11/09/2024: It's not possible to put more stars, damn.... We have been holidaying in Salento for 7 years and Mr. Jameson is a must... it wouldn't be a holiday otherwise! The place that started out with a very "Irish pub" style with wood everywhere (which I absolutely loved), after the pandemic underwent renovations that lightened and refreshed its appearance. The food, however, has remained the same... excellent, plentiful and refined. They offer typical dishes from Salento but with that extra note that makes them excel over every other restaurant. The service is impeccable, with an elegant simplicity that is the envy of the most beautiful tables.... well, if you haven't been there yet, what are you waiting for? MOVE!!!! Everyone at "Jameson"!!!

12/05/2025: We went to the La Bruschetta pizza restaurant in a group of 18 people, including boys. We all ordered pizza. The overall experience was not negative, but there were some aspects to improve. The service was friendly but rather slow: the pizzas arrived in batches of two or three at a time, which resulted in some starting to eat while others still waited. About half an hour passed between the first and last pizza, which penalized the experience a bit. The pizzas were good overall, but mine had rather burnt edges, making them inedible. A small detail that makes the difference. The cover price was €1.50, acceptable, even if the service received does not make it completely justified. We also ordered a tiramisu: good and a generous portion, almost for two people, although €6.50 may seem a bit expensive, it must be said that it was really large. A critical point concerns the toilets: the organization of the spaces is not very clear. The men's bathroom is located behind the entrance door of the anteroom, so those who don't know this risk entering the wrong one. A sliding door or clearer signage could easily solve the problem. Finally, a warning for those arriving by car: parking in the area is very difficult to find. Overall, I would say a 3 star experience out of 5, maybe 3 and a half, with room for improvement especially in the management of service times and in the care of the pizza.

29/04/2025: So... what can I say, I liked it a lot! I came with my boyfriend and we ate really well, everything fresh and the right portions. Not everything perfect (like one of the dishes was a little salty perhaps?) but overall super satisfied. The staff was very kind, even though there were a lot of people they never made us wait too long. Fair price for how much you eat. We'll be back for sure!

21/04/2025: Found by chance on Google and booked for Easter, I must say that we were really happy both with regards to the excellent quality food and the welcome received from the staff. The idea of ​​having staff with various difficulties work is excellent, it's just a shame that the region never allocates these initiatives. As for the price well above my expectations. We will definitely be returning this summer

One waiter didn’t speak English, so he called another waiter who had no patience to translate the menu for us and, saying “I’ll give you some more time to decide,” just walked away. We got up and left! What am I supposed to think about when I don’t understand anything on the menu?

But what makes the experience even more pleasant is the kindness and helpfulness of the dining room staff coordinated by his wife Terry: sincere smiles, attention to the customer and a welcome that makes you feel immediately at home. The entire team, from the dining room to the kitchen, transmits competence, enthusiasm and human warmth, elements that make the difference. In short: a place where you eat very well, you feel pampered and you want to return. Highly recommended to those looking for good food and an authentic atmosphere!
