are large and the quality of the ingredients is wonderful. The best of Puglia cuisine.

06/10/2025: What a great gem ! It opens late but definitely worth it. One of the best pizza i had in my life. All textures available, crunchy, soft and the perfume of the fresh baked pizza is simply amazing. We also had the pistacchio pasta, wonderful. Strongly recommend this ristorante to everyone.

09/10/2025: In a lively pedestrian street, this restaurant offers pleasant and tasty cuisine based on quality seafood! The service is friendly and efficient and allows you to have lunch quite quickly upon arrival at opening time. We had a great time!

21/09/2025: There's no need for many words to describe this place, which we've been enjoying frequenting for several years. Each visit is a unique experience, beginning in a welcoming and elegant setting, with attentive and friendly service, an excellent selection of wines and cellars that accompany authentic dishes that delight the eyes, mind, and taste buds to the point of inducing the natural and ancestral gesture of "scarpetta" (tossing the bread), of course, using the delicious homemade bread. Then, we finish with wonderful desserts and excellent spirits. Congratulations to Rocco, Terry, and the entire staff.

18/10/2025: Starters are very delicious; one of the best parmegiana melanzana I have eaten here; the meat is also delicious. The waiter is very professional and kind ; looking like famous Turkish psychologist “ Acar Baltaş” 😂 that’s we felt like at home and somebody familiar is serving:) both garden at summer and inside with its athentic atmosphere at spring & winter are fabolous!

16/10/2025: We went to this restaurant for my husband's birthday, actually a few months ago because I thought I'd saved the review I'd written a few days later, but I noticed it hadn't been saved on my profile. The place is pleasant and run by friendly and knowledgeable people. The food was good, but it didn't justify the price. But what we found questionable was the €6 charge for serving the cake we'd brought from our favorite pastry shop. They'd correctly notified us when we booked, so it wasn't a surprise, but I must also say that if it hadn't been for my curiosity to try this restaurant, I wouldn't have booked when they told me this price. I wouldn't go back.

21/08/2025: Beautiful place, very intimate and well-kept. The food was delicious, the orecchiette with white lamb ragù was truly delicious. We spent about €43 per person with an appetizer, first course, and wine. Highly recommended!
