I was very happy with the lunch because, as a vegetarian, I often struggle to find interesting dishes, especially in the mountains where meat is the main ingredient. I enjoyed a delicious appetizer and first course. I highly recommend it, and I hope to return soon. Thanks again! ❤️

A charming place, excellent food and courtesy

The food was below average, lacking flavor. Service was sloppy, to say the least, with a lot of people milling around, seemingly pointless. We asked for water and bread several times, but it never arrived, and even a dish ordered was never served. I think the organization is rather sketchy, lacking professionalism and proper customer service. Average price, thirty euros per person for a first course and a (mini) second course. Had lunch outside today. It goes without saying that the atmosphere, service, and food were impeccable, as was everything else. From the appetizers to the desserts, everything was delicious and perfect; we couldn't have asked for anything better. Fast and accurate service, as our friends who came a few days earlier had already told us. The final bill was very fair. We'll definitely be back to try the other dishes. Thank you all! 😘

If it weren't for the excellent food, I would definitely have given it a lower rating. We waited an hour for our starters (and had to remind ourselves we were still waiting). We had to ask twice for water, and the result was that we were charged twice for the same bottle of purified water (not bottled by an external company). The tables were so close together that it almost blocked the waiters' passage. I understand that during this season, it's important to maximize revenue, but it should always be done with respect for the customer.

Very charming location, nestled in the woods, and well-kept interior. Friendly and fast service. Very good and plentiful dishes. Average price. Perhaps I would have left a little more space between the tables, but that's a minor detail. Definitely worth returning.

The restaurant is nice and located inside the Bosco di Sant'Antonio. It's very well-known and busy, but a bit too busy for my taste. It was a Saturday in August, and we had to wait until 2:15 to get a table. This was also why the waiters were tired and a bit distracted. Aside from these negatives, probably due to a particularly difficult day, the food was good, and the portions were generous. The cured meats and cheeses appetizer was enormous—we each had one—and the wild boar pappardelle were excellent and plentiful. The puntarelle, a type of fresh pasta, with a white sauce and truffle shavings, were also good. The price was average for the area. Update (May 2026). I stand by my previous review more or less. The portions are generous but not overwhelming, the tartare good but a bit out of place and overpriced. The first courses were always very good, but we found the lamb a bit tough, although flavorful. In short, still a good restaurant but with room for improvement.

With gluten-free they won me over!!!
