New management, restaurant in upper Bordighera, menu with Ligurian dishes, from Turtun to cuttlefish in zimin, kindness, the seasoning of the first courses needs to be reviewed, the second courses and dessert are excellent, good red wine Good discovery.

Nuova gestione che propone piatti tipici del territorio, molto buoni. Consigliato veramente. Anche l'atmosfera è piacevole, staff molto simpatico, gentile , cordiale ma discreto, e disponibile!

Repas en famille. Cuisine raffinée, parfumée avec des produits de qualité ! Un festival gustatif pour les papilles ! Personnel et accueil très chaleureux Personne n'est réparti avec la faim.

There is still a lot to do, but in their small way they are on the right path, a small but warm, welcoming place, dishes to be reviewed with a little more passion and imagination, overall the food was decent, the same value for money.

Nice restaurant and kind and friendly owners, but there is a lot of work to do and improve on the food. I took brandacujun (with fish bones) which was good but I ate better ones in other restaurants, and chestnut and honey gnocci which were too sweet and heavy, they should have been served as a dessert and not as a first course. Too bad, I expected to eat better being a restaurant that serves traditional Ligurian cuisine.

Buonissimo! Per me il migliore a Bordighera. Chef Federico vi accompagnerà tra i classici piatti liguri ma rivisti con la sua creatività! Dategli fiducia e non vene pentirete! Anche il servizio è impeccabile

19/02/2024: It is more than a 2 star because it is much superior to other hotels with more stars. The rooms are beautiful, the bathrooms are well equipped and modern, the restaurant is excellent, the managers are friendly and kind. There was a problem with the TV and the Rai channels could not be seen, otherwise I would have given five stars.
06/02/2024: Very simple without pretensions. At first I thought they took better care of cleaning, unfortunately during the 3 nights of our stay they never cleaned the bathroom. For goodness sake no one dies but perhaps a little attention in cleaning would be something to keep in mind. Courteous and kind. Simple structure.

Ristorante Bar San Giorgio

02/01/2024: We returned with joy to the San Giorgio Restaurant, a refined venue perfectly worthy of the magnificence of Cervo, a medieval village in Western Liguria. Care and elegance, elaborate and superb dishes, the work of the volcanic chef and owner Caterina Lanteri Cravet who celebrates and exalts - reinterpreting and innovating - the beloved Ligurian cuisine. The maître and sommelier Alessandro Barla and the chef de rang Michelangelo Latino are attentive and exquisite. The combination of fresh fish with artichokes, delicious fried anchovies, unforgettable zabaglione, super wine like everything else is fantastic!
