27/05/2025: A wonderful experience, delicious beef carpaccio, the meat had a great taste. Sublime buffalo pizza and very tender beef tagloaza. Tiramisu revisited in the presentation and very good. We will be back!

25/05/2025: Locale antico e molto confuso,servizio sala lento ,la cucina non ne parliamo proprio, cibo di qualità scarso ,porzioni per criceti e forse è poco,prezzo alle stelle ,come se fosse un locale di classe e non lo è per niente e una cantina per una portata 2 ore e neanche buono ,per i soldi spesi in altre trattorie ci si mangia,un calice di vino 8 euro ,dosato col contagocce vino nn di pregio ,vino commerciale, sconsigliato al 1000

12/05/2025: I had lunch on May 9th. Starter for two, 1 first course, a measly cassatina (ice cream), a bottle of water, half a liter of wine. Very exaggerated bill €59 I'm just saying that I was sick for a day and a half due to what I had eaten. Let me start by saying that I went to this restaurant after seeing the various positive reviews, but I must deduce that they are not true, unfortunately. I don't recommend it to anyone.

27/05/2025: I was there recently for a dinner with work colleagues. I remember few restaurants where I had such a good dinner: from the very good food, to the attentive service, to the quiet and well-kept location. For a restaurant in the hinterland of Noci, I was very impressed by the quality of the seafood dishes. Truly remarkable! In general, the dishes are small, but well prepared. The costs are on average high, but it is not news that quality has to be paid for. From this point of view it can be demanding, but for those looking for a restaurant with an extra edge, "Il Falco Pellegrino" is certainly the right choice.

26/04/2025: Around a round table, the evening comes to life, welcomed by the kindness of the maître and the warm elegance of the location. It is the prelude to a gastronomic experience which, for those who already know this cuisine, represents an awaited and desired confirmation. The welcome comes with hot focaccia, fragrant bread and homemade taralli: small gestures of attention that open the palate and the heart. The starters tell the story of solid and creative cuisine, made up of intense flavours, refined shapes, harmonious colors and high quality ingredients. Then comes the sea bream in salt, impressive in presentation and perfect in cooking, confirming the expert hand of the chef. Dessert time is a little journey into doubt: what to choose? Among the proposals, a tiramisu stands out that leaves its mark, creamy, enveloping, with crunchy crumble and chocolate flakes that make it unique. And there is also a surprise: the chef offers a dove baked in the morning, soft, fragrant, with real apricots and generous pieces of chocolate. From the age of 14 he has intertwined his life with cooking, and even today in his eyes he has the same enthusiasm of someone who loves to surprise, get involved, excite. 04/06/2025: Qualità e preparazione (anche estetica) dei cibi ottime (in particolare, la tartare di tonno, nettamente migliore di quella, pur apprezzabile, servita in altri ristoranti locali, che "se la tirano", ovviamente anche nei prezzi). Servizio attento, cortese, rapido, ma ancora migliorabile nel coordinamento dell'arrivo in tavola delle pietanze e soprattutto dei condimenti e "accessori". I prezzi sono giusti.

19/05/2025: English: We had dinner on Saturday 17/05/2025, there were 4 of us, we took some fried appetizers (zucchini flowers and artichokes), they arrived almost cold which makes me think that they were already prepared and not fried at the moment, they were very greasy and the batter was soft, to say the least disgraceful. We took a platter of cold cuts, neither good nor bad. We took two first courses, one of orecchiette with broccoli, completely dry and flavorless, with the orecchiette of a very dark color (they seemed wholemeal), one of troccoli with seafood, not commentable. We took a Milanese cutlet, very thick, soft, tasteless breading. Finally we took a margherita pizza, it is useless to point out that the mozzarella was not mozzarella but a rubbery cheese that seemed like chewing gum, the tomato was acidic, the pizza dough was terrible, if you go to a kebab shop they make it 100 times better. All this for an expense of € 45.00 per person. Well what can I say, I will never go back but not for the outrageous bill that if the food had been good I would have paid willingly but for the quality of the food really bad. The place has only the name, probably foreign tourists also find it good but I assure you that being someone who goes to dinner every Saturday night, I have had much better dinners in less expensive and less renowned places. I do not recommend it to anyone. Terrible experience!!!!

11/05/2025: Excellent lunch, fresh dishes, quick service but table service needs to be better organized because you risk having to pay, order and remain standing.

11/05/2025: The food is very good, but the prices are now the same as those of a restaurant. There is no cover charge, but for me it would be preferable to pay it and have a minimum of service and not eat canteen style.
