10/09/2024: September 2024: we were always passing through and stopped here to eat. A certainty!!!!
Superior quality roasts, the meat is very soft and tasty, perfectly cooked. The fried cheese is delicious. This year we discovered a new dish (for us... bruschetta with sausage, delicious. In these 10 years it has never disappointed us. Congratulations keep it up!!
2023: One certainty, every year when we return from holidays we stop here to eat the kebabs. Excellent quality at a fair price. Well done

Good hot appetizers, cured meats also not... full of fruit, cinnamon.... perhaps to cover the acrid taste of cured meats that have been used for a while. Definitely plentiful.
First as usual...
Passable roast.
Not exceptional for a farmhouse. Discount drinks... sparkling water non-existent... too bad. I had better memories.

Beautiful location and that's where the fun ends.
•Hasty and incompetent staff run around the room like in a marathon creating an atmosphere of chaos and anxiety.
They abandon the dishes on the corner of the table and take the plate away from under your nose without asking.
•Margherita pizza with mozzarella that didn't melt but remained rubbery and burnt edges.
•Poor quality arrosticini, tasteless and undercooked.
•Non-existent wine selection by the glass.

At least what you tasted, meat, kebabs, sausages, appetizers...
Quantities not exaggerated (maybe if you order more carefully you can fill yourself up by spending less) but above all, really bad wine was served at a price ten times its value.
If you order more carefully maybe you'll leave happier...

28/03/2025: Pleasant discovery, we happened to be in Carsoli and decided to stop at this restaurant. I am celiac and I found excellent bread and excellent gluten-free pasta. We had excellent quality cold cuts as an appetizer, 2 first courses with ragù with 3 types of meat, my husband grilled sausage with a side dish of cardoncelli mushrooms and cabbage and potatoes. All very good. Elegant place. Very friendly owner and staff. We will return. BRAVI

12/03/2025: All very good. In the last 2 recent visits we have enjoyed the soups: gnocchi and beans, stellare and then soup with carrots, potatoes and beans with water and flour pasta like cavatelli, delicious! Delicious fried cod! Compliments

30/12/2024: Se cercate un posto in cui il tempo si è fermato, è il ristorante giusto per voi. Menù genuino come i titolari, che varia in base ai giorni della settimana. Tipicamente abruzzese dai taglioni con i fagioli allo spezzatino e al Montepulciano schietto e sincero. Prezzo onestissimo. Servizio genuino con pochi fronzoli.

08/01/2025: Un trionfo di sapori che lascia pienamente soddisfatti. Da provare assolutamente le fettuccine con i funghi porcini, la zuppa di lenticchie con lardo e castagne e le costolette di maiale al forno. I piatti sono semplici, ma i sapori sono eccezionali e i prodotti utilizzati di qualità.

22/03/2025: Very welcoming place and, what is not for everyone, very very clean. The staff was super efficient, helpful and quick to satisfy our requests. The food is "like at home"... all homemade, with excellent taste, really good. In conclusion I highly recommend this place and I thank the staff and owners for making my son's first birthday perfect.

08/04/2025: Introduction: my evaluation takes into account the price/quality ratio and the type of restaurant. Considering the location is a typical Abruzzo trattoria and the very low cost of lunch, I can only give it 5 stars. The pasta is all homemade, it absorbs any seasoning perfectly, the kebabs are good, the liver ones, tripe, snails, etc. are excellent, all good. Even the house red wine is more than adequate!
26/03/2025: Nice place in front of the Aurum, helpful staff and good food, I had already come last year and I really liked it, the first courses like the mugnaia and the gricia were very good, the snails were good but not like last time and also the cif ciaf (pork) was too tough and bland, however I would go back again and recommend it.

16/02/2025: Locale vecchio stile ma decisamente confortevole e pulito, i primi, gnocchetti asparagi, guanciale e formaggio caprino eccellenti lo stesso per i ravioli con ricotta. Il secondo arrosto misto porzione abbondante e giusta cottura. Il conto congruo, in conclusione esperienza davvero positiva. Gradito il cuore rosso in omaggio.

07/04/2025: I have been frequenting it for at least 20 years, the place has had some small adjustments to respond to new hygiene standards, what I noticed in the visit on 4.4.2025 is that the bathrooms, although renovated some time ago, are few due to the influx of customers and are superficially clean. The quality of the food is always exquisite but the portions in my opinion are less abundant than in past years. The excellent service, quick in the necessary times, very friendly and helpful. It's worth a detour for lunch or dinner.
05/04/2025: Two portions of lamb (3 slices) two side dishes, a 3.75cl bottle of wine, water and two coffees €66.00. Maybe the restaurant industry is going crazy. Good meat... but calm down!
