26/11/2025: I was pleasantly surprised by everything.... The quality of the food, the courtesy and friendliness of the staff, as well as the good prices.
11/11/2025: We had a divine lunch! All the seafood dishes were plentiful and perfectly cooked. The place is small but very welcoming, clean, and well-maintained. Monica, the waitress, was truly kind and attentive. A pleasant discovery. We'll definitely be back.

08/03/2026: Terrible experience, the food may be good, but the staff is rude and impolite, and I won't add anything else. I'm not the type to make these complaints, but when it's necessary, it's necessary. The day before, I called to book and they told me that reservations weren't possible, then the next day I went, I waited in line for half an hour and they told me that it was all full. I asked for an explanation, but they explained that it was possible. But it wasn't like that, then they told me that there were free seats, I said okay, but they told me that we only had an hour to eat because there were other people. I literally... because it's not possible to eat in a rush, an absurd hour of time, I left and they never saw me again.
07/03/2026: A truly convivial trattoria because you can sit with strangers at the table. The service is fast and the staff are truly friendly. The traditional Ligurian food is truly excellent. The freshly made farinata is amazing. The troffie al peto with green beans and potatoes is excellent, and the fried panissa is wow!!! The stuffed vegetables are also good. We stopped here, but the desserts looked truly inviting. All at a good price. We'll definitely be back. Oh!!! They don't take reservations.

18/03/2026: During a stroll around Finalborgo, we found this trattoria. We were hungry and were greeted by the very welcoming and kind owner (unusual for a Ligurian, just kidding).
Delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere.
A great find.

22/03/2026: The restaurant is conveniently located. They were kind, even though they let us sit outside on the veranda, lighting the stoves and providing blankets.
The entrees were acceptable, except for the mussels, which were bad-tasting and, in my opinion, old.
The fried calamari was full of sand... and for the quality of the food, I'd say we paid too much.

03/03/2026: Booked for 4 people but we were given a very very small table for me at most 3 people could eat there, the dishes we chose "good". Big flaw, we were brought the advance bill (not fiscal) and having paid in cash... we were not given the fiscal receipt.

21/02/2026: Excellent and quaint trattoria, the food is wonderful. Recommended in November, open only for lunch. We returned in February 2026. We remembered the Ligurian-style rabbit, and the owner was very kind and made it again for us for Saturday lunch. Fabulous... open only on Fridays for dinner, and on Saturdays and Sundays for lunch and dinner. Everything confirmed.

13/03/2026: I can't review the food or the place because after booking for two people they called us the next day to cancel our table because two people were added to a table of four... absurd and unprofessional behavior and if there was an opportunity to become a customer it was lost forever... Disgraceful.
10/02/2026: Barbara and Fabrizio were fabulous and helpful in describing the dishes and wines. The chef was excellent, the atmosphere relaxed, and it was a lovely evening. The only downside is that you have to leave the restaurant to access the bathroom, which can be a bit of a hassle if it rains. We'll definitely be back.

04/03/2026: We were looking for a place in the heart of Bordighera Alta, and La Scibretta won us over. The food was divine: traditional dishes prepared with care and using the freshest ingredients. There's a welcoming, family atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The value for money is excellent, and the service was friendly and attentive. If you want to taste authentic Ligurian cuisine, this is the place. We'll definitely be back.
22/02/2026: We were very disappointed with the food: the stockfish was unspeakable, the fish was not very tasty, and the saffron tagliatelle was equally lacking. The panna cotta was more like stale pudding. For the price, the quality was absolutely not up to par. I didn't find the flavors of beautiful
Liguria. What a shame!
