Today I was a guest at La Masseria, invited by my friend Carlo M. The welcome and friendliness are unmistakable. The dishes (typical Apulian) are rich with an ancient flavor that reflects the love the kitchen puts into transforming the raw ingredients into dishes. The authenticity and freshness of the products are guaranteed. The Primitivo wine was excellent. It was a wonderful experience that I would recommend to everyone.

We celebrated our wedding at La Masseria and couldn't recommend a venue more highly. Stefano and his team took care of every detail on the night of the wedding, as well as throughout the entire planning process with us. He was the most communicative and helpful person, and truly made us feel at ease with every aspect of the wedding. The food was absolutely incredible, as was their attention to detail. The venue is intimate and warm, with exposed beams and a charming internal garden. It was a pleasure working with him and his team and we highly recommend them to anyone.

We've been frequenting this little gem for a while now. A peaceful atmosphere, amazing ingredients, a great wine cellar, and exceptional culinary skills. Excellent value. Stefano is a very kind and attentive host. A SUPER SUPER SUPER PUGLIESE MASSERIA on the outskirts of Modena. A must-try!

Good morning everyone, We're here for dinner on Saturday evening. The rooms are well-maintained and ancient, like the terracotta floors. Apulian specialties, from stracciatella to orecchiette and turnip tops, all truly delicious. The specialty, in my opinion, is the French-style service, truly excellent. The service is nothing short of exceptional. Compliments to the Masseria. I highly recommend making a reservation.

A restaurant that has always served excellent quality, well-prepared, traditional Apulian products. The staff is a bit cold and "snooty," perhaps too much so for a restaurant of this type. Prices are high, but these days, quality comes at a price. It's one of our favorite restaurants!

Arrived for lunch feeling irritated by heavy traffic and was soothed by the excellent orecchiette/turnip greens. My good mood was boosted by the tender and perfectly cooked heifer steak. My only complaint was the serrated knife used for cutting the meat, which wasn't suitable because it toughens the meat. Professional and very friendly service. We'll be back as soon as possible.

The atmosphere is truly beautiful and peaceful, and the staff is fantastic, helpful, and welcoming. They're very professional and serve you with elegance. The food is excellent, although a bit greasy (the appetizers contain a lot of oil, and I wouldn't recommend the potato cake for those with sensitive stomachs, as it's more like an omelette with ham and cheese (and oil). The appetizers, however, are delicious, and the first courses are fantastic! You must try the desserts, too; they're incredibly good! RECOMMENDED!

An authentic place, where you eat excellently and immediately feel at home. Masseria di Marzaglia has become a regular for me: the atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, just like eating at grandma's. The dishes are carefully prepared, authentic, and cooked with great precision. You can taste the quality of the ingredients, and, rare, even eating a large meal never leaves you feeling heavy. Among my favorites: orecchiette with turnip greens, eggplant parmigiana, and, in winter, nougat. Attentive and friendly service. Reservations are recommended; if you're bringing your dog, it's best to let them know in advance to get a quieter table; the owner is very keen to ensure other customers aren't disturbed. Prices are in line with the quality (around €50 for a full meal). Highly recommended.
