09/12/2025: The prices at Tre Merli are now out of control, with increases that are completely unjustified for those who remember the historic establishment: for minestrone and stokke, I paid €30 (excluding drinks and everything else), when Google reminds me that just a few years ago the same dishes cost €22. The quality is very inconsistent: sometimes I've eaten quite well (but we're still talking about home-made dishes), other times decidedly bad. It's a shame because it was truly a nice place.

07/12/2025: A family restaurant that seems to have been taken from a distant world. Traditional Ligurian dishes, not restaurant-style or revisited, are served. The flavors of our childhood are just right, and they remind you of Sunday home cooking. An excellent experience, truly worth repeating as soon as possible.

27/11/2025: Nothing to say, everything was excellent, perfect, and quick. The only downside was that I paid a bit too much for a cheesecake with olives. The menu said €5.00, and so far, so good. When it came to the bill, I paid €20.00. There were 4 of us, so the €5.00 was per person? €5.00 for 1/4 of a cheesecake? The farinata was €30.00. Basically, I paid more for a cheesecake than for the farinata.

14/11/2025: We had various cecina, made with plain wheat and chickpeas, and some stuffed with ham, speck, and cheese—truly excellent. Recommended.

26/11/2025: A welcoming and comfortable venue, with a traditional feel, just like the cuisine, which offers excellent dishes, all freshly prepared, to be savored with the right amount of time and patience. Impeccable service in the dining room and kitchen, a varied and interesting wine list with quality options at reasonable prices. Absolutely worth the trip, unmissable.

21/11/2025: Disappointing, cold atmosphere, rude owner, unhelpful, disinterested in his work and customers. The only one who put in the effort was the waitress! I recommend spending less time on social media and more time on work! Negative rating.

20/10/2025: It's become my new favorite pizzeria! The pizzas are really good; I've never felt heavy or thirsty overnight. They have a variety of flavors, many of which are truly unique. I've been ordering here for a few years now, and the quality of the pizzas hasn't changed. The pizza ordering service is also truly excellent; they're always friendly, and the pizzas always arrive on time (sometimes even early), and compared to many other pizzerias, the wait times are truly minimal. I now recommend them to everyone. My compliments!

29/11/2025: A quaint restaurant in Prino. We ate well, the trio of appetizers was interesting. I really liked the swordfish roll, the fried food was a bit salty, the first courses were also good (tagliatelle with squid and artichokes), and the desserts were average... it's a shame we left with the smell of fried food on us, but both in terms of price and quality it's a good place...

15/11/2025: Osteria dell'Olio Grosso is a true gem in Imperia. From the moment you enter, you'll feel a warm and professional welcome, which continues throughout the meal. The ingredients are of excellent quality, presented with care and attention to detail, enhancing the authentic flavors of the cuisine. The waitress was extremely friendly and professional, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. The setting, with just a few tables and an open kitchen, conveys a sense of intimacy and transparency: you can watch the dishes being prepared, all meticulously brought to the table. A place where everything is perfect: the atmosphere, the service, and the dishes. Highly recommended for those seeking a genuine gastronomic experience with attention to detail. Exceptional welcome and service. Quality food, presented with care and attention. Highly recommended.

11/11/2025: I would like to give a huge shout out to Deborah and staff for rescuing us when presented with a train strike.The day of the strike we were to catch three trains and then the only flight to Mykonos that week. They went over and beyond spending considerable time to secure us a taxi. Thank you, we will be forever grateful. Also we would like to complement you on our meal that evening, it was most enjoyable.

15/10/2025: While passing by, we discovered this little place by pure chance, where you can eat delicious, fresh dishes at reasonable prices! What a shame we discovered it on our last day of vacation!

03/08/2025: Pochi tavoli all'aperto; qualcuno in più all'interno. Solida cucina locale. Prezzi decisamente contenuti, per la qualità proposta. Molti avventori del luogo (ottimo segno!). Il titolare e i Collaboratori vi offriranno un servizio corretto e sollecito.

23/08/2025: A truly welcoming establishment, with a very friendly owner who explained the various amenities in the area to us. The room was clean, and the breakfast buffet was very generous for a 2-star hotel. Excellent parking, and there's even a spare one (in case the first one is full). The hotel itself also has a bar with a tobacconist and a ticket office for the bus that takes you down to Framura and various nearby places. There's also an excellent restaurant below the hotel with divine food. We'll be back.

21/11/2025: A very well-maintained and charming venue with a fireplace and sofas. Excellent service and friendly staff. Traditional Ligurian dishes, such as fugassette and panissa, are delicious, and the stuffed vegetables are fantastic. But the highlight of the menu, in my opinion, is the fried food prepared the old-fashioned way: latte brusco, latte dolce, and fried vegetables. Everything is truly top-notch. Highly recommended, we'll be back.

01/11/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant; the location is pleasant and the staff very friendly. The food is a shame: the cheese focaccia, as mentioned in other reviews, is very lacking in cheese and the dough lacks salt in my opinion. The seafood spaghetti is plentiful, but the quality of the fish left much to be desired, and above all, the steep price (€38) is inexcusable, given that you only order two portions. The desserts are neither excellent nor laudable, but the price of those, too, is not commensurate with the quality. Overall, the price is too salty for the quality of the food. I would not recommend it.

Despite not having a reservation, they kindly made space for me and my family without any fuss – a gesture we truly appreciated. The service was warm and attentive, and you can tell the staff takes real pride in what they do. But the star of the show? The homemade ravioli – absolutely incredible.
