19/03/2025: Unfortunately there was only bottled wine and the risotto had enough simple fish, but was very over-salted, the squid was overcooked, and there was no cheese, so it wasn't a risotto. No excuse about the salt, and no ciao when leaving. Bad service. You really don't have to go there.

21/10/2024: Da questo tranquillo angolo, una terrazza sul mare, si può ammirare la rupe da cui è possibile vedere il centro storico di Agropoli e vi assicuro è un momento imperdibile, il silenzio, i colori e i sapori dei piatti mi hanno fatto vivere proprio una bella esperienza. Il cibo prevalente è a base di pesce, linguine agli scampi top!

24/09/2024: Terrible experience! I don't know where to start to describe this terrible experience. Let's start with the appetizer: an inedible, hard and calloused octopus, at the modest price of 17 euros (left a portion on the plate, but we should have left it all... our mistake). Two second courses of fish with a side of chips and grilled vegetables, both brought to the next table. We were reassured that they would make them again, especially my fish + side dish, since as the guests at the next table were foreigners, they didn't even understand what had been brought, but they started eating anyway. In any case, the dishes were presented to us a few seconds later to guarantee that they had re-cooked them... of course! Whatever my fish, it was full of scales and with every bite my tongue swirled around to peel them away from my mouth. At the modest price of 26 euros...not even at Barbieri would I have paid that much for that portion. French fries ordered by my wife left completely on the table because they were fried very badly and I think also with industrial naphtha. Covered at 10% to close on a high note; around 8 euros, for a bread that perhaps not even the pigeons would have liked. I forgot my vote on the place: I'd say that 5 cockroaches who had taken over the place like the Mergellina seafront, frolicking back and forth on their feet, gives you an idea. Same attention to hygiene in the bathrooms, but I wouldn't dwell too much on this, given that in the afternoon I had already stayed in a chemical bathroom, perhaps this had accustomed me to what I saw.

05/03/2025: We took Terra mia and Amalfitano logs... Light and soft dough, quality raw materials, starting from San Daniele ham up to morsels of mozzarella. Everything excellent. The price is really not bad either. Highly recommended!

02/03/2025: Long wait for Saturday, but it's okay. As for the pizza, it disappointed my expectations as it had too much of a bitter aftertaste from the onions and was practically inedible. I would have made some sweet combinations to tone down the flavor. In fact I was sick until the next day.

27/08/2024: Very nice lido, disappointed by the management of the umbrellas: I arrive at 8.30 on the beach with around 90% of the umbrellas free, I ask for an umbrella as close to the sea and I am told that the only one available is in the fifth row (practically under the walkway to go down to the beach). I take a seat, after 20 minutes a couple arrives asking which umbrellas were available and they make them sit in 2 rows (all this without a reservation or anything else). I had lunch at the lido, the food is good but not worth the prices they charge.

26/08/2024: Il lido con relativo parcheggio coperto si presenta bene alla vista del turista con una bella spiaggia e un mare fantastico..Nota dolente la mancanza di cortesia da parte del titolare che si mostra arrogante e poco attento alle persone conosciute per la prima volta dove sicuramente prevenuto pensa che tutti i clienti siano fatti della stessa pasta...I prezzi sono alti per i servizi proposti dove anche solo per lavarsi i piedi dalla sabbia si deve pagare...La cucina viene proposta con un vario menù,ma i prezzi dei piatti sono sproporzionati al posto.

29/08/2024: Old and dirty, it's a dump, zero hospitality, non-existent breakfast

28/08/2024: Having stayed for one night in this structure last year, having found it good we decided to return this year again for one night .... and luckily I would say. We were really disappointed. Apart from the cleanliness of the room the rest was a disaster. The room however, unlike last year, was located away from the structure and to reach the restaurant we had to travel along a country road with no lighting and steep which with elderly people and children is not ideal. I would like to point out that this had not been reported to us at the time of booking. The dinner, unlike last year, was really disappointing. I had highly praised the appetizer eaten the previous year but unfortunately my expectations were disappointed as the courses were miserable, the food was not fresh and the bread inedible. The first course with sauce had a strange metallic taste and my girls did not eat it. Terrible service and presentation. The icing on the cake was when in the morning, upon waking up at the indicated time of 8.15, we went to the restaurant which was still closed. The waiter, still sleepy (he sleeps in a room next to the restaurant) and in an obvious state of neglect, opened the doors and entered the kitchen. Without any kind of welcome, we headed towards the terrace where we had dinner the previous evening. The table where we had dinner the previous evening was covered in ants and the tables had not even been cleared. The dirty floor full of ants and the filthy sofas with pee encrusted on them. Zero hygiene. Faced with all this, we decided to leave, giving up breakfast. The owner was not there, we had him called, he was still asleep, he also showed up in a scruffy manner and, when we complained, he replied that ants are normal in the countryside and he did not even want to deduct the cost of breakfast from our room. We will never return.

23/02/2025: The young and tall waiter (see photo) is obnoxious, he behaves very disrespectfully, both with his older colleague and with the customers. We have never seen such behavior in Italy. Amazing.

07/11/2024: Bar, ice cream shop, restaurant and more... Maybe this place does a little too many things. The location is enviable obviously in front of the excavations and the place is not bad. We decided to have lunch here and it wasn't bad but it wasn't exciting either obviously. We took a Caprese which perhaps wasn't really Caprese with a decent buffalo mozzarella and being in Paestum, unfortunately it's not enough and a well-stuffed pinsa with fairly good products. The service also needs to be improved in many aspects, perhaps even with a little more kindness. A shame because it could be much better than it is at the moment.
