Food is good,maybe a lot small portions which for apertizers and they take a long to serve it. Second dish we waited 40 min. It was really busy.

Mrs. Vincenzina and her son were very friendly and kind. We stayed at the B&B, an old farmhouse renovated with great taste and respect, convenient and convenient for visiting the wonderful Verde waterfall, just a five-minute walk away. The dinner, featuring typical local products, was also excellent. We felt right at home.

This was my second visit to Vincenzina's Lo Shangrila' in Borrello, and I can confirm it's a special place. The hot appetizers are a delight: egg with truffle, cacio e ova balls, lamb offal, and pumpkin cream soup. The main courses were perfect: tagliatelle with mushrooms and truffle, roast lamb, polenta with broccoli, cabbage and legume soup, vegetables with caciocavallo fondue, and crispy baked potatoes. Everything is made with local ingredients and bursts with flavor. The homemade desserts round out the meal impeccably. The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming, and Vincenzina and her staff truly make you feel at home. Highly recommended for those seeking authentic and genuine Abruzzo cuisine.
