18/11/2025: The best pizza I've ever eaten. Of course, I ordered an extra diavola and it seemed like it should be super spicy, but it wasn't. In fact, it wasn't spicy at all, but it was still good! Very kind staff and impeccable cleanliness!

01/02/2026: Excellent experience with authentic seafood cuisine. We were completely satisfied on all levels. We started with carpaccio di polpo and soutè di cozze, and from the first bite the quality of the raw material and the correct execution were evident. The guazzetto was truly top-notch: rich, aromatic, with a generous amount of fish and a broth that asked for bread to the last drop. The seafood pasta was perfectly tied, properly cooked, without unnecessary heavy sauces. Pure taste of the sea. The bread was an excellent and essential part of the food, not a simple accompaniment. The wine (Fiano from Puglia) matched the dishes perfectly, fresh and balanced. Polite and discreet service, correct times and pleasant environment. Fair prices for the quality and quantity. Definitely a place we would go back to and recommend without a second thought.

03/01/2026: An authentic place, where you eat excellently and immediately feel at home. Masseria di Marzaglia has become a regular for me: the atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, just like eating at grandma's. The dishes are carefully prepared, authentic, and cooked with great precision. You can taste the quality of the ingredients, and, rare, even eating a large meal never leaves you feeling heavy. Among my favorites: orecchiette with turnip greens, eggplant parmigiana, and, in winter, nougat. Attentive and friendly service. Reservations are recommended; if you're bringing your dog, it's best to let them know in advance to get a quieter table; the owner is very keen to ensure other customers aren't disturbed. Prices are in line with the quality (around €50 for a full meal). Highly recommended.

You'd never expect the beauty and attention to detail I found on Tuesday evening in this sprawling establishment. The same attention to detail is evident in the food and service, which are excellent, excellent, excellent, if not excellent. It's a given that I'll be returning even though I'm 1,100 km away. 25/09/2025: After a year, I returned to this charming, historic restaurant, composed of many small rooms, but I was disappointed. The traditional Salento cuisine, once of a notable standard, has unfortunately declined in both quality and presentation. All the appetizers were mediocre, the first courses, including the maritati, were decent, and the guaccetto was exceptional. The desserts were good, and the recommended wine was mediocre. The service was friendly but confused and unprofessional. The price was high for the quality of the food.

09/01/2026: A welcoming atmosphere. Zaira, the waitress who served us, was incredibly friendly and pleasant. She spoke excellent Spanish. Since I had a bit of an upset stomach, she gave me great advice on dishes that would help me feel better. Highly recommended. We received outstanding service from everyone.

10/01/2026: People, Apulian or not, go to this restaurant once in your life and have no doubt you'll have a sensational experience: varied and carefully selected appetizers, homemade first courses like at your grandmother's house, and pure, authentic second courses. And if Cosimo is serving you, you'll find friendliness, professionalism, and a touch of discretion that's hard to find elsewhere. Well, if all this is accompanied by prices that are truly very low compared to the quality, then you just have to go because you'll be back again and again, just like I do now. Increase the stars, because five just isn't enough! ❤️
