12/03/2026: Lived up to expectations! I always enjoy going there. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended! They usually serve food quickly, but the last time I was there, it was a little slower... but I preferred it that way to enjoy the evening more. The location still has that 1950s trattoria feel... wonderful! Everything is clean and welcoming, the staff is professional, polite, and kind.

This restaurant perfectly meets that need; the "Taglioni al Culatello con crema di Parmigiano" will give you a taste of the region. The service is just as pleasant as the food; the waiter took the time to be friendly, and the prices are reasonable.

08/01/2026: Last night, a friend and I wanted to have dessert at this restaurant. When we asked what desserts were available, we were reluctantly escorted to the cake stand, which, admittedly, looked fantastic. When we asked if it was possible to order just desserts, without having a full dinner, we were given a dirty look and told that this was a restaurant and that we should have a "real meal." We explained that unfortunately, we weren't hungry and that we just wanted desserts. Note that the restaurant was practically empty, with only two other customers present. The owner, visibly annoyed, told us to sit down anyway, but made no effort to serve us or greet us courteously. At that point, another customer intervened, complaining about our supposed disrespectful behavior. We were very confused and asked what the problem was, but the customer continued to insult us, repeating that it was very disrespectful to order just desserts in a restaurant. We felt very uncomfortable and tried to leave, but the customer continued to insult us. We finally left the place with empty stomachs and even emptier hearts. A real shame about the total lack of hospitality. We won't be returning.

08/03/2026: It's gotten a lot worse... the quality of the food, the professionalism of the staff... and then the absurd prices! We were at a birthday party, tiny portions of two first courses and a paltry plate of cured meat! The first courses tasted like nothing! And we spent a lot for nothing to eat! NEVER AGAIN

08/03/2026: I've been to this restaurant twice, and I was very satisfied both times. The service is courteous, I loved the atmosphere, and the dishes are delicious. They have a gluten-free option, and the anolini are amazing! I'll definitely be back.

22/12/2025: A restaurant's reliability is judged first and foremost by its owners, and professionalism is certainly not a given here. We booked a table for 12 people for a Friday in February (booking months in advance), and when we arrived, the table wasn't available ("I cancelled the reservation because I couldn't remember whose name was on the table," quote). We gave it a second chance, and at that point, we booked a Christmas lunch for Sunday, December 21st, for 16 people. Luckily, we called on Saturday to confirm, given the previous reservation: the table wasn't available. Not a single apology, not an offer of preferential treatment. Needless to say, the province was packed for some cured meats and gnocco fritto. All the best.

08/02/2026: It was our first time here, and we left satisfied. The Torta Fritta was delicious, very light, and served with a charcuterie board. We also tried two tortelli (herbs and cooked shoulder), which were very good. We also tried the guancialino with fried polenta, which was also very good. We were served by a very friendly waiter! Welcoming atmosphere and knowledgeable staff.

07/02/2026: We stumbled upon this trattoria near Parma by chance, and it was a wonderful discovery. We ate torta fritta with mixed cured meats and tortelli with herbs, butter, and Parmesan cheese. Both were very good, authentic cuisine with well-defined flavors. We paired them with a Lambrusco that was spot on. With the mixed cured meats, they also served grilled polenta for my celiac girlfriend, along with an excellent braised beef, tender and flavorful: great attention and care for our dietary needs. We finished with two desserts and coffee, spending €89 for two: excellent value. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was that of a true Emilian trattoria. We later discovered that Alessandro Borghese had also been here. For us, it was the best in the area. We'll definitely be back.

09/02/2026: I ate the capon caramels on parmesan fondue, a real delicacy....I went back later and ate the truffle gnocchi, which were also very good.

04/02/2026: I went for lunch with a friend. I have to compliment the chef for the truly delicious and well-prepared dishes. The menu was traditional, the dining room was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The quality/price ratio was excellent.
