The selection isn't very varied, but the owner, who is a real character, guides you expertly. The generous appetizer is enough. I've had the best arrosticini in the area here.

16/02/2026: A restaurant located in the highest town in the Apennines...a little gloomy, to be honest (but we went in the evening, when it was raining)... the restaurant is very cute and welcoming. The dishes are incredibly generous. The first courses are enormous. The meat-based second courses are EXCEPTIONAL. Everything is delicious and incredibly tasty. But the desserts are truly incredible. A fitting end to a wonderful dinner. Oh, I forgot. The bill was incredibly low. As soon as we're back in the area, we'll definitely come visit you again.

The atmosphere is clean and quaint, the food is plentiful and high-quality, and the prices are fair for the quality. Family-run, the staff are friendly; they even allowed our Chihuahua in and provided a water bowl.

31/01/2026: Gerrinuccio Restaurant is the ideal place to dine well and be pampered by the staff. The food is excellent, but the real gem is the location! The dining room, complete with a beautiful fireplace, takes you back to the past of a mountain restaurant. Highly recommended!

13/01/2026: Truly a fabulous location. Professional and efficient service. The food quality, I'd say, is excellent. I think the value for money is fair given the location. I spent €46 for a plate of ricotta and spinach ravioli with cream, delicious porcini mushrooms, and truffle, a mixed roast with sausage, lamb, and provola (good quality meat), grilled vegetables, water, 1/4 cup wine, and a cover charge.

04/03/2026: Everything was excellent, the atmosphere was familiar yet elegant. Reservations are essential, and even a few days in advance.

04/03/2026: Our dinner at Da Paolino was excellent: Roberto and the owner's welcome was warm and genuine. They knew how to recommend something based on your preferences and pampered you with sweets and artisanal liqueurs at the end of the meal. The polenta appetizer was delicious, though very rich, as were the pork shank and the chitarra pasta with chestnuts. My son's taccozze with butter and parmesan were also delicious, very creamy. Overall, the fresh pasta was excellent. The village was deserted but very charming. It's worth stopping for a glass of local red wine and then definitely heading over for dinner. They also accept walk-ins, but availability is always limited, so it's best to book well in advance. Thank you for the wonderful experience! We'll definitely be back :)

The food (we focused on the meat), excellent wine, and reasonable prices... I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Pacentro. Thank you so much.

21/02/2026: Tourist-baiting restaurant Calling it Abruzzese cuisine is blasphemy. Every time you cook a dish and pass it off as Abruzzese, a true ABRUZZESE grandmother dies. The pappardelle with wild boar ragù was tasteless, the strozza preti with tomato, sausage, and saffron tasted terrible, and that kind of arrosticini and sausage in the roast were inedible. The service was average. The only things that are worth saving are the bread and the location. For the owner, I'd like to point out that the meat was taken away and eaten by the dog and cats outside your restaurant.
