30/03/2025: Centenary tavern with farinata cooked in large exposed wood-fired ovens. Minestrone good but brought lukewarm even after asking for it hot. They do not accept reservations. Sufficient value for money

28/03/2025: RUN AWAY!! We booked this hotel thinking it was a hotel and not a nightclub. The managers confuse sleep and music with DJs until 3 a.m. Flee this difficult to access place with dishonest people when there are much prettier, more welcoming places and real hotels and guesthouses in La Spezia! The breakfast is also without any interest. We had to urgently book another hotel and pay for two reservations (which never happens to us, which shows how deplorable the experience is: avoid!!)

25/12/2024: Este era un gran restaurante local en las colinas sobre Santa Margarita. La vista era casi tan buena como la comida. El risotto de marisco era para morirse.

20/10/2024: A place where it's always nice to return! A wonderful postcard, between the green of nature and the blue of the sea, overlooking the wonderful Santa Margherita Ligure! A welcoming and familiar environment, where you can relax, eating excellent quality dishes, selected wines and inviting desserts!

25/03/2025: Cibo pulito, genuino, ottimi ravioli di carne, il pesto, il fritto all'italiana, antipasti freschi e di ottima qualità, un ambiente sano, per famiglie e fuori una distesa di prati verdi, alberi in fiore, asinelli, cavalli e boschi...la strada del castagno, super consigliato

02/03/2025: BAD!!! Fried food that I had to dry with a paper napkin... Overcooked lasagna with diluted pesto and veal with tuna sauce which was actually a leftover roast with an unspecified sauce on top... All in a refectory-style environment. They also tried to add a 3rd second to the bill which I proceeded to have them eliminate. 70 euros for two for 1 water, half a liter of house wine, 1 mixed fried dish, two appetizers (Russian dried tomatoes and a bit of cold cuts), 1 first course and one second course.... NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

08/03/2025: Ho cenato in questo ristorante con mia moglie. Avendo pochi posti , il locale risulta molto intimo . I proprietari Sabina e Andrea sono professionali e gentili . Luca e Megan in sala , molto attenti , preparati e carinissimi . Cosa dire della cucina ? I piatti preparati dai due giovani chef sono semplicemente strepitosi e raffinati . Consiglierò agli amici questo ristorante . Complimenti !

11/01/2025: Non c'è altro da dire: il meglio! Uno staff davvero gentile ed accogliente. Dico solo che abbiamo avuto grossi problemi con il parcheggio ed il titolare ci ha aiutato offrendoci una soluzione e soprattutto non dando via il tavolo, nonostante il nostro ritardo. Menù di pesce molto qualitativo e piatti moderni e gustosi. Prezzo molto onesto Grande ristorante

25/12/2024: Comfortable room, even if the double room has single beds pushed together, with a single sheet but with two separate duvets (choice not included).. good location from the sea.. we booked half board: decent cuisine and (negative note) we paid for all the drinks separately, including water.. good breakfast

21/03/2025: On holiday in Liguria near Rapallo we decide to try this restaurant, and it was a very right decision. We spent a nice evening eating local things that were unknown to us, such as cod rather than the (known) trofie with pesto. Excellent dinner, quick, tasty and at honest prices perfectly in line with what was offered. If we were to return to these parts we would certainly return to eat because in short this is a "truly real" restaurant, you can perceive it as soon as you enter. The only thing maybe the portions are not abundant but all in all fair. As they say in these cases: highly recommended!!

11/03/2025: Semplice trattoria nel centro di Rapallo. Abbiamo mangiato un piatto di trenette al pesto con patate e fagiolini (buone), fettuccine con gamberi e ciuffi di calamari (ottime), una insalata di polpo e patate (buona) e la cima alla genovese (ottima). Servizio veloce con giovani camerieri molto cordiali. Prezzo nella norma.

31/03/2025: Purtroppo non è stata un'esperienza positiva. Il servizio è molto sbrigativo, abbiamo ordinato un piatto di carciofi impanati ,-proposti nei secondi (!), porzione da antipasto ma tutto sommato buoni. Ho preso poi di secondo l'agnello spadellato con i carciofi: NP.. Non pervenuto, o meglio, nel piatto solo dei piccoli pezzi di ossi e grasso e una micro costoletta, due spicchi di carciofi. L'ho fatto presente, la risposta è stata che "sono agnelli piccoli". Me ne portano ancora un piattino sempre con gli scarti dell'agnello, di carne nulla. Mi spiace, non ci tornerò e nemmeno lo consiglierò.

29/03/2025: Camera pulita, l'unica nota negativa l'impossibilità in bagno di appendere gli abiti x mancanza appendino!!!! Sarebbe molto utile!!!

23/03/2025: I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The quality of the food was really poor, with dishes that seemed more hastily and carelessly prepared than thoughtfully prepared. The wine, which seemed like a cheap version of Tavernello, certainly didn't help matters. Not to mention the dishes that tasted like frozen food. An experience I would definitely not recommend to anyone, especially considering the price that doesn't justify the low quality. What a shame!

23/12/2024: Fantastic experience!! While walking we met a lady who recommended this restaurant to us!! Generous portions and delicious food, exactly those places where you wake up and are 100% satisfied with how you ate!! Excellent availability and friendly staff! Absolutely worth trying and trying again!! Only note: every now and then it happened to find very small pieces of clam shells which evidently broke during cleaning or cooking, and required a little attention to eat them... if this is something that can be taken care of it would be optimal! For the rest wonderful dish, abundant and tasty!!
