An unforgettable dinner. We ordered calamari salad with baked turbot and potatoes. Everything was incredibly delicious, not to mention the desserts, the classic apple pie they've been making for 50 years, and the amazing artisanal gelato. We can't wait to return.

A very charming and welcoming place, not terribly crowded (reservations are recommended), but with the option of dining both inside and outside. The staff is truly kind and attentive, a pleasure to deal with. I found the food truly exquisite: the selection isn't vast among the various types of dishes, but for my personal taste, it's perfect. The fish is incredibly fresh and expertly cooked; I particularly enjoyed the creamed cod: truly divine! Honorable mention also for the bread, both the olive one and the black one, I presume, made from rye. Truly exceptional! Worth a visit for an excellent, quiet dinner. I would gladly return if I were to pass through Lavagna again.

I stumbled upon it somewhat by chance, wandering the streets of Lavagna, and my first impression was good. I dined alone and chose simple but well-made dishes: a calamari salad and a proper pesto pasta. No frills, clean, authentic flavors. The value for money is good, and the service deserves special mention: the waiter was attentive, helpful, and friendly, making for a pleasant evening. My only complaint: the portions were a tad smaller than I expected, and even the glass of wine wasn't the most generous. I'm not talking about gourmet portions, of course, but a little more generous portions wouldn't hurt here. Overall, a place I'd happily recommend: definitely worth a try.
