I got an excellent cold cuts platter, a trio of delicious homemade tortelli, actually never eaten so good, sliced beef that melted in the mouth and was tasty.
Friendly and prepared staff despite the workload.

Per quanto mi riguarda, volevo sottolineare la gentilezza del personale, avevo avvisato di avere problemi seri di alimentazione e avendo visto la mia comanda sono venuti dalla cucina per avvisarmi che quel piatto non andava bene x me. Non finirò mai di ringraziarli. Non ho potuto godere della loro cucina, ma questo per me è stato molto più importante!

06/05/2025: Wir genießen ein Abendessen mit zwei Personen Im Mai. Das Lokal bietet insgesamt 28 Sitzplätze und wird von den Inhabern Antonella und Fabrizio allein betrieben.
Antonella bereitet die Speisen in der Küche mit Hingabe und Liebe zu.
Fabrizio betreut und berät die Gäste auf eine ganz persönliche, liebenswerte Art. Dabei erinnert er mich ein wenig an Freddie Frinton als Butler James im Sketch „Dinner for One“ aus dem deutschen Fernsehen.

Prosciutto di Parma 24/26 mesi Sani Franco
Als Hauptspeise
Filetto di Manzo Fassona con Balsamico, Melograno fresco e Flan di Patate
und
Coppa di Maiale con Salsa Agrodolce di Limone e Zenzero e Patate Arrosto
Sowie zum Abschluss
„Assortimento con Miele e Composta di Frutta Senapata“.
Dazu ein Glas trockenen Weißwein auf Empfehlung von Fabrizio.
Der Schinken, das Fleisch, der Käse und der Wein sind köstlich.
Der Gastraum ist spartanisch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die besondere Note erhält er durch Fotos der Inhaber die Antonella mit Stativ und Selbstauslöser während der Corono Lockdown Zeit selbst aufgenommen hat. Diese Fotos sind auch auf den Internetseiten des Rigoletto zu bewundern.
Wir haben den Abend und das Essen in entspannter Atmosphäre genossen. Wir bedanken uns bei Antonella und Fabrizio für die Schaffung dieser wunderbaren Atmosphäre und des Genusses. Beim nächsten Parma Besuch werden wir das Rigoletto gerne wieder besuchen.
06/05/2025: A bit of “dinner for one” :-)
We enjoy dinner with two people in May. The restaurant offers a total of 28 seats and is run solely by the owners Antonella and Fabrizio.
Antonella prepares the dishes in the kitchen with dedication and love.
Fabrizio looks after and advises the guests in a very personal, endearing way. He reminds me a little of Freddie Frinton as the butler James in the sketch “Dinner for One” from German television.
We eat as an appetizer

Accompanied by a glass of dry white wine recommended by Fabrizio.
The ham, meat, cheese and wine are delicious.
The guest room is spartan and lovingly furnished. The special touch comes from photos of the owners that Antonella took herself with a tripod and self-timer during the Corona lockdown period. These photos can also be admired on the Rigoletto website.
We enjoyed the evening and the meal in a relaxed atmosphere. We would like to thank Antonella and Fabrizio for creating this wonderful atmosphere and enjoyment. We will be happy to visit Rigoletto again the next time we visit Parma.

Everything excellent, attentive and prepared staff, smiling, they found us a place even though we hadn't booked, clean bathrooms, and a cellar full of cured meats and cheeses under lock and key.
A wonderful BERKEL at the entrance,
Every corner, every reference, wherever your eyes rest invite you to good food and excellent ingredients.
Prices excellent value for money, absolutely not expensive.
Recommended for lunch or dinner 100%

28/04/2025: Delicious food, generous portions and attentive and courteous service. The acoustics are not the best because the room has a very high vaulted ceiling, it is an old farmhouse. But I would say that it cannot be considered a defect given the typical nature of the place.
27/04/2025: We took a short lunch break on the way through. Great food and very good service! (Greetings from Cologne to the nice cellar) definitely take a break there!

14/05/2025: Trattoria quelle di una volta, menu tradizionale giudico visita oggi a pranzo torta fritta cavallo di battaglia asciutta, soffice e gonfia eccezionale, tagliere prosciutto crudo tagliato fine con 1 dito di grasso eccellente con salame, arrosto di vitello tenero che si scioglie in bocca con patate grosse e morbide, gelato artigianale del grillo con torta sbrisolona e aceto balsamico porzione abbondante e eccellente, insieme a zuppa inglese. Locale molto pulito, servizio rapido, efficiente ed efficace, prezzo addirittura a buon mercato per quello che offrono.bravi, bravi, bravi!!!

01/06/2025: Osteria dei Servi is the first restaurant I went into when I arrived in Parma: it did not disappoint my expectations at all. High quality raw materials, from prosciutto to parmesan, from tortelli to horse tartare. Super professional and friendly staff. Highly recommended, really.
31/05/2025: Authentic Parma "regionale" food. Meat, cheese, wild boar. All of it "fantastico". Really helps if you speak some Italian; however, you can get by. Great location to sites and sounds of city too. Atmosphere is super locale rustic. Enjoy!
