26/01/2025: I hadn't been back for many years and I must say that it is one of the few restaurants left in Parma where the quality continues to excel and where I would return without a shadow of a doubt. The menu is varied and refined, there are proposals from the Parma tradition but with an added refinement. The dishes were all superb and the service truly impeccable. Fair prices.

23/12/2024: A wonderful discovery, this delicious restaurant, or rather, this "house" on the outskirts of Parma; c falls in love at the first meeting. Typical Parma dishes with a notable choice even outside the menu, in fact, I loved the prawns in kataifi paste. Well done 😊

29/01/2025: Passing through today, we stopped... trying the Quick menu. The handmade gnocchi seasoned with Felino Salami are excellent...Simply Fantastic. The second course Rugliano raw ham…Delicious accompanied with flakes of Parmesan…. Quenching our thirst with a fresh bottle of Malvasia... concluding in Bellezza with a coffee.. Excellent price, beautiful view on the terrace. Highly recommended. Next Friday evening I will try the tasting menu.

30/01/2025: It's a shame that the entrance is not very inviting, because once you cross the threshold you discover a wonderful, welcoming restaurant with superb cuisine and attentive and courteous management. The tortelli are spectacular (made at the moment!)

07/02/2025: Undeniably the best food I've ever tasted anywhere in Italy. Both the beef main course and semifredo dessert were absolutely scrumptious. The front-of-house husband was gracious and full of charm. His wife, the cook you can see on the eclectic portraits of the couple dotted around the trattoria. Wonderful, wonderful eatery.

17/02/2025: Abbiamo pranzato nella veranda riscaldata e nonostante fosse inverno c'era un bel caldino piacevole. L'interno è storico ed encor più bello e caratteristico. Servizio attento e gentile. Piatti davvero ottimi. Cucina aperta dalle 11 alle 23. Consigliato.

10/02/2025: One of my favorite trattorias in Parma, I've been there 4 times in the last 6 months and I would go back again. Both the first and second courses are excellent; the meat in particular is cooked very well, there is almost no need to use the knife because it is so tender (I tried veal ossobuco, pork ribs cooked at low temperature, and the cheek with mashed potatoes). The Susanna cake is a must-try, truly special (but the chocolate cake with ice cream is also delicious).

31/01/2025: This may be one of the best restaurants in Italy, no joke. Please make a reservation if you can. One of the most perfect dinners of my life. The waiter recommended local specialties that highlighted the region and its flavor. Starting with a fresh sliced prosciutto board, with authentic sourdough bread. Moved on to a balance, delicate anolini, was both flavorful and light. Finished with a raised pork cheek in local polenta, wow. Never had a polenta i loved, until this one. And finishing off with a local Lambrusco grappa for digestivo. This should be a Michelin star or adjacent restaurant. This is a experience, and reasonably priced. Amazing, bravo. Highly recommended!

19/01/2025: Siamo venuti in questo ristorante perché certificato AIC (sono celiaca). Non posso che parlarne bene: gentilissimi sia la titolare che tutto il personale, velocissimi nel servizio, il locale accogliente ed il cibo ottimo. Io ho mangiato tagliatelle al ragù bianco e castagne e filetto di maialino con mostarda, il mio compagno anolini in brodo e petto d'anatra con riduzione di vino rosso e melograno. Il mio compagno ha preso anche un calice di rosso (che gli hanno fatto assaggiare diversamente da quanto indicato in altra recensione). L'attenzione a tutte le intolleranze e/o allergie è massima, oltre ad essere celiaca io sono intollerante anche alle proteine del latte e non ho avuto alcun problema. Ah.. quasi dimenticavo: molto buono anche il pane senza glutine ed i cracker che mi sono stati portati, non i soliti commerciali che quando mi propongono lascio regolarmente.. Complimenti per la serietà e professionalità

25/01/2025: Non posso parlarne male, ma nemmeno bene. Abbiamo preso tortelli di erbetta e anolini. Questi ultimi in un brodo scuro non di carne, a Parma non si può vedere. Tortelli passabili ma ripieno 'liscio'. Poi punta ripiena non male. Il posto ha una fredda organizzazione. Quando abbiamo pagato alla cassa il proprietario nonché chef....non ci ha chiesto se era andato tutto bene....solite cose che per carineria si chiedono. Non ci tornerei.

02/02/2025: Vi ero stato l'ultima volta 23 anni fa. C'è stato il passaggio generazionale nella gestione e questo è uno dei rari casi in cui i figli superano i genitori. Menù, servizio,carta dei vini,prezzo tutto superlativo. Consigliatissimo. Da non perdere. Bravi !
